Dirty, broken down, and felt unsafe. No light in bathroom. No towels. When we requested towels the front desk said that they had none to give us. Our bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Moved to new room and THAT sink wouldn’t drain. Handprints on outside of first floor room; looked like someone tried to slide it open to get in. People milling about who appeared to be homeless. Broken glass in parking lot. My brother’s first room lacked a working toilet. After being given a new room, found that it lacked a shower curtain. When he asked for a new one it never came, so they had to shower without one. Holes in drywall. Ultimately, we left a day early (with adequate notice), and were charged for the extra day, anyway. When I asked the woman at reception about it, she said she didn’t know how to fix it but would tell someone. After 2 fruitless calls to Wyndham customer service, I called my credit card to dispute it. Terrible experience.

I'm gonna be frank here. I've stayed in motels nicer. Check-in/Parking: I'm apologizing to my friend (we were here for a late comedy show; only one night) for booking us a dirty hotel off the highway. Trash hanging out of the cans at the entrance. Parking is wonky, but I don't blame them for that. What doesn't inspire confidence, though, are the signs in the parking lot that say the hotel isn't responsible for break-in or theft. That's horrifying. Check-in took a while, but that's fine. Halls/elevators: The carpets are dirty and the walls are covered in scuffs and dents. I saw a wall on the first floor that looked like someone took a melonballer to it. The elevators take up to 2min to call, don't ding when they're there, and just straight up don't open when they arrive at your floor. The elevators have banks of six incandescent lights, but only 1-3 are functional. It's like the elevator in a haunted mansion attraction. Room: Dirty floors, dirt/burn marks on sheets, and holes in the blinds. We had asked someone to come and sweep up the French fries we found under one of our beds. Front desk lady swore up and down she'd do it herself. We came back after leaving for our show... Still French fries. I spoke to another guest in the morning, only to learn she had double the cost and not even a fridge in her room. Finding ice was a hunt. The TVs are Amazon Fire TVs and can be streamed to from your phone, which is rad if you can ignore everything else. I don't know what I expected for $100 a night, but man, I really should've just booked a budget motel.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I’m usually not one to write reviews on the negative but I just hope this saves someone who is not familiar with the area time and money. There was puke on the curtain, crumbs and stickiness all over the floors (I had to wear shoes in the entire room) there was a pill under the sink (visible, you could just tell nobody swept) molded food in the mini fridge, their pool has been closed for 8 months with no obvious signs of repair... just absolutely a disaster.

The hotel looked a bit old on the exterior however the lobby smelled clean (there were cleaning staff cleaning when I got there) and looked alright so I decided it should be OK for a night. I was only in town for a day for a funeral. After paying $183.63 for a double queen room for 1 night i was informed the pool was down. Had I known that before my credit card was charged I would've went elsewhere. We got the room then went to services. When we got back to our room later that night was when I discovered the true hotel past the lobby doors. I was on the first floor, with hideous grey & blue walls and a carpet that i couldn't decide was filthy or just the design? Both ice machines were broken on that floor. In the room there was visible damage to the walls. But the mattress was bed bug free so I said screw it we'd stay the night. Shortly after unpacking to take a shower I realized there was no shower curtain. In an attempt to call the front desk the room phone didn't work. I have a 2yr old who was running around the room so I figured maybe she unplugged it? No, the phone was not unplugged. But that's when I found the oreo covered in ants in the room. Our room was switched it was about 10pm at this time and the staff working were really nice about it. Our new room had more damaged and hole filled walls. But, the mattresses were bed bug free. So we all showered and crashed. The included breakfast was a joke. Bagels, mini muffins, yogurt, microwave croissant sandwich, fruit, juice boxes, and a community serve gallon of milk. I've paid much less for better quality hotels, with a much better fresh cooked breakfast. We will not be back.

