The cashier was friendly, poor girl looked so exhausted though. I felt for her. The food was super tasty, although I'm pretty sure I got food poisoning from the bacon as it didn't look fully cooked but I ate it anyways as I was starving, but a little bit ago I experienced explosive diarrhea and terrible stomach cramps 🙃 while I will be back, I will definitely not eat that sandwich ever again.

They advertise the mint milkshake and their milkshake machine is always "down/broken" but if the right person takes your order u can still get one which is some bullsh!t

Your worker Sierra needs to seriously leave her personal life out of her work life and not be a child. She tossed my doordash food on the counter and that looks poor on her. She needs to treat customers the same a grow up.

Went in 6 min after it opened and the place was disgusting. Nobody tried cleaning the night before or even when they opened. The food was gross. Don't go there

Long wait time, food didn't really taste fresh, and fries were soft and soggy. Made me never want to go there again. At least at that location.

This Arby’s was very dirty…. My food was not good either. I didn’t finish my food and I couldn’t wait to get out of there. The cashier was an older gentleman and was very nice, but I won’t go there again.

Quite possibly the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Service was quick, I’ll give them that. Employees were friendly. A person could skate on the oily tile floor. Counter around the drink station was gross.

Slow, cold, filthy! After taking 15 min, (I was the only one in the lobby for 10 min). The entire lobby is filthy, imagine how the parts you can't see looks?! After the long wait I left only to find my order was wrong. If you want a side of ecoli give them a shot, if notId go elsewhere. UPDATE!!! Got some food poisoning from this Arby's, you should really go elsewhere! Update!!! You might see these negative reviews and then see a response from management saying to reach out to them because they care. I sent them an email upon receipt of their response. Guess what they never responded to the email I sent, so theiy only post that response to try and appear to give a darn about their customers. I will never be a customer again.

Drive thru lady was nice but our curly fries were like bacon bites the wrapper looked like someone just wiped their hand on

We just had the classic fish and curly fries they were dry and the bun was really hard the fish was hard in some spots

Love the food, but place was a mess especially around the soda machines, needed a clean up bad. I understand it was right after lunch hour but someone could have cleaned the tables and wiped down around the soda machines

I always have a nice experience at this Arby's. The staff there always seem to work hard in order to get orders out correctly and quickly. Store is clean, and customers are treated as a priority. Will go back many more times to be sure

I love arbys and I love the crew there when the one guys isn’t working. He treats some of the crew poorly. He isn’t professional at all especially when a customer asked for something like light ice in their drink and he stops the other coworker and tells them to fill it more with ice to the top.

This is Arby's is disgusting. I can't eat Arby's anymore and it's because of this location. The workers wear masks for good reason.

Google maps says this location opens at 10am. We arrived at 10:55 and was told Arby's wouldn't open until 11am. We went across the street to Wendy's and spent $18. on a great lunch. Thanks for not being open Arby's!

Tried the new garlic ribeye. Was dissapointed. A 10.00 sandwhich was more like a 7.00. ❤️

I go to Arby's because I love the tea usually, and every time I stop by the miles city Arby's their tea tastes sour like it has been left and not changed out for days. Paid for a tea here 4 times and all 4 I got sour tasting tea. Will have to go to another place when I pass through for now I guess.

Order food form doordash the food was old and cold the chicken strips we got were still pink int the middle and not cooked all the way called to let them know they offered to give us a new 5 pc but I'm not going to risk it also who ever answered was kind but not really taken me seriously

Sloppy with cold fries, 4 out of five! We only go for our scotty dog, he likes the beef. Lol

They were always pleasant and the food is decent. Of course kids are welcome and because it's usually not extremely busy there's always plenty of parking.

For a place that has the meats, they are sure hidden. The Wagu burger doesn't have a presence in the box, but it tastes o.k. The chicken tenders Te mostly breading. The curly fries are awesome warm and with Arby's Sauce, but mine were neither warm nor was the requested Arby's Sauce included....

I came in and ordered a 9 piece buffalo boneless wing and got a 6 so I went back in and said I had payed for 9 they said that they count the bigger ones as 2 hmmm I said no that's not right she went back and hand picked the 3 littlest crumbs she could find wow

Even being short staffed, the place handled a lunch rush as well as possible. My hats off to the staff for keeping a professional manner and customer focused mentality. Great job!

Never answer the phone, been sitting in line for 30+ minutes. And always made sure my dine in food was done before the drive thru

We ordered two sandwiches, the first was with no ranch but with bacon. They left off the ranch and also the bacon. The second sandwiches was a beef and cheddar sandwich, they gave us a roast beefsandwich. The both of our drinks tasted bad. We won't be going back.

The workers there at the window checking everyone’s order were being really rude. Saying are u guys done yet, is that all, then as soon as we got to the window my mom asked if she can read back the menu bc the price didn’t sound right. She read it back but giving us really bad looks, being really snarky, and just rude all together. She shoved the bag in my moms hand and said everything is in there just very snarky. I’m not impressed, definitely do not recommend to come here.

I used to love Arby’s roast beef, but lately I’ve not been impressed. The sandwich I got in drive through last night was poorly put together and unappetizing.

Excellent food and service tonight. Very friendly atmosphere. We had a mint shake, vanilla shake and two beef n cheddars along with delicious curly fries. Super Yummy and love the melted cheese too!

I thought the servers were rude. I specifically asked for bronco berry sauce, arby and horsey sauce and it wasn't until we were on the road again that I realized I got only arby sauce. Arby's poppers are basic but it's the sauce that make them my favorite.
