I hosted a baby shower for my sister in law, and this store made it so easy to put together all the accessories needed to match the main theme I had chosen. Lots of fun patterns and colors to choose from, so let your imagination go wild...just be careful to watch the prices, because it can really add up quickly with this good of a selection. Hanging decorations, and I mean some beautiful eye catching pieces too, as well as DIY supplies to add your own special touches. You will find candles, confetti, games, door gift packages, balloons (any kind your heart desires), balloon weights, eating utensils, plates, napkins, cups, straws (big party packs available or mix and match smaller quantities), etc., etc. I could go on and on, but really, you should just go check this place out for yourself. 🎈🎉

I went in here for the first time since moving over to Washington looking for Ballons. Walked in the associate made it very apparent I interrupted her conversation with her coworker , did not even greet me as I walked in I had to say “hello” , was really rude thru the entire interaction we had together. I believe her name was Jamie, her customer service was extremely poor, and she was just utterly rude. I will not be a returning customer, this left a bad taste in my mouth.

Their stock was low or non-existant for some items I needed. Also, pricing has gone up. I bought disposable serving dishes and cocktail picks and it cost me over $50. Yikes!

Over-priced, often advertise balloons they don’t have in stock, and staff starting helping other people once we paid instead of finishing our order and filling balloons. Poor service and experience.

Very nice staff and knowledgeable. Even had a issue with one of my expensive ballons deflating, as soon as walked in with it, they gave me a new one and off I went. Will always go to this party city from now on. Mahalo

Got balloons for a birthday, paid for the Hi-float additive, and 13 hours later half the balloons were on the floor. Guess they did jot give us our hi-float.

I've only been to your location 2 times, I personally don't shop there either, but I picked up a few orders for a couple of customers. You have a young man named Wess who works there and he is the reason why I am giving this location 5 stars 🌟. His customer service was very impressive. I challenge the owner to give his employees a gift card or lunch when a customer calls out one of your employees. It's a service that needs to be recognized to keep the customers feeling good about shopping at your establishment & most of all, your employees feel that you care about their hard work. Thank you, Wess, for your outstanding customer service, I know it's not easy, but it is appreciated..

They really didn’t have a lot in the store and there was a lot of shelves that were bare. Most things were overpriced. The people working at the store did not have a customer friendly mindset. I won’t be going back here unless I need something that I know I can only get here. Party City is not competitive online, so shopping online with them is pointless.

Ava here was very rude while checking my mother out who is disabled.. the whole time she was laughing and making conversation with someone on her headset , and tried to send me on my way without a bag when I bout 95$ worth of stuff . Shame . Do better party city .

Been here on 4 separate occasions on saturdays and the store is always a hot mess. Usually expect a 2-hr wait even if you’ve preordered a week in advance Waited over 2 hrs IN STORE and they hadn't even started on my order! This place is a joke

Great party supply place, they had everything I could imagine needing for any type of party and the girl at the counter was super helpful , I can't remember her name but anytime I go in all the employees are very friendly and helpful :) will be back to get my daughters bday decorations and balloons next month! 🥳

Super friendly staff. My kiddo loves stopping here when we are waiting for food at Margarita Factory. They have a good selection of candy you have a harder time finding and their balloon selection is also wonderful. The stock of helium tanks was pretty full as well if you're looking for that. Also a good selection of kids costumes and other party related goodies.
