The donut 🍩 was hard. The staff was young, immature, not clean, loud, and unprofessional. The hiring manager should be fired for allowing these uncaring teens to work in that establishment. They only care at the end of the day about their paychecks.

Absolute delight. It's commendable to find a place with such an energetic and courteous staff. Aided by their signature latte with an added caramel swirl. There's no greater start to the morning.

I was pretty disappointed with the quality of food here. I ordered a coffee, sandwich and hash browns. I ate one of the hash brown bites and they had a funny taste and were soggy, and I ended up throwing them away when I found a hair attached to one of them. The sandwich felt like it was warmed in a microwave for ten seconds before it was shoved in a bag, it wasn't stone cold but it wasn't warm either. The saving grace was, at least the coffee was hot.

Got off work at 6am and went through the drive-thru and asked the person at the mic what the sandwiches was because the sign was half lit and she said them so fast I couldn't understand her. So I had to ask her2 more times then she said she couldn't help me. Not my fault I couldn't see the sign or hear her. I will never go there EVER again!!

I had a large order! Twenty + coffee to-go boxes and twenty+plus dozen donuts to be organized by five different deliver locations. The manager was able to collect order, confirm, and staff the order with no problems. Very impressed and grateful for their work.

I don't understand what is so hard about following simple instructions, but apparently the indian woman who took my order is either stupid or there is a language barrier. I don't speak Hindi, but what I ordered was very simple, and I didn't get what I wanted. Not even close. I asked for French Vanilla, Cream, and 2 Sweet N Lows, and what I got tasted like ALL cream and nothing else in it. Even the label was completely wrong. Really ruined my day. I don't like spending money and not getting what I want. The management needs to watch her. She is a problem.

Better coffee than StarBs. Iced and blended drinks actually taste like coffee and not a bunch of sugar. They definitely have the sweet to coffee ratio perfect. Employees in drive thru very efficient. Orders are always correct and hot items always hot!

Sandwich was dry, hard and over toasted cheese melted away. Donuts were hard and tasted stale. Called to complain no answer.

My favorite on the go coffee! Love when I’m traveling and there is one close to where I’m staying!

Terrible ordered an iced caramel macchiato and got a freaking thing of milk not one bit of Carmel in my and nothing there that I really even wanted always out of products it is pretty sad that a McDonald's caramel coffee for $2 taste better than the coffee that received today

The ladies here are a great bunch. They take the time to know their regulars and their orders. Makes it easy and quick at the drive thru. The dinning area is open now and you can go in and make your purchases. Be sure to try any new flavors. During this time of high cost, their products are still very low on cost vs. taste.

I ordered mango and they gave me strawberry I hate there strawberry it is gross this Dunkin’ is over all horrible this don’t look like mango

Meet an old friend every Tues. The coffee is great and the pastry fresh. They always seem to be cleaning when time permits. Kudos to the friendly mgr. and staff at Garfield Hts.

This Dunkin Donuts is spotty at best. When I visit the drive thru service is always great! But my coffee is inconsistent. Sometimes the coffee tastes fresh other times it tastes like they used Day old coffee. I had to stop getting the food here because it always tastes like cleaner. Like they bleach their appliances and the food soaks up the taste and I plan to call in for that. I walked into the store today and smelled the cleaner that I taste faintly in the food. It’s concerning. After my simple coffee order was messed up today, I won’t be back.

I am baffled by the stupidity of this location. Simple ice coffee order somehow turned into a 12 dollar merge with another coffee somehow? The workers just stand around and look irritated at me that they can’t understand I ordered one coffee, not some mixed flavor concoction. Pouring coffee must be too hard.

My cold brew tastes great. However, I had to wait a minute to get someone’s attention to get my mobile order.

Every time I've went there it always takes forever for a single donut & yesterday I went there & got a ice coffee & donut for my kid & we were the only two people in the store it still took 15 minutes for that & the workers were just wondering around in the back besides that they're never friendly or polite this store needs better workers & managers because it's always like this

Been going here for years, everything's been right and the way it's supposed to be, and the inside is kept clean. They're busy as f in the mornings but they keep it moving.

I live in the area and whoever works mid-day is absolutely horrible. I waited 20 minutes for a simple bagel with cream cheese and the coffee sucked. I don’t know if making a bagel is rocket science but my time more substantial than waiting 20 minutes for a bagel

Love, love, love this Dunkin location! The staff is so amazing…not only do they provide great customer service, they take great pride in their work ethic. Love my daily coffee and good vibes from them ☺️💯

Both the drive-thru in the carryout in the diner the service was excellent I got in and out pretty quick

Ordered an iced pumpkin latte. But I received basically an iced milk drink with no taste of coffee or pumpkin flavor at all! Not only coffee was messed up but my food is wrong too! Horrible!

Ordered my food in the app while in the parking lot, a little after 10 am. Immediately went in asked if they could make bacon extra crispy if possible for my sandwich, to which the lady happily said yes. My food was ready in about 3 minutes all together and there were several cars in the drive through. I was amazed at how fast I got it. Thanks for the great food and friendly service!

It was close to closing. I had to use the drive through with no wait. They were slow at getting my order. Why is it none of the dunkins want to give receipts for mobile orders?

Shouldn't have to wait 10+ minutes for a large coffee, with only one car in front of me. Furthermore, stop asking me " is that hot?" Coffee is normally hot. Lastly the word in ten not tin and it's cents not "cent" ie. More than one cent.

They are always out of everything for some reason. The drinks aren’t consistently made by all of the employees- which is annoying, because it’s not like you have time to go back thru to get it more or less sweet. But the employees DO work hard, are friendly most of the time & I usually tip up to $1 because of this.

I get breakfast here 3 days out of the week. Morning shift is fast and nice. Yes, you will sometimes here them having a conversation but it doesn't interfere with getting the food out. I went tonight. Around 830pm and they where talking and laughing which is fine but they messed up my order and then i was sitting there while they argued about something. The window guy finally turned and saw me still sitting there, said oh then handed me my food.. I will continue to go there but not so much in the evening..

I was trying to pick up for Grubhub it took at least 20 min to get there...for a total of 18 doughnuts I went to the counter where I waited a few minutes for someone to notice I was standing there the young lady apologized asked for the name and proceeded to hand it to the front counter person who then took 15 mins to put the order together while on the phone complaining about being cussed out by another customer from another day I watched 3 drive thru customers served before she finished my order.....SAD

They were super nice. Love when fast food employees are kind! Don't get that too often. The egg and bacon bagel wasn't all that good, but it's the egg Dunkin. Donuts were GREAT. Boston creme 😋

Every time I visit they are closed. I visited recently at 6:40 the clerk said they were closed. There was a white car ahead of me. She said they had to clean up that's why they couldn't take another order. Wow at my job we work until exactly closing. I took my money to another Dunkin that closes at 8pm.
