This is a pleasant surprise right around the block from the house! The owners are very nice, and the place is wonderfully decorated! The 2 salt rooms are amazing! The rooms are very private and the staff are all very nice. The 90-minute massage was very good and very reasonable 👌 Would definitely go back again!

Tried this place out for the first time in a pinch. I’ve gotten massages in many places all over the world. And this was by far the most STRESSFUL massage I ever received. The masseuse I had refused to listen to me when I asked her to slow down the massage several times. She did her job in asking if the pressure was good(which was good) several times but DID NOT listen to me when I asked and told her to slow down the massage, she was going too fast. It felt like a rabbit was hopping from place to place without rest all over my body. Like she was in a hurry to get this job done and be some place else. She also kept stopping to talk to the employee behind the curtain which was annoying. My body tensed rather than being relaxed. When I gave this feedback to the lady at the front desk, she said next time I call to to request the massage I’d like. Who calls and asks for a masseuse that doesn’t rush a massage? Pressure I understand. But rushing? NO ONE. That said im willing to try this out again with a different masseuse because I see how great the other reviews are. But customer service and training needs to be improved. Will be back with another review.

Went in at opening without appointment due to have a slept wrong, completely stiff neck and couldn’t turn much without pain. They accommodated me and it helped so much. Place was well lit. Open spacious rooms. Smelled nice. Workers spoke English well enough. No funny business. Reasonable price. Would repeat and recommended to my wife who came later the same day and she had a good experience as well.

Amazing spot! Mike and Lisa are great. Did a 60 body and 30 min foot massage. Nice pressure for both massages. Legs, back, arms, head and neck. For the price, this place is excellent. Will be a regular occurrence for me.

Absolutely amazing. Very very clean and prices are more than reasonable. I’ve been here twice and enjoyed it. I had a full body massage in a quiet room for $60 because I added oil. I’ve gotten many massages before and nothing beats the price and quality ! The masseuse takes their time and always asked if I was comfortable. I had Mike and he was phenomenal Will be back!

If I could give 0 I would. This was by far the worst experience my fiancé and I had. We had a Groupon in which we paid $15 over the regular price for 2 60 min massages. Now this was our second time there. When we got there they took us back and then when we were done and ready to pay , they tried to tell us that because we got a couples massage it had to be $10 more than what we ALREADY paid ($120). So we said ok and paid and were already so frustrated and decided not to leave a tip. When we walked outside to the car, we were followed by the 2 masseuses begging us to leave a tip to which we felt was not necessary. They then kept saying “we work hard,” please leave on card. We’re paying customers who have now paid $130. … never going back there period.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I booked two 90-minute massages for myself and my friend. I received a text to confirm the appointment. When I booked the appointment and in response to the text I said specifically that we wanted deep tissue massages and asked if they had people that were very strong. They assured me that we would get a deep massage and that they had strong people. We arrived on time. I had to wait 15-minutes before they took me in and my friend had to wait 45 minutes. My time is valuable. I don't understand why a massage business can't operate efficiently. Massages are timed. When they make a reservation they know when the previous massage should begin and end. They should be able to start the massage at the scheduled time. I have had hundreds of massages over the past 40 years in this country and across 5 continents and my friend and I can say, without reservation, without hesitation and without hyperbole: THIS WAS THE WORST MASSAGE WE HAVE EVER HAD. They just could not grasp the concept of a deep tissue massage. We both told our masseuses multiple times during the session to go harder, go deeper. They would put more pressure for about 30 seconds and then go back to this soft useless pressure. Besides that, there was no flow. A massage has a progression. You start in a certain area, determine the status of the muscles, focus on what the body needs, and increase the strength as you progress and the muscles start to relax. These masseuses did none of that. In fact they were all over the body jumping from area to area. A completely useless experience. I was more tense and aggravated after I finished the massage than when I went in. And to add insult to injury, they charged me an extra $10 because they used "essential oil". I didn't ask for anything extra and was not told I was going to be charged extra if they used this oil. Stay away from this place. A complete waste of money and time.

