Average experience for me Service are poor Staff behavior very dirty..

Worst food quality and Service. Total waste of time and money. They don't even deserve one star. I could not give ZERO here.

Cheaters. First sell coupons for free stay, then don’t have rooms anytime to be availed via coupon. Shame ! Stop this gimmick.

I stayed here for two days to attend a local wedding function. The overall stay was really good. The entire hotel is nicely done. Good part Spacious rooms Few rooms have dinning table also for 4 to 10 people inside the room. The corridor is also wide. Sad part Room service is very slow Even water in the room was not complimentary if you want chilled water. But overall good place. If you are looking for a comfortable stay this is the place.

Property is good but services are pathetic. They don't even bother about your comfortable stay at their hotel. Food quality is also so so not so good. Room are not properly cleaned. AC is not working, after calling at least 7-8 times still the problem is same. Leaking taps & washroom is so dirty. They also don't provide buffe in breakfast.

Jyoti is famous for hosting wonderful weddings and it should continue doing that. It's Restaurant is a chaos after they started membership cards, which is a good marketing strategy, but their waiters should have been prepared well in advance. The place was overcrowded and they were denying the orders which took time just to make room for more people. It was chaos , still giving 2 stars just for the taste of food. Also Had an experience for the first time to pay 10/- extra for a bottle of packaged drinking water. The bill included the tax as well on an overall billing. On being asked about the explanation for the same, no justification was given instead we were mocked and discussed behind our backs. Quite unfair for a costumer to face such an experience after relishing the meal. I have the pics of the bottle with 30/- rs mentioned on it, bill, and menu card which says bottled water including service charges after which the bill had tax as well. Quite unacceptable!

I think owner and staff earned a lot of money so they do not value their customers even they do not attend calls even calling multiple times very pathetic

Went for a business discussion, had snacks.... found well made and were tasty...

No standards, not well maintained and cost is very high as compared to others..

Very poor services.i will never visit to jyoti hotel at any cost .even don't have manners to talk to clients.

Decent place to stay in the middle of the city. Rooms are adequately spacious and the prices are also reasonable. Ample parking space and situated on the main road with very easy access.

Went for wedding invitation. Overall good. Lightning can be better. It almost pink and red shade allover.

I guess it's the best in Yamunanagar. The services are amazing. The location is amazing.

Restaurant service can be improved. Felt it to be little slow.

It's one of the best hotels in Yamunanagar. Good connectivity and road. Near to bus stand and railway and industrial area.

Overall, I had a great experience! staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect! Just 2.2 km away from Jagadhari Railway station! Breakfast was good! Room services are also good. Highly recommended if you are visiting Jagadhri/Yamunanagar!.... In Restaurant you can have paneer stuffed parathas (tandoor one's)! They were just awesome!... Muct try there Virgin Mohito! No need to search any restaurant nearby if you are staying in Hotel jyoti.... They are having good delicacies and at affordable prices!

Worst service. Staff lacks service and behaviour etiquettes. Food quality also gone for a toss. Better eat on a road side dhaba than here. AVOID !!!