This place is absolutely disgusting!!! It is being advertised as a three-star hotel on Google and a 3.5 star on Priceline, this is a 1 star hotel at best. The only thing decent about this hotel was the convenience of the location right off the highway. The parking is terrible. You either have to park on one end or the other end but either way you have to walk. I took pictures of how disgusting my room looked. There was literally stains on the ceiling. The towels look like cheap towels you buy out of Dollar store. The floor was not mopped, there was trash all in the hallways, and there is only one person working at the desk. You smelled weed throughout the entire building. And you can forget about making a complaint, because they don't care. The walls are thin and you hear EVERYTHING!!! I have still yet to hear from the manager or the owner after paying the stay at this trashy hotel. Never again. They should be ashamed of themselves, but they're not.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights for business reasons. During my time, this is what I experienced The parking lot was dark The hallways are clean but poorly lit. The ice machine on the 2nd floor wasn't working. My key card for the gym didn't work, and I had to have the front lobby open it up for me The gym wasn't clean and was missing pieces of equipment My room was clean enough, and the bed checked out as well. The bathroom didn't have a shower liner and no body wash or hand soap Overall, the staff was very nice and the room was suitable for what was needed. Some of my co-workers had rooms that were far worse and more questionable than mine. It's a good last-minute decision for a bed and a shower. Other than that, I wouldn't stay here again personally.

Had to update, no real service, if you do find someone, they'll be on their phone taking a personal call. The bathroom had used towels in it, the sink either fell off the wall and poorly repaired, or it's in the process of falling off the wall. The hot tub and pool were both out of service. Their are entrance doors broken, and unable to be used, so you have to walk around the building to get in, because the parking sucks. 1 and done here, I've been to worse, but we really almost just left. Do not recommend for the price.

This place should not be in business. We made the mistake of booking through Priceline so we couldn’t get refunded unless the hotel agreed… and the manager was never “in” so that was impossible to get done. We tried for 5 days straight to contact him. We did not stay our second night bc of the disgust (wouldn’t have stayed at all but arrived late at night and didn’t know the area, had nowhere to go) — the bathroom had mildew, carpets were gross, the ice machines didn’t work and the ice machine areas had MOLD on the ceilings, ceiling tiles missing with wires hanging down, floors were gross and half torn up, stairwell stairs were torn up, paint and wallpaper peeling — it was awful. The smell of smoke was strong throughout. Definitely NOT a 3.0-3.5 star hotel. Management was never in and never returned phone calls or emails. We went to corporate to report this place.

Great location, Great customer service, the only thing negative is the low quality of the rooms. Once the rooms are CLEANED meaning no spider webs, no DUST, & towels that APPEAR to be cleaned. If these things change, then this could potentially be one of the best Hotels.

Checked in late and left early for an appointment, so we didn't get to take advantage of the free breakfast bar. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. Plus we saved a lot of money choosing this hotel versus others in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a tired hotel. We found non working ice machines, the pool and hot tub closed for maintenance, and an empty Kleenex box on the vanity. There were NO USB ports in the room which meant we could charge our phones overnight. The toilet had a loose tank which meant you could put the seat up - as it would slam shut. Our room, while VERY spacious and in the “executive section”, was weird. A tiled corner told us there previously was a hot tub in the room, complete with a grab bar. The king size bed was creaky and the mattress felt bowed at the edges. We were in the “sleep advantage quiet zone” however throughout the night we were awakened by people shouting and banging around in the hallway. There was a substantial gap at the bottom of the door which allowed the sounds to easily enter our space. We did not sleep well at all. Finally we went down at 9 am for our free breakfast. This was mini muffins, mini donuts, and milk. There was no yogurt, no juice, and nothing substantial or “real” for breakfast. Would wholeheartedly NOT recommend this hotel.

I stayed here with a friend for the Phillies/Guardians series this past weekend as we're both huge Philly sports fans and have a goal of getting to all 30 MLB parks. The intro being out of the way, I'll admit I was a little scared when we booked this place considering the other bad reviews mentioning smelly rooms and lack of breakfast, being a glorified homeless shelter etc., when we walked in we were told there was a wait for rooms as they were still getting them ready. They claimed 20-30 mins but ended up being close to 2 hours. I was a little unhappy about that but when we finally got a room, the cleaning crew was literally just outside and the room was good and ready, the room and the surrounding hallway did not smell anything like weed/cigarettes etc. Another complaint is that the bathroom only had 1 big towel and like 3 or 4 hand towels, but problems like that can be avoided when you pack your own towels like I did. Another thing that scares me when it comes to lower-end hotels like this is the possibility of bed bugs, I always have this rule of before setting any of your personal belongings in your room, to do a thorough check for any signs of life from those agents of Satan. Given that the room was literally just cleaned, I felt at ease but still did my 20 point inspection just to be sure. Passed with flying colors. The front desk employees dealt with the influx of traffic for the baseball series the best they could, they were serviceable and I realize things like the room wait time may not always be their fault. We also ran into an issue when returning to our hotel after the game Saturday night, both of our room keys would not work. Luckily the front desk swapped them out for us and within minutes we were back in the room and able to catch up on rest and catch a 2nd wind for our day on Sunday. Our room did have a fridge and cable TV with a decent package, fair warning that the tv is outdated and didnt have modern amenities like a remote access cable guide. Had to do old school channel surfing for something to watch for the periods of downtime we had during our stay. I think with the proper care and management this place can be something better than what it has been, dont get spooked by the bad reviews but be warned that there were other things that weren't great but sometimes they can be counteracted by doing some pre-planning on your part. Overall 3/5 stars.

