I would recommend Jessica Lockhart as a therapist! I never believed in therapy but I also never found anyone that I could be honest and comfortable with until I met her. From my very first session with her, I knew she had to be the one. 😆 She really takes the time to listen, teach, and is blunt with me. It really never feels like a waste of a session. Her schedule works with mine and I like how I have an option to do in person or virtual. If I were to rate her 💯 !

We were running really late due to issues with public transportation and I called and explained the situation. They were very accommodating and made sure I had an answer before I hung up.

I have used LifeStance multiple times. My therapist has been very knowledgeable about the issues I am dealing with. He has given me extremely useful tools for dealing with my life. How to work with people who are difficult, how to cope with my chronic pain and how to get beyond the childhood issues that were still impacting my life. The staff at LifeStance are wonderful people who are trying to help their patients get the help they want and need to live a happier, more productive life. Everyone is friendly and treats us with respect. It is a pleasure going in for my appointments.

I appreciated that my counselor was flexible when my Zoom was not working and worked with me on a phone call. My Lifestance counselor is very helpful through my tough times.
