I’ve always loved Huhot, but it’s more fun to come here now than ever before! The food is so fresh and the remodel is really pretty. 😍 They have great sake, AND you get unlimited soft serve ice cream!!! It’s amazing to see a business come out of the pandemic better than ever!

I love HuHot just about everywhere I go. What I really liked about this one was their service. My son and I had spent a long day at a long wrestling tournament. We got done late and went as fast as I could to make it to eat. We barely made it. The staff made sure we were aware they were closing soon. But, that we were welcome to come in and eat. I've had that happen in other restaurants where we are treated poorly and glared at. This HuHot staff still went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and still got an amazing meal. Thanks HuHot Billings!!!

This is probably one of the cleanest, establishments and great tasting food in Billings. The customer service is actually fabulous from the cook to the waiters and greeters. The cook is very knowledgeable with the products/sauces and great to talk to. He is also very skilled in with what he is doing.

HuHot is finally OPEN! Great food and service! New manager is great and very helpful. When my daughter spilled her drink he quickly ran and grabbed a mop himself and cleaned it up! Building has been updated and is clean and well laid out. They even took extra special care with my daughters lunch on the grill due to her nut allergy. So good!

The staff is wonderful! So welcoming. Good FRESH food! So many sauces to choose from. The men manage the flat top grill so well!!! Will return.

Hu-Hot of Billings is a hidden gem, the food is fantastic plus it’s buffet style so if you want a lot you can get a lot or not. I love how friendly the staff is and how clean it is all the time. I see people cleaning every time I’m in there. Also the manager of this store was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will return and I will tell all of my friends.

What's better than crafting your own lunch or dinner? Maybe it's watching your food cook in front of you, or possibly how light it is on your wallet. It's a fantastic place to bring your family, a date, or even just yourself. It's an "all you can eat" gastro-nightmare in the best sense, meaning you can fill your plate and just keep eating. Still hungry after your first plate? Go for more! The combinations are limitless, the taste is great, and it's a fun experience for every age!

Great dining experience. Was pretty cool watching them cook your food that you dish up your self. Buffet style and you can go up as times as you want. So pretty filling and a wide selection to choose from.

Everyone was very nice and there was a wide variety for a selection of food choices. Just so everyone know that haven't been to this Mongolian grill, this is a buffet style. Bowls to start with to pick our items were a bit small, but we made due. Grateful for the experience. Cooks were pleasant to interact with.

Food is great but whoever the person is at huhot corporate who thought it was a good idea to take down the sauce menu and make people have to download their app and sign up for their rewards program is an idiot. I was in right at dinner time and there must of been 30 people trying to download and sign up for that with a plate of raw food in their hands. Your corporate people are completely out of touch with reality

I love HuHot! It's so fun to make your own dish. The manager is very nice. The workers are all friendly and the soft serve thanks Mike ice cream is out of this world!

Food was good, but the staff was very rude. When we got there it wasn't super busy and I had never been before. It wasn't explained how it worked getting our food or how to give it to the cooks, nor was there any signs on how to do so. It was pretty easy figuring out how to get our food, but the cook was very rude when I tried handing him my food because I was on the wrong side "once again, no signs or explanation". Then got rude again saying the line was out of order and went on to chastise me and a few other people "once again, no one explained to do so, nor any signs to do so".

Came here for a family outing. Asked for a kids meal for myself instead of an adult meal as I just recently had 80% of my stomach removed and can only eat 4-6oz of food. I had a medical card with me for my new handicap that I am navigating. The hostess with the blue hair said absolutely not that the manager will not allow this! So in order to not ruin the family outing we left and went next door to Texas Roadhouse where they gladly accepted this handicap card and accommodated us!

I come here all the time. The staff are friendly. The food is good. They're organized, timely and clean. But the biggest thing that I appreciate here is how accommodating they are for people with allergies. Not only are you able to pick everything that goes into your bowl (including the oils), but they always give me separate bowls and they always scrape and scrub the spot of the grill that my food will go on extra thoroughly so that nothing from the previously cooked food we'll get into mine and they also put up barriers on either side of my food and use separate spatulas for my food. And I didn't really even have to ask for all of that, I go there pretty often and once they heard that I have really bad food allergies, they were immediately on top of it, making sure that my food was cooked safely so that I don't get seriously sick. No other restaurant has ever treated me so well about my allergies, which I deeply appreciate. I can't tell you how many restaurants have acted super putout anytime I asked for something to be even slightly tweaked. The staff at HuHot truly takes your allergies seriously, and they do not act like you're a burden because of it. Because of that, they will most certainly continue getting my business.

They offer a wide variety of items to prepare for your meal. They cook the food in front of you in a circular format. They have unlimited trips to the grill.

Apparently the restaurant has remodeled. They no longer have servers however the self serve is quick and easy. The food preparers were nice and efficient. Plates were cleared quick and the food was good. Lots of options for vegetables and protein. Many different kinds of sauces as well. I also appreciate the all you can eat option.

Love this place for fast hot meal that the kids can pick what they want. Definitely a favorite of mine. Having a dairy allergy makes it hard to eat at most places but here I can get what I like and not worry to much about the dairy.

I like this place a lot. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh. The food has never been less than almost perfect, that's only because of the ingredients I put into the dish. The cook staff are above and beyond, today, one of them tall guy longer wavy hair politely asked if he could use water to help cook the oysters. Gave him the go ahead and do what you gotta do. Great guy from a service standpoint. Did his job and I think he went above and beyond. The atmosphere is calm, and well kept. Kudos to the people who work there. I will be back for sure.

This place was pretty good. Food was good. It would be nice if the meats like the beef and chicken were cut into better pieces so the bowl is a bit easier to assemble. It would also be good if the bowls and silverware were clean.

Great good and service. Love that you get all the white rice you want. Yum. 😋

This is the worst HuHot I've ever been to. The cooks don't know how to cook. My food was only flipped once and only half of it. The mushrooms didn't even touch the grill, some were still cold. I feel sorry for the people in front of me, they had clams and their food wasn't flipped either. Teach these people how to cook properly.

Me and my boyfriend went to eat here today and WOW it has changed the employees were absolutely rude we felt like we were not welcome and just got treated very badly it felt like the employees did not want to even be there and do there job....the only plus was the guy on grill cooking in the red shirt he was extremely nice welcomeing and the food tastes good but idk if that's enough to come back. Overall pretty disappointed we spent like $50 and got treated horrible..

Good service on Father's Day no less. Wish recipes were near the sauces and all sauces had descriptions. Didn't think to use 2 bowls until I was in line for grill with overflowing single bowl. So good, I know I will be back.

I was in town for an appointment and needed a quick lunch. The quality of the food isn't the best, but the portions are huge and it's all you can eat. They said to put 6 spoons of sauce, but mine was pretty soupy at the end. Overall it was tasty and an ok experience

Definitely need to hire more employees. No one at the register when I walked in because every employee was doing multiple jobs. Ice cream machine went off like a fire alarm for five minutes until it gave up. And then five minutes later it started blaring an alarm again. Also if you are an adult you should grab two bowls for sure. It's like a real restaurant except instead of waiting for your food you stand in line for it. Place was packed and does not give an impression of cleanliness probably due to the lack of employees. The food is delicious though. Edit: Just want to clarify all the employees there were great and working hard. Just seems like too many customers and not enough employees.
