This is a BEYOND large clinic. They got so many buildings for everything you can think of. They even hand out maps because its so big and has so many buildings. You do pay for parking but its not super costly. They also have smaller CCs in other cities. Problem is Cosgrove cars more about money then people. He hires/fires all the time. He wants doctors that are willing to see you for five minutes and boot you out for the next patient. Its a constant stream of patients. So sure your first visit they schedule it within a week or two. But after that they don't care. Your appointments can be weeks if not months down the road. My eye doctor I seen there after the second visit they told me next open slot was 4 months away. Really? I see alot of people go there because its a known world wide place. Including celebs and rich people from the United Eremites. I assume they maybe pay something under the table since they always get in right away and get treated like stars. Again, don't get me wrong I love CC because everyone is in one place, they all talk to each other and alot of great technology at CC. But you really feel worthless like a nobody after you go there enough.

Cleveland clinic is an amazing hospital with a wonderful staff from all different lines of specialties. In our experience. Everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous from our stay as inpatient and even for appointments when we return to this facility. It is amazing to see the medical advances happening within this organization.

The best clinic in the country, everyone was helpful, my doctor was very good, Ps. The downside, can't afford to eat. There, 2 slices of pizza. 2 snall salad, $25,00. No drink parking $10,00

Extremely disappointed in our visit today. Dr. Montegue's discourteous bedside manner, and inadequate listening skills (after a three and a half hour drive) was unamusing. Leaving The Cleveland Clinic, which I thought was one of the best medical facilities in the country, with more questions than answers, is completely unacceptable. The most degrading, humiliating experiences yet, in this roller coaster of appointments. Thanks for nothing, except a fat medical bill which you did not earn.

Excellent staff and care. The red coats and even the staff very helpful on getting around.The only problem is with the valet parking at building J no organization people dropping off,wherever they want,no distinct way to drop off or pick- up total cluster.

While friendly helpful staff and great Drs, people think once they are sitting down in waiting room they can remove their masks. They need security to monitor the waiting areas because these little receptionists are to scared to enforce it, and I don't blame them

Lorenzo DiGiogio. Very unhelpful, while on call to answer patient’s urgent concerns. Too busy to speak with a 92 year old patient because he’s taking care of a baby and had no patience for a weekend phone call. Shame on you for then giving me a lecture. I hope putting people down isn’t part of your bedside manner.
