100% recommend store 4430 in Centerville, TN. Samuel, the GM, is absolutely wonderful. He was helpful, responsive, and so very kind beginning to end. He even offered himself up to meet me on a Sunday, their only day off!! In today's world, I deeply appreciate and value businesses that keep a small feel and great service! I got storage unit mid November paid a prorated rate for 2 weeks when I got ready to vacate I had 2 weeks left in month I was told because I paid my bills on time no prorated rate which means they double dip I called several times to ask the people who ans phone didn't even know what prorated meant if I hadn't paid my bill on time I'd only have to pay for 2 was so you get penalized for paying bills on time beware

This is my second time renting a unit at this site! very friendly and ready to assist. place is kept up and clean!
