I never stayed at an Ayres Suites before and saw pretty decent reviews. I have to say however after my experience, if I have an option to stay at an Ayres Suite I would again. The staff was friendly and super helpful. The lobby and rooms were beautiful and well kept. Staff overall was friendly and accommodating. Would very much recommend!

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. We were in room 430 and had vibrations of the laundry facilities nearby (especially when the washing machine was in the spin cycle). Welcoming and friendly staff. A special thank you to Lisa Burk who helped with getting us reward points for our stay after we had already checked out. Overall a good experience.

Our room had a king size bed, couch, coffee table, desk, bar, fridge, and microwave. I don't think I've ever seen a room for this price with all of these luxuries. Everything was really clean when we arrived. The bed was probably the softest bed I've ever slept on! Service was amazing. Checking in and out was really easy and quick. Breakfast was amazing! I went every morning. Great location, right by the freeway. Highly recommend for everyone. I just wish the parking lot was a little bit bigger.

Beware of online specials! This hotel was my go-to in the Anaheim area when there on business 3 to 5 times a year. No longer so. As usual, I checked hotel availability for my week-long trip. A discount was advertised for a longer stay on their website. Much better rate, only with reduced room cleaning, called a resident rate. Win-win. I decided to tack on the extra nights as personal days given the savings overall. I booked my flights around the Ayers Yorba Linda stay. After booking my non-refundable flights I tried booking the special rate on the reservation system to no avail. Contacted the hotel directly. The manager informed me that the special was on longer available, despite it still being advertised on their website. So, any way to accommodate me on this now longer stay, stuck with my flights reservations? "No, sorry," says the manager, i.e. too bad. I was perplexed. No attempt to do anything to help alleviate a situation caused by their negligence. Mind you, any type of gesture would have been fine...I'm easy-going and being in business myself, I know goodwill gestures first-hand. So, as usual, I voted with my feet and went to the more expensive hotel across the highway. Lesson here: do not trust their website- advertised information and do not count on a cooperative manager at this Yorba Linda branch.

I cannot offer any words of improvement. I contacted Ayres Suites direct to make my reservation, this was a wise choice. The Ayres Suites Reservation Agent completely helped with my reservation, I was very pleased. The location was excellent for highway access, beautiful lobby, elegant furnishings in the lobby and the room. Spacious room and bath, very comfortable bed and linens, impeccably clean, wonderful staff. I had to leave Monday at 0415hr and the Dining Room was closed, of course. The Desk Clerk bid me good morning and asked did I need anything to checkout. I responded that I would receive my receipt by email. I remarked I would love some apple juice. The desk clerk immediately went to the Dining Room and personally brought me an apple juice. THAT is the Ayres Suites difference, your staff REALLY does care about the customer. Thank you and God Bless, Scott

Our view was distracted by the site of parking lot, trash can and other things. Our room was comfortable. Our iron was full of mildew and mold( never seen that before). It was eventually replaced (it took some time to get a clean iron). We did have two interruption from cleaning staff walking into our room without knocking. We appreciated the early check-in. The breakfast was descent. I was rescued from a water bug almost crawling up my leg in the dining area. Hotel reception was pleasant.

We appreciated the hot breakfast options, clean nice sized rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, and nice and quiet vibe. I also really appreciated the fridge and microwave in the room for feeding my kiddos between adventures.

This is our second visit to an Ayres Suites property, first time to the Yorba Linda location. We were first introduced to Ayres properties while visiting the University of Redlands with our granddaughter, and we were pleasantly impressed with the property, the rooms, and their service. Your property in Yorba Linda does not disappoint our expectations. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and the bathroom was very nice. I look forward to taking a shower where the water pressure is coming out good and strong, not just a trickle...even on the third floor. Awesome breakfast, with friendly server. We didn't realize that Ayres Suites had numerous properties available, and are looking forward to our next visit. With all the many properties out there which are looking to get new customers, I will be coming back to this location, or another one, as they have earned my business. So, if you're looking for a new place to call home while on the road, give Ayres Suites a chance to surprise you.

