The
hotel
looked
a
bit
old
on
the
exterior
however
the
lobby
smelled
clean
(there
were
cleaning
staff
cleaning
when
I
got
there)
and
looked
alright
so
I
decided
it
should
be
OK
for
a
night.
I
was
only
in
town
for
a
day
for
a
funeral.
After
paying
$183.63
for
a
double
queen
room
for
1
night
i
was
informed
the
pool
was
down.
Had
I
known
that
before
my
credit
card
was
charged
I
would've
went
elsewhere.
We
got
the
room
then
went
to
services.
When
we
got
back
to
our
room
later
that
night
was
when
I
discovered
the
true
hotel
past
the
lobby
doors.
I
was
on
the
first
floor,
with
hideous
grey
&
blue
walls
and
a
carpet
that
i
couldn't
decide
was
filthy
or
just
the
design?
Both
ice
machines
were
broken
on
that
floor.
In
the
room
there
was
visible
damage
to
the
walls.
But
the
mattress
was
bed
bug
free
so
I
said
screw
it
we'd
stay
the
night.
Shortly
after
unpacking
to
take
a
shower
I
realized
there
was
no
shower
curtain.
In
an
attempt
to
call
the
front
desk
the
room
phone
didn't
work.
I
have
a
2yr
old
who
was
running
around
the
room
so
I
figured
maybe
she
unplugged
it?
No,
the
phone
was
not
unplugged.
But
that's
when
I
found
the
oreo
covered
in
ants
in
the
room.
Our
room
was
switched
it
was
about
10pm
at
this
time
and
the
staff
working
were
really
nice
about
it.
Our
new
room
had
more
damaged
and
hole
filled
walls.
But,
the
mattresses
were
bed
bug
free.
So
we
all
showered
and
crashed.
The
included
breakfast
was
a
joke.
Bagels,
mini
muffins,
yogurt,
microwave
croissant
sandwich,
fruit,
juice
boxes,
and
a
community
serve
gallon
of
milk.
I've
paid
much
less
for
better
quality
hotels,
with
a
much
better
fresh
cooked
breakfast.
We
will
not
be
back.
