I received absolutely amazing service Saturday. Tamerka, I believe the manager went above and beyond to help my 2 girls. We were looking for jeans and she instantly went to my daughter to help her, knew her size by looking and took great care of our shopping experience. She really made our experience so much easier with her assistance.

All Staff was EXTREMELY rude. I have a medical condition and I can not wear a mask. They are not allowed to ask me about my medical condition and they tried to ask further questions. When they kept pushing to offer to get me one, I politely said "no thank you" and I got very rude response in return. One employee went so far as to talk about me negatively in front of me to another employee. Still another employee mocked my medical condition. They were also rude to my friend with me who had a similar condition. The cashier was very short and rude with me as well.

Went into the store today to exchange some jeans i ordered online. My mom and I were immediately greeted by Mecca, who was very friendly. As we were shopping Jeremiah saw that i was looking for a certain size jean and came over to assist us. Jeremiah also came to my assistance when I needed to try on my jeans and was very friendly. Mecca checked us out and again was so friendly, knowledgeable and just very personable. All in all my mother and I had a truly wonderful experience at American Eagle Hillside village and will definitely be back again just because of them. Thank you both for having such amazing customer service, something that is hard to come by at other retailers.

This specific American Eagle is not only my favorite location but the staff is always amazing ! Once you walk in you feel welcome and they help you find exactly what you are looking for. They give you feedback and just make you feel amazing! All 4 ladies that were at the location today were the BEST !! Thank you sam for helping find a cute skirt !! Definitely coming back soon !

An awful experience after coming for the 20$ off viral tik tok trade in sale . A friend and I came in to shop and trade in our jeans but to our surprise they had all these rules on the sale that weren’t being advertised on the signs or any where that I could find . After spending an hour of trying on jeans then coming to check out the cashier had a nasty attitude saying we couldn’t get anything on sale with the discount and etc . It was an waste of time and the cashier didn’t make it any better with the way she rudely explained everything.

My first time trying on AE denim and I ended up being body shamed by the employees. In front of everyone. I was completely humiliated. I was a personal stylist at a different store and I would frequently have guest cry when I was able to assist them finding jeans and make them feel comfortable after searching at American Eagle. And now I know why. I experienced it first hand. Never again.

All 3 of the associates were extremely helpful & kind today!! They gave me the best shopping experience I've ever had as soon as I walked in I was offered help! I said I needed black pants & she picked out 3 for me to try on! The other 2 helped me with sizing & answered my questions. They were all very attentive, considerate, & friendly!! I cannot wait to go back! 😁

If you come into the A.E.S in Cedar Hill, ask for Jaya! She went above and beyond assisting my daughter with finding the correct sizes. She was polite and knowledgeable!
