I just want to say that I am so grateful for this establishment. I was going through a domestic violence situation and not having nowhere to go just needing a escape I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman by the name of Demarcus. He really helped me through a serious situation. He let me stay in a room to gather my thoughts and clean up. I had nothing to my name. I really just want to say thank you so much that really meant a lot to me. No judgment just genuine help. I’m so grateful thank you so much you all really saved my life. I seriously can’t say thank you enough.

I believe the rooms your assigned to more than likely have spy cameras intended for targeted individuals that are being gang stalked. If you get a room with the mirrors facing you using the bathroom, shower, getting dressed, You might want to check your eyes in the mirror to see if they’re the actual color, there’s something installed behind the mirror making your actual eye color washed out and more then likely your being watched through that mirror and it placed on social media. Such strange behavior of people we look at everyday while they’re violating our civil rights. Just sickening this is happening all over the world that you can’t have any privacy because of Satans Soildiers …evil people who smile in your face and portray to be Godly.

I've not had a better stay anywhere else, but home of course, since the four seasons 20 years ago. Everything and everyone made a really good first impression, which is always a lasting one. I would stay all week if I could. I would change only one thing, which is, if you pay cash for your room, they require a cash deposit of 100. So I felt forced to use my card .. I was forced to use my card and I wanted to use the cash that I set aside for that expense. But thankfully, everything turned out without card "charge" issues. I liked the laundry room being on the same floor also the best part was the free buffet style breakfast bar. It was the perfect way to convey that "we appreciate- your - business" feeling. It sets the tone where u can experience getting value for your money spent. The food was good. The eggs were perfectly scrambled. They had sausage at the breakfast bar. We made our own TEXAS shaped waffles and regular round waffles too. They have bagels, pastries, and toast, bananas, fruit loops, raisin bran and frosted flakes cereal, 2% milk, whole milk, orange juice, cranberry juice, apple juice, and coffee. The lady at the front desk was checking on everyone and nice and easy going, yet professional and we liked the lady who set the breakfast out because she helped us, made me think of my mom in a way, she helped me feel at ease as if I could relax and enjoy. She made me more comfortable and put the "big welcome!!" In the morning.

I would love to find out how to reach the HR department of this hotel. The manager has zero people skills. I had such a horrible experience seeing how he personally treats his staff and was even at one moment heard him yelling at front and cleaning staff. Thank the lord the lady in the front was super nice and apologized for what i had witnessed he was in his own zone. Big no no in my book. I had to leave a review about this. Gave your staff the best advice go to corporate with this if they don’t listen SUE!!! Other than that ladies were nice room was clean. But like they say one bad thing can ruin your stay.

Pretty well a new hotel. They have an excellent breakfast 6-9 in the morning. The rooms are extremely clean and the beds very comfortable.

I payed 320.00 for 2 night stay. The receptionist and GM say I only payed for 1 night. I had to show the receptionist my bank account activity. Where it had been deducted. I showed my receipt to them. GM says they refunded me 1 night. ( Why would they do that ?) GM says go ahead a stay & for me not to leave in the morning until it get's corrected in the morning with them. Might I add..I still don't show a credit in my bank. I didn't complain the 1st night about trash in the top drawer, 1 tissue in the tissue box, hair on 3 towels, I didn't want to argue because the receptionist was already extremely rude and has a awful additude. GM says he will call during the week to see if I receive a credit. So I can pay for the 2nd night stay. ( That I already had payed for). Can you imagine how many people they do this to. Especially the elderly And people just pay and someone at this hotel is keeping the money. This hotel is the worst and such an embarrassment.

I was checked into a room that was still being cleaned from the last guess and then rechecked into the room where the shower didn’t work and the glass door was loose and close to falling off. The maintenance man was nice and the was the only good thing.

If you see another post on here from me I'm not being paid for me review. I just go out of my way to stay at this place due to the staff being speedy in checking in and checking out. Of course I'll be back next holiday, maybe even bring staff some christmas cards. :)

This is a great location and is superb. The rooms are clean, and well maintained. This is definitely a great place to stay. I definitely will be staying here the next time I am in Dallas.

