Dirty dine in tables, chairs, windows, floor. Dirty restrooms. Was visiting at table with friends for several hours and did not see trash on table behind us cleaned. Arms and hands kept sticking to table top, shirt kept sticking to chair back, lounge chairs old and dirty. Cartoons of supplies everywhere. Huge pothole at drive thru window, I watched cars bouncing thru it for hours. Restrooms locked with pin pads and you have to ask for code to use.

Meh, what you find here is like a dopey girlie accessory of a coffee selection. These cookie crumble type two story tall cups are like big gulps for girls, and a five dollar feat for men.

I go to Starbucks all the time, love it, visiting friend in TN, every location in this area I’ve visited, just hands me my quick order, a tall pikes place, easy. Well, been here twice now, I’ve waited for my simple order to be in line behind the line of cars in the drive through. Will go to the other locations that use a bit more common sense.

I've come to this location many times, and every time I come, the coffee is always watered down and never correct. It also takes a very long time to receive my order, and the staff is a little rude. Not planning on coming back. There needs to be more staff, the tables were dirty and sticky, and boxes were everywhere.

I was told that if I wanted my beverage, I would have to park and wait or come in side. "We can't do that in the drive thru." I had ordered a tall, dark pour over. I've traveled from coast to coast, ordering the same drink, and I always get hassled about it. Usually, staff try to get me to buy brewed coffee, but I don't like the taste (usually burnt). So I canceled the order and staff was fine with that. I have no need for you or your coffee then.

The food and service are great but the drive thru lane needs some work. If there are folks in line, it blocks the outgoing traffic making it hard to leave.

I met my insurance agent and I didn't eat or drink. The coffee looked and smells great and they enjoyed it. However, a little too pricey for me.

Service was great at the window. Ordered a small pumpkin spice ice coffee. No wow factor. It just tasted ordinary. I don't know what I was expecting. They offer a lot of things I fully enjoy. I will be back to get the next new thing

Popped in for a hot tea, the drive through had about 15 cars lined up. I parked and went inside without any other customers inside, the last car in the drive through got their order before me! The atmosphere that Starbucks once had, has evaporated. This place was dirty, dingy, worn and gross!

There is nothing like a good cup of hot flavored latte! The flavors are better if you have them to steam it with your milk. The veggie egg bites are very tasteful. I also purchased a couple of snacks like the coconut clusters & turkey jerky. My sister tried the iced cinnamon dolce/toffee nut with almond milk & she loved it. I had hot cinnamon dolce/toffee nut latte & it was delicious. Everyone was nice and friendly.

This location was super slow due to lots of mobile and drive thru orders. Staff was friendly. First location where I found supply cabinets in the guest area making for a less than exciting atmosphere.

Very chill spot to hang out. We grabbed the new fall drinks and they were delicious. Apple crumble was super yummy.

The Americano had bitter notes and had slightly acidic BUT with an added burnt note. The tables needed to be wiped down, bread crumbs on my table. The service was awesome and the time was fast. They just need to work on the beans and the extraction for enhanced taste and flavor.

I never go through the drive-thru at this location. It takes FOREVER! Fast, friendly service on the inside. The store itself needs some work. As a customer, it's not very appealing to see boxes of sugar, cups, etc. piled up next to where I'm sitting.

Mama is a great barista! She was friendly and welcoming. This Starbucks has always made my orders correctly.

Usually when at Starbucks I enjoy my drink and food alot but I wish there furniture was more comfortable and not just chairs and tables that I would expect from a high school.

The young lady in the window for the second time in one week has asked me to come inside to have my beverage remade after driving through to order. If I wanted to come inside, I would've came inside the first time. This is poor customer service and should be taught how to rectify the situation. Instead of telling me you have more people waiting as if my order is no longer a priority after being made wrong. Not sure who's training the staff but this has happened to me twice in the same week. I will not be visiting this location again. Absolutely not
