My dog passed away last year and I feel horrible this is a late review. I just want everyone to know how wonderful the staff at VCA in Lacey all are!!! I can’t speak on behalf of the other locations but I was treated quite well in Lacey. Very professional and empathetic to my dog and her pain. Shout out to Mayra, Rhease and Sarah!!! You make that place memorable!!! Thank you for all your hard work!!!

My daughter lost her dog. Her everything, and when it happened, we rushed her little girl Lady straight there. She was DOA, we were told. We went over the procedures of cremation and things she would like added on, nose print, paw print, hair. The girl didn't write any of this down. I had to go find someone cause they left us in the room. Anyway, long story short, when we went back to pay. They did NOT have any prints or hair because she never wrote that important information down. And she explicitly said she wanted us to think about things we would like so she could write it down. Needless to say, my daughter's heart was broke again. Because these were important. And they brushed it off like whatever. This is the same emergency hospital that wouldn't even take my Jellybean when she was brutally attacked by an aggressive pit bull. How they nonchalantly pretend to care, but pretending is what they are good at because in the end this memories my daughter can't get back.

The person I spoke to didn’t know or check their schedule, said they are not accepting any appts, and go to another vet place. Didn’t ask me any questions other than go away.

I found a lost dog on 6/10 and after unsuccessfully looking for it's owners on my own, I called them up at almost closing time to see if they could scan for a chip. The staff was so helpful and nice. They really seemed to care and were happy tp help despite it being closing time. They gave me a leash and some advice. While the chip didn't have any owner info, I was able to reunite the dog with her people through the resources they gave me. To be honest, they are much nicer and more helpful than my current vet so I think I will make a switch. Thanks again for helping me with the lost dog.

Dr. Brett Bower and her staff are phenomenal. Truly miracle workers with my pets’ special needs. They are honest, kind, and will work with you to form the best plan of care for your animals. I feel so grateful to find a caring and wonderful veterinarian office that I can trust with my most precious possession, my fur babies. I was new to the area and wanted to establish care for my dogs right away. I had to wait a month+ to get in, but believe me, it was worth the wait. Thank you, all again. Your professionalism combined with the upmost hands on care does not go unnoticed!

The best vet office I have ever been to. Dr. Bower is so friendly and you can tell she takes the time to know your pets and their personalities. The front desk is always friendly. They also make time for emergencies. Amazing staff. Amazing experience.

We love Dr Bower at VCA. She has been so helpful to us over the years. She's kind and soft with our pets and always knows the right thing to say and the right advice to give. We can go in having complete confidence that she will care for our pets the best way possible.

I normally go to VCA in Tinglwild, but are temporarily closed. My dog need just a allergy shot and flea med. Well front desk was great. Doc. Came in and from stories I heard about this place well, I will say there true. Doc. Refused My service because I wasn't going to do a booster shot. Seriously my poor baby need other care and you refused. You where wanting to do a booster, not wanting to help his issues, oh and wanted to change my babies flea med. Why change something that works for him. It was what you wanted not what was best for him. You showed no patient care for a animal my baby for what he needed at that time, with on top of waiting weeks before we can come in to be a waste of time. You $#@%

I brought my two dogs at the same time today for the first time. They were all so kind and patient with me and my dogs. Really grateful for feeling welcomed and the professionalism that was shown with my very anxious dogs. Highly recommend going here!

From the vets to the staff, everyone has treated us and our pets with kindness and respect. The vets are thorough, conscientious and caring. Highly recommended.

Dr. Bower at this clinic is top shelf and front office staff are very friendly. I've been taking my fur son to her for a few years and my pup is a bit anxious when visiting the vet (due to a bad experience at another vet) Dr Bower is able to work with him and is one of the few people he feels ok examing him. This given the fact my pup doesn't like people 🤣 besides his pack, says alot abt Dr Bower. From a pet ownerperspective, Dr. B is very thoughtful & thorough in her examinations & most importantly her explanations of what is going on, and puts it in terms a simpleton like myself can understand. Would highly recommend Dr. Bower.

I have lived in Olympia for 48yrs. I have been to nearly all of the Veterinary clinics in the area. Lacey Animal Clinic (by FAR!) was the best clinic I have been to. The Doctors and staff are both kind and professional. They nursed my aging dog and helped make her life the best possible for her. At the end of her life, Lacey Animal Clinic was there to assist not only my four legged best friend but me also. Thank you VCA Lacey Animal Clinic.

My grandma has been coming here for years so it only felt right for me to come here as well the staff is wonderful my girls love Dr Bower and always wait with tails wagging to see her so it's safe to say this will be my permanent vet forever❤️❤️