This hotel is fairly good. Their rooms are not in the best shape - clogged bathrooms, fairly neat rooms, and not too tidy. Their complimentary breakfast is poor, It is better you don't go to eat at all. I had to change my room twice before I got a suitable one. I would only recommend this hotel if it is the only one available in Ohio. Prices are too much for what is offered.

It was bad the first room 118 was falling apart the walls were moist and squishy, there was exposed wires, a hole covered by painters tape and painted over, and another open hole, the pool was empty and everything was cheep, you can probably get a much better room at the Holiday Inn just past the overpass for not that much more. The second room was a little better but basically the same.

I booked this hotel through priceline and shortly after arriving, cancelled and requested a refund. My first room, had a dirty yellow bed skirt, smelled like cigarettes even after they requested we did not smoke. I called the front desk and was immediately given a second room. Upon inspection, the second room had bugs, a damaged furniture piece, mold in the bathrooms, and toothpaste on the shower curtain. When I finally requested, a refund and for my room to be cancelled the front desk man, was short and rude and didn't show any care or concern about the room conditions. Would absolutely not recommend.

Breakfast was simply cereal, oranges, apples, bagels, coffee, fruit punch, and yogurt. No hot food like eggs bacon or sausage. The bathroom by the gym was so disgusting. The gym key card reader wasn't working so I couldn't use the gym. One of the doors leading outside was sealed up with duct tape presumably to keep the cold out but I'd imagine this being a serious issue if there was ever an emergency. The rooms were decent though and the receptionist was really nice

Check in was slow because of only one employee at 900pm with 4 customers ahead of us. Check in associate was very nice. Room was very clean. AC worked wonderfully. Microwave with coffee maker. Refrigerator was missing from room. Bathroom was clean and stocked. Bed was comfortable with great pillows. Indoor pool was drained and closed. Outdoor pool looked to have been filled in with dirt. Many outdoor seating options and loungers. (Not sure how to access to pool is closed) Fitness center was more than adequate. "Free Breakfast" was a muffin and apple juice pouch. Parking lot is very dark. Overall, a descent stay for the money. No visible security or other employees. Seemed like a good area. As previously reviewed, hotel makes a photocopy of your credit card then still has you insert into card machine which I thought was odd.

This hotel had the worst service. Nobody was ever at the front desk. The room was torn apart. The bed was sunk in the headboard had missing lights and holes in them and there was barely any tissue. The ice machines didn't work but only on the second floor. They are misleading this place on Priceline giving it four and a half stars when really it's a one-star hotel. Beware. Read the comments. Everybody's not lying. This is a horrible horrible hotel. I just spent the night there on my birthday with my kids and I was so disappointed this hotel especially for the price and of the doors work for the keypads. The hotel should be shut down if you ask me.

Room was clean, no comforter, no housekeeping during our stay(for our room and for the hallway and lobby); no fresh towels or bedding, no trash removal, spills on floors remained for our entire visit; Breakfast items offered were chocolate cupcakes, honey bunns, and muffins, sometimes they had bananas, capri-sun juice, icewater, thermos/craffe of coffee, all but 1 vending machine were out of order for the entire hotel, we paid to have 2 banquet meals per day during our stay but only received appetisers on the first night; room rates on the internet ranged from $49-$80; we were charged $160 for the first 4 nights, and $187 on the 5th night, tax rate charged 17.5% Absolutely no discounts, refused to make up the difference when advertised price differed from the rate charged.