This hotel is near the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. The location was convenient. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. They also serve a full breakfast. All of this and more came at a very good price point. I was impressed, and I'm not easily impressed.

The room stunk when we entered. The covers on the pull out bed hadn't been changed. No other rooms were available. The good thing about it is that the attendant did the best she could to satisfy us by giving us some lysol and new bed sheets for the pull out bed.

Hello Wyndham Corporate Office, I live in Dallas, an do to the heatwave we're currently experiencing, our home central air system went out. We were informed by the technician that the part needed to fix the repair, was going to take 5 to10 business days to arrive! My hubby and I decided that we needed to find a hotel that had great reviews and would also allow our babies(older dog and cat)to stay with us. We searched online for hotels that met our criteria and decided on the Laquinta Inn and Suites in Garland, TX. We are a retired military family and have stayed at a many of hotels(in an out of the country)from 5+ Star hotels to some 2 Star hotels! Well, let me just say, this stay will now be in our top 10 hotels to highly recommend and to revisit again!! We checked into the hotel on June 17th. The staff that we had the pleasure of interacting with during our stay(two absolutely wonderful front desk ladies Joanna and Frances, and our very pleasant housekeeping lady Lillia) were quite friendly and helpful! They truly made what started out, as an unpleasant end to our week on with no air at home on June 16th, to a very memorable and relaxing, one week stay at this hotel! We appreciated the smiles and help these ladies consistently provided!💝 I think some kuddos and recognitions are due each of them! We all know the hotel service industry can be very hard on workers, as they are having to deal with people from all walks of life! These three ladies👩👩👩however, conducted themselves like "Customer Service" Champs!🏆🏆🏆I will be posting this rating also on other review sites to showcase these ladies and this particular hotel!👍 Sincerely Yours, B. Chester

Very clean rooms, very friendly staff! The free breakfast in the morning is a big win. It’s not a grab n go it’s egg, sausage, pancakes and more. It is also conveniently located to nearby restaurants that you can walk to

Buyer beware... If you use your toilet for the first time and it doesn't flush and it's after 10pm, you'll be given a plunger by the front desk & told you'll have to fix it yourself. Have fun with that cause I didn't... Apparently I'm not skilled with a plunger either because I couldn't fix it even after splashing toilet water all over myself. Upon calling the front desk to inform them I couldn't fix it & only made it worse, I was told they'd put me in another room. After I packed everything up & wheeled my bags to the desk for a key, I was told there wasn't another room available at which point I had to refuse to stay in a room without a working toilet that I couldn't fix for them. Which is when they finally called the maintenance man(who had already fixed our deadbolt earlier upon checking in), who was at least very courteous & helpful and was apologetic for the issue unlike the front desk. My best advice is to make sure your toilet works BEFORE the maintenance man goes home for the night, lesson learned.

Service was excellent. We travel with our fur babies. Because we live in an RV. We trade ourselves to four star hotels. Either for a room, Jacuzzi or hot tub. This hotel only had a bathtub for us. The tub was very roomy. The room was cootie free. Very pet friendly. The only downfall is that the television is too small. I think it’s a 48 flat screen.

After previous issues at a LA Quinta I swore this hotel property off from ever staying at one again. I didn't care if it was a franchise or corporate I swore them off. My ex and I ran into an emergency and needed a place to stay. She chose this property. The stay redeemed some faith for me in this hotel chain. The rooms were large and comfortable. Many amenities including a simple breakfast. One which was better than most recent hotels I've visited. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is located to many convinces from grocery to gas highway various store etc. The prices were reasonable. Our room was right off the elevator yet still extremely quiet. The property was fairly clean. My only one real complaint was the pillows weren't comfortable. In all I think the hotel earned a 5 star rating and the brand to get another chance.

We're from San Antonio & came to visit. I'm soo happy I found this hotel! Great customer service, lady was so kind. The rooms are also clean & nice! There's fast food restaurants and stores near us also. I just got here & had to write a review!

The service here was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms were in better shape and cleaner than most hotels in this price range. Not much to walk to in the area, but it's a good jumping off point to see other parts of the city, especially the Arboretum.

