This was my first visit at the recommendation from a friend. I wasn’t disappointed, the meatball sub I had was legit Italian! The store is a mixture of groceries, deli counter and a pretty extensive carry out menu. Everything was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. There is a nice little dining area if you want to eat inside. I’ll be back for more!

Can't beat Ferrara's for some of the best imported foods in the CLE area. The smells are worth the visit as the fresh bread, pizza and sandwiches tempt your pallet to try any of their fresh made salads, sandwiches, etc. The people are just good people too! They'll strike up a conversation like the good old days and will thank you for visiting them ... and mean it! I'm hungry now just thinking about a Paisan with hot peppers, cheese, lettuce and tomato. 11/19/22 ... Still the best!

This is the best place to buy imported meat or cheese their Pizza is also amazing. Their customer service is unbeatable and they have foods I can't get here in Indiana. Anytime I'm in Cleveland I have to stop by and stock up on meat and cheese.

Being of Italian heritage it saddens me to say this but Ferrara's is no import store. The products on their shelves are no different then what Marc's or DrugMart sells. FYI if you like Margarita long stick pepporoni, DrugMart sells it by the Deli in Mentor for half the price of Ferrara's. There bakegoods for the most part are not fresh in housemade and not to metion medicore. Very little is imported from the old country. They should refer to themselves as sandwhich shop.

This place has amazing food. Don’t be let down by the old school look, the food is old school and quite delicious. Try the Italian sub with sweet peppers, but everything in here is authentic and very good. Shops like this are becoming a rare sight so we need to support them as much as possible! If this place closes it will be missed!!

One of the best Italian subs I've ever had. Staff is extremely friendly, the place is clean, and the food is amazing. You really cannot ask for more. I recommend Ferrara's to anyone and everyone.

If you are looking for a variety of cheeses and desserts, you won't find it here. But the cashier told me that Ferrara's is known for its sandwiches. Also, cash only. You can use an ATM in the store but it will cost you 2 dollars and change! Pasta choices are several but rather pricey. However, nice friendly vibes in the store.

First off the employees/owners are very friendly!! We went to Ferrara's to pick up a sheet pizza for our 93 year old neighbor, he really wanted it for his birthday. I ordered it the day before and they had it ready and waiting. I saw pepperoni rolls/bread sitting at the check out I bought a few to try, OMG!!! The pepperoni rolls/bread were so good. Probably the best I ever had, and I make them at home. We delivered the pizza (cut to my neighbors specifications), they literally opened the box at 10 am, cut 2 pieces and ate the pizza like they haven't eaten in days. As they told me this is authentic Italian pizza. It was worth the 45 minute drive each way to see how happy this made my neighbor.

They have the best Italian sausage sandwich in the world. If you like Italian sausage you have to try theirs. The roll that it comes with is totally unique and doesn't become mushy or soggy. I hope that they never change this treat. If I could give more stars I would.

Amazing. Absolutely Amazing. Such a welcoming establishment. If you like spice, definitely try their hot peppers on a sandwich or just grab a tub of them and use them to attract a mate. They are phenomenal. Such a wonderful and (these days) rare experience.

This reminds me of a small Italian grocery store in Italy, that I have visited many times. Very authentic, very friendly, very helpful. When you need anything related to Italian food, skip the chain stores and go straight here. Remember to hit the ATM on the way because they don’t except credit cards.

If you don't know about this fantastic gem, well, you are missing out. The best deli meats, fresh bread, pizza. High quality imported foods. The folks running the place are awesome too. One of the best stores in the north east Ohio.

Love their pesto and pizza sauce. I usually go in for the individually wrapped pizza slices. Glad they have a ATM inside because they only accept cash transactions. Kind of cool that they have a pizza restaurant, connected to their grocery store. Wish they stayed open longer hours during the evening. They have a deli as well. Come check them out. Try the cold pizza slices, they are amazing...

God I love this place. When you walk in the door you get blasted by a wonderful aroma. They have a nice selection of Italian imports, a great deli and amazing fresh bread. Cash and check only. Great establishment to support as a small local business. They really are just the friendliest.
