This is not necessarily a poor or negative review. For the price that was paid for a single night, I wish that there were more opportunities for our discounts or chance to use the amenities. There was no hot breakfast, no coffee maker in the room. But my room was very clean and large. You however are not allowed to have " guests"?. I was unable to use the pool or really look the bathroom was partially cleaned. The beds were perfectly made, I was there at last minute. The community was kind and quiet.

It my own fault I did not read the reviews about this hotel. Just needed ok place not too expensive. I will never return to this hotel the attendants are worthless. The breakfast is horrible coffee and muffin ants it’s limited to one kind. The host are not at the service desk they leave a number for you to call them. They hang outside in cars or just leave. Not a nice place to stay at all.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! I booked my reservation ahead of time and called them to let them know that I was arriving in a late flight so they wouldn’t cancel my reservation. When I got here they couldn’t find it. I showed the man at the front desk my reservation number on my phone and he didn’t even look at it. Finally, I was placed in a room, my reservation was miraculously found. This is a smoke free hotel. It is posted in the front desk and in the rooms. When I walked into my room, the room reeked like cigarette. Called downstairs and they immediately changed rooms. I get my new key and head to my new room. Room#2 was not cleaned, had dirty towels on the floor, bed not made, food, tons of trash. NOPE! I get warned that this third room is the last room left. I lay down and my neighbors are having a party next door. Called downstairs mutiple times. The front desk guy finally comes up and starts laughing with them and having a great time. No one quieted down until 3 AM I was able to get 3-4 hours of sleep out of pure exhaustion and left for my conference in the morning. I was supposed to grab “light breakfast” but light breakfast turned into no breakfast. They had expired yogurt, muffins with mold. Also on my elevator ride down there was a box of condoms with a used condoms on the floor. They guy at the front desk said housekeeping would get it. No care or concern. Come back from my conference and eat dinner hoping to get some rest. The party started again next door. Called multiple times downstairs and no resolve. Currently looking for another hotel to move to instead of being able to get rest. Avoid this place like the plague!

I would like to congratulate the management of this Hotel Days Inn for how they keep what is very important for a guest. Cleanliness and tranquility. Everything is in the perfect condition. Mandatory to mention the very nice staff. I will return.

Sent an employee for training. He gets there at 11:30 at night and walks into the room and the bedbugs scattered. I have video and pictures and the front desk had the nerve to tell me they didn't have a problem with bedbugs. I explained oh yes you do and I have the pictures to prove it. They still have not responded to me.

Room was clean and they let me check out at 12 every body was friendly but the most important thing is that it was clean and the room smelling good 👍

The manager is the Rudest of them all…. I called the desk to report the Pest control lady wanting to Enter our room while I was in shower and my wife was dressing up and she was even trying to push the door open !!!! Not good at all !!! So I called and the manager answered what do u want I Explained and all she says don’t bother me !!!!!

Whatever you do, if you're visiting do not come here! Front lady was soo rude. Was upset since moment we entered! The card declined and didn't want to take another card, was told cash and when asked for the closest ATM, she told my sibling, you have a phone don't you?! Knowing we were visiting. How rude to treat new customers walking in! Don't forget without ur customers you ain't nothing! ! On top of that someone else was going to book for us and she declined that because of the name on the card(just petty at this point)and told us to go somewhere else, saying there's alot of hotels! Wow..what kind of business offers to go to a competitor?? Hopefully they upgrade their customer service!

The room was nothing like advertised. It’s in a pretty sketchy location as well. It is right beside a train track that woke us up at 5am. The room immediately smelt terrible and was visibly dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the bathtub and sink, toilet did not look clean, stain on the couch. Only the bedside lamps had lightbulbs and the lights by the desk and the mirror had lightbulbs broken off. The floor smelt like weed as we were checking out had some… characters… walking around. I would not recommend this hotel at all. But, you get what you pay for I guess.

Highly recommended! For the low price point, my wife and I were very impressed with the quality of the rooms and service!

If I was you I would stand CLEAR of this roach hotel. At this point it’s not a hotel it’s a “hotel” “motel “suite”. It’s disgusting and many animals like mice, roaches, and other bugs.There is very little communication between staff members.

Very upset as I chose this location because breakfast was provided, I wake up at 6:30am to cereal, plain Cheerios or Fruity peoples and coffee orange or apple juice. I literally called the hotel and asked about bed and breakfast. I’ve stayed at plenty Days Inns they usually have breakfast but not his location looks like this happens often after reading the reviews on this exact location. Will not be returning to this location again but I’m sure they don’t care.

This Days Inn is simply amazing. The House keeping staff is very polite and friendly as well as efficient. The rooms are clean and fresh. Parking is spacious and the outside is well kept. The Desk clerks are polite and helpful. As a whole I think this place is very family oriented and the whole staff truly wants you to feel at home. If you are planning a trip be sure to check them out you will be happy you did.

My family have stayed here several times and we enjoyed it. The room is clean, staff is friendly, and there is a small pool. This hotel located in a very odd place next to a lot of factories.

The staff gives no leeway with check in and check out times.the cleaning staff is fast but forgot to clean the inside of the chest of drawers. Oh, one other thing.... THE TRAIN TRACKS ARE FEET AWAY AND THE CONDUCTORS LOVE TO BLOW THEIR HORNS AS THEY PASS AT ALL HOURS DAY/NIGHT!!!!!!

It might not be the best hotel in the area but it was affordable, safe, roomy, plenty of parking, friendly service, easy freeway access with basic breakfast. If you're looking for a safe place to rest. This is the place!

The owner and Property place BETTER . Indian man checked me in was very price arrangement affordable. And spoke good ENGLISH. I stayed in third floor. But the room smelled unsettling. The problem was with parking lot and lobby had strangers walk in and out. Just random people walking and suspicious behavior. Watch your vehicle on the property. The location is just unsafe due to undocumented and illegal in the area. Overall the hotel is very EXCEPTIONALLY. Definitely coming back!

Outside not well maintained trash everywhere and people not guest just walking around or hanging outside hotel. Rooms are recently remodeled. Rooms and hallways very clean and spacious. There is no breakfast on the go not even coffee. Downside is the train passes right behind the hotel, it didn't bother me but it did my husband. We would stay there again