We've always enjoyed our stays here. Wonderful staff all around. Always friendly and helpful. Great rooms. Very clean. I have to admit I miss the ornate and beautiful lobby. It was so unique and inspiring. The updated version, well, it looks like almost any other hotel lobby. It is crisp and clean. I'm sure most will like it just fine.

Ayres Suites - Yorba Linda is a wonderful place for staying for your vacation! The staff are extremely welcoming and very amicable. I originally planned to stay for five nights but extended it and the front desk were accommodating to my request for an extension with the room I was in. Upon entering the room, it was clean and spacious. There are enough USB ports and outlets to plug in for all your electronic needs. It's a big plus that the bathroom has a large bathtub/shower combination. I think the sink has enough space for any of the necessities for 2-4 people. The bed was comfortable enough for me and my partner. It may be slightly more on the firmer side which may be a slight negative for people who enjoy soft beds. (You're able to sink into it but not a lot.) Breakfast is served everyday with a selection of hot foods and fruits, cereal, bagels, etc. I like that there is a hot water tap that is accessible throughout the day and can be used to refill a thermos or make some tea. While I did not use the amenities, the pool and fitness area are a great to have option when staying; I definitely did find having on-site guest laundry a plus as well. A downside is probably the parking lot is small so it may get full at times. Fortunately, we were able to find a spot every night.

Breakfast servers were not very polite. I choose hotels according to the Breakfast. The servers give skimpy portions. This is quite annoying. I understand they are likely instructed to give as little as possible. However they act like they are the ones being inconvenienced by the guests for bigger portions.

I have stayed at the Ayers properties for many years. This was my first time at the Yorba Linda location. As always my stay was excellent. I was extremely grateful to the front desk staff for their kindness. Noting that my mother was using a cane, they inquired whether the second-floor room was suitable or would we prefer for them to look for a first-floor room. Small things like these make the Ayers a property that stands out from the others. Thanks so much. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Great location! It's near many great places to eat and shop. I loved their daily hot breakfast options and variety of drinks and healthy options. The room was clean but the king size bed was not the most comfortable. Free parking and gym and pool were great too.

We loved this hotel. We had 5 rooms there while in town for an engagement party in Yorba Linda. We were in the King Studio Suites and the rooms are very large compared to most hotels. The bathtub/shower was definitely one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel- a wide oval- great for a bath with a good shower head and lighting. The only negative on the bathroom was a somewhat small sink/counter area but I would take the big nice shower tub over that. The lighting in the sink area was also excellent with their "Electric Mirror" mirror. We also really loved that they had a hot water spigot available all day long at the entrance to their dining area (where the coffee is at breakfast). As a tea-lover, I appreciated being able to stop in there to refill my tea thermos. All the staff was excellent as well. The whole hotel was very clean. We would definitely go back to this hotel and hope to check out other Ayer's hotels.

Nice Hotel, very clean, swimming pool and gym. Easy parking. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. The refrigerator wasn't very cold. Pillow and sheets very comfy. Bed was a little harder for my taste but I know most people prefer harder beds. Front desk people wonderful, friendly, and professional. Housekeepers were also friendly and did a great job in cleaning the room. Swimming pool was refreshing though a bit cold. Hot Tub was nice!

This was our second time staying at the Ayers Hotel, Yorba Linda, CA. Very friendly front desk staff as well as hotel workers. The daily breakfast is always fresh and delicious! We finally signed up for their rewards program as we find ourselves coming into Orange County more often. Much less expensive than the Embassy Suites (Brea) that we usually stay in. 11/23/23

We've been coming here since you opened this hotel.we love the breakfast, the pool area and the rooms all of them ,we've been to most. The lobby and most area's are always clean, but this time at the second floor near the elevator was old dishes on the accent table and garbage falling out of the garage bin.for 2 days . So that was unusual for us to see. Other than that is was a great experience. Thank you Debbie Nicholson

Stayed for 1 night while attending a wedding, the price was fair and I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and that it had a bar and fridge area. The room was very clean, workers were friendly, free breakfast and it had easy to find free parking. Would definitely recommend for a simple hotel stay.

