One of the amazing tea house in Portland, I love their tea is make in real stuff rather than concentrated stuff. Their food are fresh make and great! I mean as a Cantonese I love their dim sum! This store is great in every way, the service and environment is also very nice. Come get some nice tea and relax!

We went to Cloud Pine Tea + Culture and found it to be "transcendant", in the words of my dear husband! We knew it would be great but we didn't know it would be phenomenal. The owner and assistant were delightful and very knowledgeable. We've had some of the best dim sum on the West Coast but not like this. We tried all four of the dumplings they offered (including a shu mai and a vegan option) and the daikon with carrots and a pork belly bao. Truly, truly magnificent! Our new winner for best dim sum is right here on Main Street (same block as Enchanté Chocolates - another true gem). For as much as we ordered, the cost was very reasonable, which is a big plus, considering how much money we'll be happily handing over to them in the foreseeable future! Their tea was also fantastic: we got the Cloud Pine herbal delight and sampled the strong black milk tea. Sweet pots with nice glassware but they offer full tea service, too. Beauty everywhere you look. It felt very safe with a roll up door/window, lots of fresh air/outside seating and the staff were masked. We can't wait to go back and have another spectacular lunch, sampling everything just because we know it will knock our socks off. THANK YOU to Emily and her wonderful staff for blessing us with your exquisite and carefully curated delights and space. Wow.

Lovely Tea Room with seasonal focused menu. I've been here a few times and always enjoy the menu. This time I had an oolong tea set, scrumptious chicken meatballs, and a plate of dumplings in szechuan oil. Servers are so attentive and respectful, and you can tell this is a beloved local establishment that really cares about their customers.

Oh my god this place is such an experience. Everything was affordable and incredible. I'm hoping to get to know their entire menu. Loved the tea selection and how it paired. We got dumplings and steamed buns and then some desert buns and mochi. Everything was so good I've been thinking about it for weeks! The staff was all really wonderful too. Thank you 🤍

What a wonderful experience! The tea was excellent (we had Chai, Hokkaido milk tea, and the house green). The food was all delicious. The service was perfect. I really appreciated the entire time there.

Unique & delicious food & tea. Sweet service. Beautiful music. We were so happy to discover this place. Portland-area folks enjoy such a wealth of tea culture, and to have a special destination in Milwaukie made for a fun trip to a neat area we had not explored much yet. We’ll be back!
