I went there for a chain repair and to widen a pendant. I think the guy at the counter name is Josh(forgive me if I’m wrong), he was so professional and amazing, I had to go back the next day and buy a bracelet. The prices are affordable, not exorbitant. Even the repairs were flawless. I would recommend them to anyone. I’m a happy customer for life. I just came back from there and bought a Miami Cuban gold chain. I have been going to this store since the previous owners. All was always well until this afternoon. I go to the store to pickup a necklace that I originally bought from the store that was broken. Unfortunately I ran into a rude young man who perhaps was having a bad day. I pick up the item and say that it looks like a silver necklace but I gave you gold. He started to minimize its value. I say this is your product. I bought it here. then he says you are not in my system which is a lie. I pay , say thank you and will never go back .

I was greeted warmly by the entire staff. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I bought a chain from them and I thought the pricing was reasonable. The selection was nice and if there is something they don’t have they will make/ order it. Overall, my experience was great!

Had four rings sized and repaired. They did a beautiful job. I haven't been able to wear my engagement ring and insert for years. They made it into one piece and it's stunning.