Somehow, our room wasn't replenished on Wednesday. The matter was handled very well by the young man at the front desk that evening. The microwave didn't seem to be working well. Also, regarding your toiletries, could you include a plastic shower cap? The room was great and the breakfasts were wonderful. We'll be joining you again for the Christmas season ; )). See you soon! Parking was a problem. Several spots directly in front of the hotel were for rideshare vehicles. No van service. It was New Year's Eve and many of us were attending a wedding at the nearby Golf Club. Having the van service would have been nice. There was nothing to drink at the hotel, such as coffee or tea. IT was rainy and cold that day and having something warm to drink would have been nice. The hotel interior design is outdated and makes the hotel appear dreary. No conversation with anyone in the hotel other than check in, she was efficient but not overly friendly. The room was clean and defiantly big enough to be comfortable for two or three. The bed was comfortable. I slept well.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The property was very clean, and well maintained. I especially appreciate the little homey touches- like hallways that smell good, and the Christmas decor. I highly recommend this property to anyone staying in the area. It was just a really nice solid choice.

Loved this hotel! This was close to all the places that I needed to go to and be at. Breakfast was pretty good. But would like to suggest to have non-dairy milk options for people like me who is allergic to dairy or lactose intolerant. The King bed room that was given to me was a very nice size suite. I requested a room at the end of the hallway away from noise and Sabrina from the front desk granted my request. Staff was friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable to sleep on. The price I paid was reasonably priced considering it was a day after Thanksgiving. It was nice that they did not charge extra fees for parking or "resort fees". Probably the only negative thing I will say is that when I called the front desk at an earlier time upon my arrival at the airport that day, I asked if I would be possible to check in earlier than my scheduled time because my flight came in early, the attendant at the front desk (who was NOT Sabrina) was going to charge me an additional $100 if I came in before 3pm. I was a little surprised. I've stayed at other hotels like Marriot, Hyatt, etc. and if I called to let them know my flight came in earlier, they sometimes let me check-in earlier without charging me a fee. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will definitely come back and recommend it to my friends and family.

Your front desk Eleanor was wonderful! We had a problem with a stinky drain Room 114 and she helped us while handling other customers and the constantly ringing telephones and she took care of each equally. It was perfect for our family. There were 16 of us in for a funeral and I also saw a wedding and several hockey players staying with you as well. Eleanor is a treasure and represents your hotel very well. We would definitely stay with you again!!

Our ac is out so we booked this hotel because it was nearby. The ac here works very well, the room was nice and big. The tub was much bigger than expected. My son took a nice bath and enjoyed how big the tub was. Breakfast was included.. nice spread spread everything tasted good. Would recommend to friends or family.

I will like to thank give a special thank you to Lisa Burk for her assistance and her hospitality. We had a great experience again with her assistance. Also will like to extend our gratitude to all the staff. Looking forward to our trip in June. Respectfully,

The hotel is clean and well taken care of. Parking is tight for any larger vehicle and the breakfast is minimal. Payment upfront is instant but refunds for extra days and incidental withholding takes far too long.

We prefer to stay at this Ayres every time we revisit our old stomping grounds in the Santa Ana Canyon (Anaheim Hills, Yorba Linda). It's close to friends and family all over OC and Riverside. The staff is always helpful and pleasant, the rooms are always perfect, clean, and well maintained. It's close to countless shops and food establishments. Now that we're traveling with our two smaller dogs, it's fantastic to have this be a pet-friendly hotel. As such, however, it would be nice if there were some (any?) amenities for dog walking. I had to walk my doggo on the lawn of the restaurant next door. (I DO indeed cleanup after them.)

Excellent stay. Really nice and clean. Pool and hot tub were great. What a complete breakfast available. We waited till our last day to eat breakfast t Ayers and realized we had spent money needlessly eating out.

We stayed at the Yorba Linda Ayres Hotel as part of a large wedding party in mid July and were very well pleased with everything about our stay. We benefited from a group discount rate, thus we felt we received outstanding value. We look forward to staying again and possibly exploring other Ayres properties as well now that we are aware of what we can expect. Thanks! Rob M

My Family and I were visiting for a wedding, we stayed a couple of nights at this Hotel and had an amazing experience! From cleanliness, customer service, breakfast that was served to the safety we felt in the parking lot. Really great experience compared to other hotels we have stayed. We will definitely use this location when we go back in the summer!
