Best insurance experience I have had! Adam and his team are knowledgeable, very friendly, and do not try to sell you coverage you do not need. When I asked to evaluate my current coverage, I spoke with Adam and Jessi both and they were able to address all of my concerns and give me an array of options to choose from. They explained the different levels of coverage and outlined the cost and benefits of each level. When I needed to file a claim, the process was handled quickly and efficiently. I am happy to have found an insurance agent I can trust and rely on.

I've been using State Farm dinner I was 16 oh so many many years ago. I've moved to 3 different states various cities, and always needed to pick s new agent. Since settling in Hillsboro a few years ago, I choose Adam rather randomly, but I couldn't have been happier. Oregon made some weird claim that I lacked car insurance, he fixed it. Needed a renters policy that I wasn't expecting on a move in date, done ASAP. And now buying a new home and navigating through all the options, etc, Adam and his team guided me through it and it felt stress free when everything else during the home buying process is nuts! Definitely recommend Adam and his team for your insurance needs. Thank you everyone working here as well.

Adam and his team did a fantastic job for me and my family. When my oldest daughter turned 16, our old insurance carrier wanted astronomical rates for her auto policy. A friend recommended Adam, and I reached out for a quote. Not only was he able to get a reasonable rate for my daughter, but gave my wife and me better rates for even better coverage! Since then he has been helpful with advice and quickly answers any questions I might have. I couldn't ask for more.

I have had the very worst experience with State Farm. I have full coverage on my car and now have a claim and suddenly I am not a valued customer. I know my rights and will be filing a complaint with the Insurance Commissioner. My car was stolen through no fault of my own, it was found with damages, after a month now, I still don't have my car back in the condition it was in before the theft. I also haven't talked to the same person twice. This is UNACCEPTABLE

This used to be a great customer service office. Not anymore. One time i called in regards my bill, the girl who answered took 4 months to call me back. Then this time i called to get a car quote since i was buying a car, this was 1 week ago...Well im still waiting for her to call...what an AWFUL C/S they have now. Will be changing agents that for sure!

I’ve been with State Farm insurance for several years now. I love how they always answer my calls quickly and are very responsive. All the personnel are friendly and very helpful. I recently had someone sideswipe my parked car and left with no information. I was impressed at how quickly they helped me process my claim and find a quality auto body shop to fix my car back to new again. I will definitely be referring State Farm Insurance to friends/family!

We were clients for 4 years after moving here but then changed to a different insurance company for a bit lower rate but no real agent we could talk to. When we left we were asked if we would consider them again if we decided to research again and we did. I am so glad that we have gone back to them, it is nice to have a real person we can talk to face to face again. Response time has been great from the moment I called. Jessi sent a quote right away and when I felt I needed to go into the office for more explanation, Jessi got us in right away. She gladly ran so many different scenarios for us to see what we wanted for deductibles, etc, and how they would affect the premium. That was a huge help to us. She was so much fun to talk to also which gave a great personal touch to the experience.