Good rooms and mattresses at a decent price as you should expect. This one does have great management that values customer satisfaction above most of the places ive stayed over the years. Pleasant place for business or pleasure.

Quality is not the worst. However, be careful with leaving any belongings behind. Double check, triple check and check again to make sure you do not leave anything valuable behind. Spent one night and left in a rush, forgetting my Apple Watch on the nightstand. Being in a rush, I thought I’d call and ask personnel to hold my watch until I returned to town to pick it up. I called 4 times throughout the day, no answer. I arrive at the desk 18 hours later to be told there was no watch found when I know I left it on the nightstand. Main desk person responded with, “It is a lost cause as we did not find anything today.” Of course, they “aren’t responsible for lost items”and nothing will be done if they don’t return items, so they just keep them. Just be careful and don’t forget items like I did hahaha!

Joan and Keisha were awesome! They deserve recognition for outstanding customer service. We were late checking in due to a flat tire and they both assured me that everything would be ready when we came and to just be safe. The room was clean and everything was in order. Thank you!

The room was nice. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was okay. Overnight manager was fantastic! Parking situation wasn't so great as we had a trailer and called ahead about there being room to park. There wasn't in their lot and one employee said we couldnt park in the huge empty lot to their side while another said we could. No signs, but it was still concerning. The lady who said we could kept an eye on it all night and we dis not get ticketed or towed, thank goodness!

Rooms was clean but get a room on top floor! Or you will end up with a big cricket in your room that does not shut up! I got no sleep that night! Service from the white lady that checked me in was very nice explained everything! 2 Hispanic night ladies horrible Service, the lady that checked me out was nice to!

AVOID THIS PLACE. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life. They never get the cleaning done. AC never worked. I asked for a new room several times, they always said they were all booked but every time I came back to the hotel they had a line of people checking in. Also feels very unsafe. If you can totally avoid staying here.

I spent quite a few nights here. It was my third time staying here at this location. I have always had a very pleasant experience here. The staff did an awesome job making sure my stay was comfortable. Isaac and his staff are awesome people and are professional and friendly. I’d recommend this place 10 times over. They have a very nice and modern lobby, swimming pool, and a small workout room. Conveniently located by a full gym (LA Fitness). Plenty of restaurants to choose from.

The best in front desk service! We were in a tight situation and it was after a very long and tired day at the hospital. I needed a room for a night or two and Frances made it happen. She is amazing, very helpful. I was able to relax at the pool and take all the stress from the day. Breakfast was so yummy, perfect to start the day. I recommend this place so much!!

I would give this hotel four stars if the cleanliness was up to par. I find it unacceptable to find a pair of dirty socks on the side of the bed as soon as I arrived. So I find it very lazy that no one on the cleaning staff saw or removed it, I saw them as soon as I set my stuff down aside the bed. Also, a dirty stained towel shoved towards the back of the vanity underneath the sink in bathroom. Sanitization and cleanliness you would think the hotel staff would be more on top of during a pandemic, definitely not the case here.

Nice clean hotel. We had a king suite and the room was large and the bed comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. In walking distance to several good restaurants. My only complaint was slow internet over my phone. We will stay here again the next time we are in the area.

This place was good value for the money. The rooms were comfortable and clean. One complaint is that there was very little toilet paper and I ran out. There should have been another roll in the room but I had to ask for one. The staff was moderately friendly but not overly so. The breakfast was about what you’d expect but really not very good. It was a good convenient place to stay for a specific event I was attending.

Excellent Excellent is the best way to describe this hotel! Super clean. I was shocked that this is a 2 star hotel. As far as comfort, cleanliness, and design I would easily say this is better than some Hilton’s I’ve stayed in. This place is managed well! Worth the stay if you use reviews to decide! You will not be disappointed:)

Modern hotel! Very nice. Very pleasant front desk staff. Beautiful lobby with several computer work stations. The room was exceptionally clean; nice carpet, very clean bathroom. Lots of towels. My wife critiqued everything including the refrigerator and window sill; they both were clean. I will visit this location again! I rate this hotel a 5.
