I
wouldn't
have
stayed
here
if
I'd
known
how
bad
the
hotel
was.
Apparently
their
computer
systems
were
down
due
to
being
upgraded,
so
they
were
having
all
sorts
of
issues,
but
other
reviews
mention
people
being
given
keys
to
rooms
that
already
had
guests
in
them,
so
it
seems
like
this
is
always
the
case.
We
reserved
rooms
a
month
and
a
half
in
advance,
but
when
we
arrived,
they
didn't
have
our
rooms
ready
and
they
had
to
check
to
make
sure
they
had
rooms
available.
We
also
didn't
end
up
getting
all
of
the
rooms
we
reserved
and
had
to
stay
in
a
room
with
a
king
bed
instead
of
2
queens.
Overall,
the
hotel
was
dirty
and
dingy,
and
the
"non-smoking"
rooms
still
smelled
heavily
of
smoke.
The
hotel
was
cheap,
so
we
weren't
expecting
high
quality,
but
this
was
beyond
just
low
quality.
There
was
also
no
breakfast
provided
(when
it
was
advertised),
which
was
a
large
part
of
the
reason
why
we
stayed
at
a
hotel
instead
of
an
Airbnb.
There
was
no
soap
or
shampoo
in
one
of
the
rooms
and
no
shower
curtain
in
another.
The
floors
were
sticky
and
clearly
hadn't
been
swept
or
cleaned
very
well.
We
were
honestly
concerned
about
sleeping
in
the
beds
(since
we
couldn't
tell
if
the
sheets
had
been
cleaned).
In
general,
they
just
weren't
ready
for
us,
which
isn't
what
you
want
from
a
hotel
you
reserved
in
advance.
Their
pool
also
doesn't
seem
like
it's
been
operational
in
years,
and
we
saw
roaches
in
the
building
next
to
a
trash
can.
