On 02/08/22 I was rear ended, my car was totaled and I was left with a concussion. My long time PCP refused to see me after the accident so I was unable to get a referral to a neurologist. After searching for over two weeks, I found Dr. Lawrence Nelson who fit me in right away. I have been extremely pleased with the treatments I have received and the kindness of his office staff. After two months, I am pleased to say I am feeling significantly better and am on the road to complete recovery. Dr. Lawrence takes a personal interest in each and everyone of his patients and I have felt supported and well cared for throughout the process. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Nelson + his amazing team really helped me through a frustrating, stressful, and scary time. 3 months post-concussion I am feeling like myself again and it was encouraging to be able to see my progress week by week. Thank you for everything!

I am so grateful to have found this clinic! Both doctors have taken so much time with me and they, as well as their whole staff are so kind and caring. I am experiencing progress with my memory and my chronic neck issues. The homework exercises have been customized for me and are contributing to my healing too. This place is truly a blessing!

Great staff and the care is the best. They take the time to listen to you, and then find the best care that is needed. Finally after over 2 yrs from a fall I took I finally starting to fell better. I highly recommend dr. Lawrence and his staff.

The first thing they do is give you a bible… I thought strange but okay. But when he starts telling me “god will take you into his lap when you are ready” I’m officially weirded out. Unprofessional. The email I received stating “I promise to help you” was also extremely unprofessional. I didn’t find any treatments helpful or even relevant. There’s probably a reason this isn’t covered by insurance. Beware. Complete scam artist. Charged me 2000 for one day. Told me it would cost 700.

Our 22 yr old son sustained a traumatic brain injury in the fall of 2022. We weren’t sure if he would every be back to himself, but with the amazing work of Dr Nelson and his team our son is thriving and back to his normal life.