One side of my king size bed (right side broken) was leaning. So my rest was uncomfortable. No one was at the front desk I was too tired and needed some rest. The breakfast wasn't any complimentary anything. Not to mention it was a chalk-line on the floor very disturbing

The Ramada was fine, but not great. Our room was clean, but not spotless. The tile in the bathroom is slippery. The lighting for make up, non-existant. Be prepared, the resturant/bar is gone, compliments of Covid. We've stayed here before, good price, especially if you are here for the Cleveland Clinic...only 10 min away. Oh, and be prepared to walk....the elevators are not in a good place for all room placement and parking.

Very Disappointing. Don’t stay here. Check in went fine, however when given our room keys, they didn’t open the doors. Went back down to the front desk, new keys were made and the clerk said she would be coming up to make sure the room opened. True to her word, she arrived (the second set of keys didn’t work). Cleanliness of the room was fair. Breakfast consisted of; Mr Coffee (with cold coffee) a bag of “grocery bagels” and pre packaged danish. Not a breakfast. The rate paid was $130+ very disappointing. Will NOT stay here again. Old hotel in need of major maintenance. Common areas were dirty and run down.

This hotel is run down and dirty. It doesn’t look anything like the pictures or the descriptions states. They don’t serve breakfast & the pool isn’t open. The smell of cigarettes in the hallway was so strong and bad we had to check out a day early because my 5yr old daughter was becoming sick from it. Tampons on the floor and when speaking to staff we get the usual “well there’s nothing we can do right now”. I get a phone call stating “my manager can give you %10 percent back”… TWENTY DOLLARS is our compensation. I went there to visit the Cleveland clinic & my trip was made worse because we had to spend the day trying to find some place safe for us to stay!

If i could put 0 stars I most definitely would, to start when booking my room I wanted somewhere with a pool so I put that in my filters and the website showed a nice big pool but when we got there they said that they didn't have a pool and then they don't give your money back if you cancel the room, there are no refrigerators in the room, then they start pounding the door at exactly 11am so i told them I'll be out about 10 minutes, then they call st 5 after 11 and every 5 minutes after that! If you want me to check out I have to be able to pack my stuff and can't stop to answer the phone every 3 minutes! Then they were just rude each time they called! Won't ever stay there again!

Place is extremely gross. I don’t like writing negative reviews but I have to say something because this place isn’t cheap considering there’re 4 other hotels around. First hotel that makes a copy of your credit card and drivers license, even though you have to swipe your card for the $50 damage hold fee. I asked why they make copies and they said it just goes in a book and the they throw them out months later. I didn’t like that at all. Hallways are disgusting. It’s like there’s green painted wood in between each set of doors. Hallways, carpet and decor is so outdated and dirty. Phone in the room doesn’t have a cord. It’s basically a chunk of plastic there for show. The blinds in the room were broken at the top so bright sun shined right in and are so dirty I didn’t even want to touch them but had to. Beds are decent, but pretty hard. Don’t get me stared with the tiny, clear, shampoo bottle being half gone, but then a different name brand conditioner and soap. Overall I was here to sleep abs felt so dirty and to top it off, hallways were loud as hell. As if they had 20+ people in each room. It’s dirty, run down, stinks abs I really wish I w waste my money. Sleeping in my car would of been more comfortable than here. Staff was friendly. Only positive vibe.

The room was resinable and clean. Unfortunately they were not done with the pool yet but we could see the work being done. The landscaping guys were there and we could also see the progress they were making as well. Sadly no fridge in the room yet but they did have a coffee pot for us. Would have left a 3 star but the staff was very friendly and treated us very well so I added a star for them. Thanks again Dawn for making me and my son feel welcome at the pet convention. The young man who fixed the heater, thanks for your speedy response for this southerner.

Let me start out by saying the Air Conditioner works amazingly, and the bed is comfortable. The staff were polite, and the location was close to every activity my family and I had planned for the days we’d be in Cleveland. We saw pictures of this exact hotel, and it definitely was not what we saw online. The building itself has so much potential to be better, it just needs the right people to put the work in to bring it back to what it used to be.

My experience was horrible! I checked in, and when I went to my room, there were no sheets on the bed. There was trash on the floor, alcohol bottles everywhere, and the shower was disgusting. The 2nd room they offered me smelled heavily of weed/smoke, and the shower and the room were again dirty. They said that that was their best room! I checked out and had to find another hotel for my family to stay in, and they didn't give me my money back. I don't recommend it.
