Really really bad customer service, everyone there is a liar, guy on the phone told I can come to the store for exchange cuz I got one size down on sandals but after I drove there from home to store for 30 min , they said that cannot exchange , never going back!!!!!!!

I recently visited the Sam Moon store, and it was a bustling place. I happened to go on the day of the Beyoncé concert to buy a cowboy hat. It was great to see how everyone was putting the final touches on their concert outfits. I must mention that the clear purses they had were not only stylish but also a perfect match for concert attire. And to top it off, I found a sparkling cowboy hat that I absolutely loved at Sam Moon! However, one thing to note is that there were only three workers in the store at the time. Two of them were on the registers, and one was tagging some items very slowly. When a customer asked if they could open another register lane, the response was less than friendly. The worker seemed quite offended by the request and declined, citing how busy the store was. Despite this, the products at Sam Moon were fantastic.

What an interesting store! Shoes, shirts, sweaters large amounts of accessories, luggage etc. Coming from PA I’ve never been in a store like this before now. It seemed to have a little something for everyone. But also, a lot for pageants 😂.

All the accessories item available are really good with great options . Prices and decent . So many items but store was organized very nicely making it easy and good shopping experience. Great place to buy stuff for gifting .

My go to place for purses, scarfs and all accessories, male or female. Anytime my Mom and sister come into town, this is the first place they demand we go. Love the staff here. They always remember me and are so friendly and helpful. Prices, no one can beat and the quality is awesome. Go check them out!!

For the last 20 years of my life, this has been my accessory destination. I live in Los Angeles and come here at least twice a year for new bags, earrings, luggage, you name it. This is a selection that cannot be beat. I've never found a place quite as amazing in covering all accessory needs. I have suitcases from here that have traveled the country for half of my life. I can promise you'll find something that tickles your fancy here.. I love the novelty items

I'm obsessed with this place! Everytime I visit the area it is my first stop ! Wish we had these in Oklahoma ! I have gotten two designer look alike purses that came with wallets . Great price and great quality . Also the earring wall is what dreams are made of ! I wanted to buy them all! They also had a million choices if you are a hat lover!

I sure love this place to get jewelry. They have a lot of different things besides jewelry. Their purses and wallets are good too. The photos are just a sampling of the many different jewelry you can get there.
