We are experienced spa goers and my basic spa standard begs the question, Is the facility as nice or nicer than my own home? In this case, absolutely not. Pricing is comparable to other spas in the area. Go elsewhere!!! I expect better from a Marriott brand. The changing area was the size of a broom closet and faintly smelled like old wet carpet, at least I tried to convince myself that’s what it was. Shower was open at the top and next to the toilets. So you could hear EVERYTHING including loud flushing. The rattling shower handle and shower amenity box all needed screw tightening and a robe hook because an exposed screw doesn’t work. The rusting doors were absolutely shameful. Staff walked by the serene, quiet area stalking loudly on multiple passes, and spoke loudly throughout the spa experience. I shouldn’t have to ask you to whisper. I was asked if I brought something for my hair, most spas have cheap elastics or something for hair. Overall it was very disappointing everything needs an update from the old, dingy lockers to the Formica marble counter tops. OR don’t charge premium prices. In this case I did not get what I paid for.

The pros: The ambiance in the waiting room was nice: However, the only non alcoholic options water and tea. I had the water and it was not flavored as I was told. Con. My masseuse walked away from the massage table and went for a drink because he was coughing. He also did not say one word during the massage. I ordered deep tissue add on and left feeling so unhappy. He applied no pressure on my feet, and barely touched my feet. Also, he threw the towel on my face without warning me, so I was surprised when he did it. Overall, it was incredibly unpleasant and disappointing. I was not pleased at the end of the massage at all. I would not recommend Toriano for your massage needs.

Great experience... The massage and facial was lovely. The place is clean and quiet, everybody that works here is nice , smiling and very attentive, making you feel pampered and taken care of. They offer lunch and wine or mimosas. There is plenty of parking.

Truly, a location for ample relaxation. 🙏 Had a lovely walk along a trail that surrounds the entire golf course ⛳️ Then, off to Heavenly Spa to decompress with tea & treatments. 🍵

Hands down the worst massage I've ever had. I purchased the heavenly spa signature massage $135 and added the foot therapy for an extra $25 for me and my girlfriend total $320. I understand that I did not buy a deep tissue massage there was more like a rub and a massage and hardly any time we're spent on my feet. Will not be back.

Darren is an amazing massage therapist! I have a monthly membership and he keeps me feeling my best, highly recommend!

This spa is NOT in the Westin resort. You will have to take a short drive or take a shuttle over to the space. I didn’t see this info anywhere when I planned my visit. This spa is lovely: steam and sauna, wonderful therapists and they even have champs and mimosas to offer. The snacks are fresh and the tea and water healing. There is a restaurant on the premises as well! Communication was poor and I even ended up missing one of my appointments because they called and told me to come an hour later than I believed I should come. I felt funny about this so I called back and asked if I had any appointment for 10 am- I was told no, just the 11:30 massage. I was sitting around my resort room waiting for the time to come for my massage when they called and wondered where I was as I was missing my hand and foot massage service. I explained about our phone calls, but they did nothing to remedy the situation. I thought they would cut the price of my massage or give me a gift certificate or something because of my disappointment and inconvenience (and yes, it was an inconvenience as I had planned to be there with my friend at 10 am but was told to come later so my friend went alone as did I later!) Very poor customer service! Another example of their bad communication is that the website where I made my appointments did not indicate that there was steam or sauna. I would’ve definitely come early just for the steam and sauna, but I did not believe there was that there. With a name like heavenly massage, I was thinking it was more like a massage envy type of place instead of a very nice resort style spa with steam and sauna. They need to fix the website. They need to communicate better with their customers.

The Heavenly Spa is a great place to relax and get papmered! The whole experience from beginning to end is peaceful and rejuvenating!

This was my first professional massage and Ms. Terry was so amazing!! She was great and provided me with an experience I'm glad to share. I plan on visiting Savannah again and when I do I'll be booking with Ms. Terry. All the ladies I came in contact with was so personable and kind. I also enjoyed reminiscing about Spokane with Morgan, she was so sweet.

We felt pampered in the relaxing environment. Expert staff are dedicated to customer service.

Excellent massage (recommend 80 minutes with aromatherapy upgrade). Locker attendant was lovely. She offered a blanket without my asking (please tip her since she’s not included in the gratuity). Bring ear buds for the relaxation room since there is ambient noise.

Terry was unbelievable! My friend treated me to a 50 minute signature message and it was nothing but HEAVENLY!! The whole experience, from the moment we checked in until we left was magical. Can’t wait to go back!! Thank you Terry and everyone that works at the Spa for making our afternoon extra special.
