I Went to this hospital because I had food stuck in my throat and was unable to swallow anything for 3 hours. The experience was great. I was able to get in very quickly. The staff was the best. Jordan at the front was welcoming and very nice. Made check in easy. Doctors and nurses were able to get me what I needed and were awesome to work with. I would recommend them for any emergency type issues.

I had the best experience at this emergency room, the staff was really helpful and they walk me through every steps that was required. I’m thankful for the physician and nurses that assist me today. I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family and I will definitely come back.thank you again.

Always taken care of at Signature Care! Ramien, the gentleman in the front was so helpful. My back was hurting and he offered to come grab my check in papers so I didn’t have to get up. A very sweet guy!, and Katy, my nurse was so positive and energetic. She’s been my nurse before and I absolutely love her! The doctors are always empathetic and understanding. When I came in, Ramien was behind the desk. He was super attentive and made my experience a lot less stressful. He’s the guy who gets on the same level as you, love it!

Took my son here after we were turned away by a local pediatric urgent care. It was our first time here and I saw the reviews were excellent. We had a great experience. Front desk was very efficient and we were brought back to a room before I even had finished the paperwork. Dr Taylor and the other staff we worked with were kind and responsive. I especially liked that Dr. Taylor spoke to my son very directly and not as a child, but at the same time was very reassuring and compassionate. She took time to check him thoroughly beyond the obvious injury and answer all Of our questions. We also left with a folder containing information on his visit, as well as after care procedures and information on any follow up needed. Though a stressful experience, this was a great, clean facility with great staff that made the situation as smooth as possible for us.

I brought my son here today and have had an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the building. Check in process is seamless and there’s a next level of urgency and professionalism here. Each nurse has been very informative and the facility itself has many details well thought out - such as warm blanket for the patient and a proper lounge chair for mom in the room. The doctor didn’t disappoint and answered all of our questions patiently. I highly recommend

This is my second time at this location & I will continue to utilize this facility. The overall care of the staff is very professional and i truly feel like they care. The gentleman at the front desk Ramien Henry was very detailed and thorough with explaining my insurance coverage and Getting me checked in. The nurse Pablo Alyx & Enrico were Precisely quick. Dr Chowdhuy was very informative through my whole process went over all my labs and CAT results. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs emergency care to check out this facility.

Front desk team member- Ramien was TERRIFIC! I came in with horrible pain on my ankle and he quickly assisted me. He was empathetic and so nice. He walked me through filling out my info and explained everything so well. I want to give him a recommendation and leave a compliment for him. He is a great worker and this team is lucky to have him! Wish there were more people in health care with his attitude!

The young lady Jacobi at the front desk on 5/16 was so sweet and had excellent customer service. She was very engaged from the first moment we walk through the door. Dr. Chowdhury had great bed side manner, he was very through in making sure my 8 yr old son was checked for everything and he was very kind.Our nurses Angie and Pablo were quick and efficient and listen to all my concerns before seeing the doctor. Very nice staff I definitely recommend.

Signature care is great place, I’ve taking my kids many times the experience has always been great. Always a clean environment. A friendly service, and very professional staff. When my kids and I need medical assistance at any time of the day or night hours, I know we would get treated right and fast. There’s no long waiting. Mrs Fatima great smile assurance patients getting treat right. I highly have recommend this facility to my friends and family tat live in Carrollton, Irving, Fort Worth and have been able to experience well care at Signature Care.

Highly recommend this facility. Wait time was under 10 minutes from the time I got there. Check-in was seamless and you can complete it through text to your pphone. The facility and rooms are very clean and private. Everyone from the nurse, doctor and tech were super nice and friendly. I didn't feel rushed and they made sure I understood what they were doing and answered any questions. They offered me a warm towel and made sure I was comfortable. Check out was super quick and I even got a follow-up call to see how I was doing later.

The staff was incredibly nice all the way around. The facility is very clean. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to see me and treat me. I would definitely refer my family and friends here.

Really quick service and amazing nurses and doctors. Everyone was super kind. Thanks to the nurses we got a good amount of sleep for an overnight stay. We only come to Signature Care whenever we have emergencies because of how fast and nice they are. ❤❤❤

I had to go to the urgent care while on vacation. If I could have rated this place and staff higher, I definitely would have given them such a rating. They all were very efficient and caring. The nurse, Angela, was superb with her care; as well as Dr. Das - an excellent as a caregiver as well. Thank you.

The experience was great. I needed a second opinion concerning the way my daughter was feeling. They took every test possible plus an extra to weigh the possibility of that being an issue as well. I was very satisfied with the end results.

Went in and was seen right away. The front desk receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. Answered all my questions that I had made me feel welcome. The doctor took excellent care of me. This was my second time coming here. The wait to been seen was very short. I was in and out.

Kind passionate people. From the front desk, to nurses and doctors. All made me feel like my care was their primary focus. They suggested blood work and CT scan, at reasonable prices. I didn't feel forced with any decisions everything was up to me. I wish all my medical situations felt like this.

It’s such a relief knowing there’s a 24/7 pediatric care nearby our house. Both of my kids and myself came here. All the staffs are friendly and patient. It’s been a great experience every time. The doctor does not only perform the physical check, but also run all kinds of test to find out what’s the best treatment. I think this is more practical and efficient.

Brought my husband here with a fever and relieved probably the best care I have ever had at any urgent care facility. Dr. Das was amazing and everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with every aspect of the care. Blankets are kept in a warmer so they are actually heated when you get them. Again I just can't say enough about this place... definitely our new go to place for emergency care.

I took my 83 year old mom who has Alzheimer's to this ER and I was very pleased with the level of care and the concern that was shown to my mom while we were there. The paperwork was short and the majority of it was done on my phone and that was easy enough to complete. The nurse was very compassionate and caring towards my mom and her illness she was experiencing. The lab test was done quickly and the doctor was able to come in and talk to mom and observe her vitals. She was given some medication to help her start feeling better and a very organized folder was given to us with information from her visit. I knew she would not need to be hospitalized but I wanted her seen quickly and treated so my goals were achieved. She does not wait very patiently but the tv was on and I went out and asked for a remote to turn the volume up to distract her. . A station was on that was perfect for mom. I would take her back to myself due to the quality of care and compassion that was shown by all staff members. This location accepts Medicare and her supplement insurance she carries.
