JD Roosevelt, is a dishonest store, their manager will hide good shoes, AJ, DUNK, these shoes are hard for you to see, because they all hide, and then tell people they know to buy them, you can watch The people who go in are always those familiar faces. They go in and buy one at a time, and when you go to buy them, they say, sold out! It's cheating, it's a shame, and then their store manager can get paid illegally. Maybe $10, maybe $100.

The manager (Eddie) picks whoever he want to give the shoes to. People who wait in line get nothing but instead, the ones who cut the line got what they wanted. Is upset to see a store cannot follow such basic rules like this and it is very unfair to the ones that actually waited in the line for the shoes. What's more, is the racism that I felt from this store as an Asian. This happened in June 2, 2022 7PM. Definitely not going there again.

JD Roosevelt mall store, back door, cheating, taking black money, you won't buy the shoes you like because you didn't pay the store manager, I saw with my own eyes that people they know can buy DUNK and AJ, but I just ask No, you can buy it if you give black money, and you can use coupons. I have seen the evidence. This is an unethical store. Complaining is useless. Their regional manager knows that the store manager takes black money, but no one manages it. I want to expose their ugliness. I'm in the JD store.

The crew in this store is terrible no one is helping they just sit around and gossip with each other. They are very rude and unprofessional when talking to customers. The only person helping was the young man (short hair, AA) at the front of the store that was suppose to be greeting.

I called before placing an order to make sure that something was in stock before ordering it. The person I spoke to had it in his hand and assured me it was in stock. I immediately placed the order and the next day when I still didn’t have confirmation that the order was complete I called only to find out that it was no longer I. stock. I believe the person I spoke to kept it for himself or gave it to someone else. This was going to be a Christmas present for my son. Extremely disappointed.

Basten manager showed us an attitude when we asked to returned our flip flops and I only wore them for a week he wasn’t helpful at all would not recommend this place for shopping worst customer service

Great variety but be alter--especially if staff is not... The staff need a bit more supervision and guidance; Good service from the young man helping to bring sizes out, but busy day and I think they got mixed up. This could have been caught at the register, but the primarily female staff on the register, was too busy chatting and fratonising that the young woman who took us didn't check/confirm the sizes. We traveled all the way to the UK wondering why my feet were in so much pain to finally check to notice we had the wrong sizes...smfh

Was told that my son's sizes were in store and avaliable in storage. After some time passed a sales associate notified the associate helping me they were no longer available even tho he checked the inventory via the app on their device & it said other wise.

I called this store on 10/22/2022 at 1652hrs in regards to Nike Warranty question/assistance, the first person I spoke with, a female, who couldn’t stay focused, she seemed to be a high on something. I was able to speak to the manager, who refused to help or guide me in the right direction. I asked for a my purchase info so I can go to Nike directly, no assistance whatsoever. When asked for her name she asked why and blatantly said no. I’m not making this up, I’m sure your calls are recorded. I feel as though you guys hire anyone off the streets with no education in anything at all. I’ve been a finish line / JD customer for some time now, never again….fix this location and be mindful who you hire to represent your brand.

unprofessional store attendants. Would rather laugh with friends than bring out the sneakers for me to try on. So I left and probably won’t go back. They think they in a high school lunch room instead of at work…what bright futures they will have :)

Staff is slow and unhelpful. In fact, they are rude. I requested a price on a product and the young girl behind the register just stared at me like I was bothering her. It wasn’t worth putting up with the treatment so I left and don’t plan on being back. Perhaps the staff needs to be better trained in customer service.

I had a great experience shopping at JD Sports in Roosevelt Field Mall, I was greeted and provided help immediately. I had a few items to get and was worried of being a bother, however Eddy the store manager was extremely helpful. His assistant Michelle was also very informative and had no problem jumping in to help when it was needed.

Went in here and they just make me not want to buy anything. Nobody greeted me, and the girl at the door was constantly on her phone. I was in there for about 10 minutes before someone asked me if i needed a size.

I don’t like this store at all i went there for a sneakers I ask for size the guy told me wait for the shoes he took for ever After I ask the other guy he said don’t have the size they so so rude Was waiting for almost a 1 hr there nobody say nothing to me they never have size you ask for

Great customer service. Sales associate went above to get me the Mickey Adidas shoes I really wanted and was very patient with my indecisive teenage son. Lol. Satisfied customer here!

It's okay had a little trouble getting a size for my son shoes. The two pairs I wanted were missing a shoe..didn't get anything but the do offer to order online but I didn't want to..so next time cause I like my son to try the shoes on. Then be able to purchase if they are a great fit .

Ethan at the register was great! He was the only staff member engaging with customers. He was very pleasant and has great customer service skills! The rest of the staff could learn a thing or two from Ethan. He is the only reason why I gave 5 stars.