Massage therapist was very attentive and ensured that I was comfortable during the massage. She was very informative and gave the exact pressure I wanted. She was very kind. The massage center was clean and beautiful. The salt cave was spectacular. I left feeling wonderful

Great experience. Did a full body massage. It was clean and the lady (unfortunately forgot her name) was very kind. Asked me if I was comfortable, if the pressure was good & which oil I'd like. Definitely enjoyed this & will be coming back!

Had a wonderful relaxing experience here! It is a very modern, clean and peaceful environment. The 60 min massage was heavenly. I had never been in a salt room before and really enjoyed that. I'd recommend doing that after the massage.

The staff was very attentive and the services are great. The only suggesting for them is to have the massage specialist informed about the pain thresholds of the individual before the massage therapy. We found them to be a bit rough which I love but some people may not be able to handle. Also, I would suggest not making a sale in the middle of the massage—if you want to sale creams/oils etc that should be done before the session is initiated. We will definitely be coming back.

Happen to buy 2 Groupon coupons and used it today. I like the ambiance of the place. Very clean and well kept. Salt cave was relaxing. Masseuse was great. My body feels renewed. I will recommend it, and I will definitely be back.

I purchased a couples massage for a really great price. The masseuse' that had us were good. They did total body. The tables are side by side with curtains, so no totally private rooms, but for the price it's worth it.

I went with my husband couple massages. One of lady who gave me massage I told her to not use oil maybe 20 time and I gave her my cream but she show me another oil (lavender) she insisted because she told me your cream is not good…. And I said I always use my cream I am allergic to massage oil. She insisted all massage time she talked and talked. I said okay to lavender oil but she also used another regular oil too. I went hospital couple days ago and today also will go dermatologist. This is unacceptable I already told her 20 times use my cream!!!!!!!

What an incredible Spa! Best on Long Island! Foot massage, full body massage, salt cave. They are knowledgeable, attentive to your needs and requests. They certainly know how to get you to relax. You walk out like you're on a cloud. We go every weekend. Make an appointment, no waiting. Incredible value

The massage was incredible ! Lily did an amazing job and helped with all my knots ! Very professional and nice atmosphere ! Felt comfortable and relaxed ! I would recommend to all my friends for a peaceful and well rested massage!

Went there today and was helped by Mary. She was absolutely wonderful. And full disclosure, I am definitely a PLUS SIZE woman and she did NOT make me feel bad at all. She was very compassionate to my needs. I highly recommend this establishment.

I usually go to the Franklin square shop and it’s always great. Came to their Levittown shop for the first time and was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I called beforehand and said I was coming for a 30 minute massage with the medicated oil because my hip flexor was in pain. When the masseuse entered the room she refused to massage my injured area and said “only massage here” implying I wanted something else. Not sure if it was my skin color or what but this is unacceptable. I wasted driving here 25 mins. I was passing by the area here but Should’ve just went to the Franklin square shop.

Leelee was really great and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. The private massage rooms were nice and the linens were good quality. I enjoyed the foot massage headphones and shoulder wrap. It was great!! I have recommended to my coworkers and friends already

I did a couples massage with my boyfriend and we had such a great experience! The massage therapists were very professional and we left feeling very relaxed. The price is also very reasonable and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. So glad we decided to go in the salt cave as well, it was definitely worth it

Went in for a couples massage — great experience from beginning to end. Very clean and calming facility. Masseuse did a great job of checking in every now and then to make sure pressure was good. My partner mentioned her masseuse could have been a bit more heavy handed but we believe her petite figure caused him to maybe be a bit more gentle. Overall great experience — will be back.

I was hesitant to do my first full body massage, but I am now totally obsessed. Lily was phenomenal. She was attentive, took her time and truly made me as comfortable as possible. Everything was sanitary and fresh. Can’t wait to go back.
