    I went in this store to open up a prepaid account with a special offer currently advertised through the website at $25/month if you prepay $300 for the whole year. Larry, the associate, knew that the offer was not available in store yet he deceived me into thinking it was and signed me up for their more expensive plan at $65/month and charged me $300plus tax.There is no way this was a honest mistake on his part: (1) I made it very clear what plan I wanted (2) he should have realized the plan was not available when he set it up for me as he had plans to choose from (3) he deliberately charged me the $300 so I wouldn’t notice. The plan he set me up on only required the $65 payment. If I hadn’t checked as soon as I got home I wouldn’t have noticed until 4 months from now when my account would reach $0 balance. BE wary of what you are signing up for because the associates will do anything for a quick buck!

    Zac gave me the best possible service I could have asked for, I came in with a simple tech support issue and he helped me lower my bill and get an apple watch which I had been looking at getting. He helped me set it all up and made sure I was happy before I left the store. 11/10 Service.

    I've never experienced such condescending and useless people working at any store. They wanted to charge a restocking fee for a defective phone. I've never heard of such absurdity. They didn't know their own policies and made them up as they went. The lady manager (I think Ambrosia) was incompetent and wasted 3 hours of my day because she didn't fully understand their own policies. She also put words in my mouth and was aggressive and rude. She should not be a manager as she is the reason for my churn. I would steer far away from this AT&T store.

    The store rep grossly misrepresented pricing, activation fees, and promotions. Even after I asked, he denied additional fees. I called the store to speak with the manager and the store rep that answered the phone told me she didn't know when the manager would be in! I'm extremely dissatisfied and will never use that att store again, and I will advise all friends and family to avoid it also.

    Just switched to a new phone plan. Really great customer service, a guy named Larry instantly greeted me as I walked in, and the very nice gentleman who helped me switch my phone plan was very nice. (Man disserves a big raise) think his name was Zac

    This might be the first time I haven’t hated going into an ATT store. The staff was extremely helpful in helping me navigate the issues I was having with my Wi-Fi hotspot. Took his time explaining what the issue is and fixed it up for me with a new device.

    Everyone at the Southcenter Mall store was very attentive, helpful and nice. Danielle and her manager, Ambrosia, were both amazing to work with and went above and beyond with getting my new phone and streaming service set up. They even helped me cancel my contract with Xfinity and get a better, no contract deal for my internet. It was one of the best service experiences I've ever had and l definitely recommend that store to anyone needing to go to an ATT in the future!

    Larry Dent gave me the best experience I have ever had at any other AT&T store ever. I would definitely recommend stopping here and seeing him for all your mobile service needs. His professionalism and customer service was extraordinary!

    I went to this store #344 and the sale person was very nice to help me about my voicemail and he did help me even though it didn’t not fix it. But nevertheless he would help me weather if he could fix or not. He tried to find out about any information for me. Store #344 hopefully all the sale persons keep up the good job. Thank you. It was different from the AT&T inside Westfield mall ( he told me that he couldn’t help me, he only here to sale the product. it was disappointing to hear that. I know that it is depending upon each individual but it was very sad that he didn’t take his job seriously enough. I was as customer service myself and no matter what, at least i could try to find out about what the customer need however I could fix or not. )

    Store was extremely full but the workers made sure that I got on the list ASAP. Jeannette did such a great job working with us and the manager was great as well. I really want you guys to know that Jeannette went above and beyond with her customer service. She is a great employee and see her moving up in your company

    My store rep named Nya was amazing. Shr answered every question I had. She also found a better service plan for me. She found the perfect for what I do and the needs it needed for the phone. Nya provided the best customer serivce I had in at&t store. She is quick and efficient. She understands the customers need. She listens and took what I had said and came up with the best resolution to my problem . I will be back to do more business here in the future .

    Larry & Gary were amazing! Incredibly helpful & friendly. They were patient and made sure we walked out of the store with the best prices we possibly could. If anyone is looking to upgrade/change plans, these guys are the ones to go to. Give these two raises!

    One of the friendliest tech savvy person, and those are the ones that you need and want to help you with. The time I was there I just said my prepaid phone doesn't work she knew everything she knew what to do and if it didn't work she just pause for a second and said oh here it is.     There was a guy no name tag that I saw, gauges, Ring tattoo on right arm, who helped us and was the nicest guy, he took the time to entertain all the options I gave him and he helped me and was nice and it made me feel better about AT&T 😂

    I had a great experience at this att location they greeted and immediately put me on the list so that I could get help. I waited a little bit because they were lightly staffed at the time that I came into the store. However, great experience Jeanette was awesome.
