I stay at super 8 frequently when I travel and never have an issue. This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever had the displeasure to walk into. To begin the staff was unfriendly, there were crackheads in the lobby making drug deals, and cops in the parking lot. Once we checked in we we entered the elevator and there was sticky hand prints and grime on the walls and floor. We got to the Non Smoking room and immediately smelled smoke, there was graffiti on the wall where a picture used to be, stains on the walls and blankets, the floor was sticky, the bathroom was not cleaned what so ever and had hair in the shower. To top it all off the crackheads next door yelled and smoke cigarettes all night we could smell through the adjoining door. We called to see if there was somewhere else to stay but we were out of luck. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I wanted to complain at the front desk but the lady wasn’t interested. This should have not cost me a dime.

This was the worst hotel, I have ever been to. The front lobby was deceiving. It was nice and clean. Desk clerk was pleasant and helpful. Then we were taken to our rooms, by the desk clerk to be let in, because key cards weren't working for our 2 rooms. A roach was crawling up the wall by the microwave. Mold was growing in the refrigerator. The lamp fixtures on the walls above the bed were broken. There was stains on the walls. The smoke detectors had been pulled out of the ceiling and wires were hanging down. Don't go here!!!! Would not recommend this place!!!!

Husband showed up to get room they gave him a room then told him they didn't have a key for it so he goes am I supposed to ask you to open the door every time I leave so she switched his room to a room that when you open the door the first thing you see is a bullet hole in the mirror roaches in the bathroom, no tray in the microwave. The tiles on the floor moved all over, they never came in to tidy up, no paintings on walls , but lines of dirt, the lights had no shades, it smelled terrible 😔, and dope heads every where. I have stayed at a lot of hotels , but this is the worst by far, tried to get a refund and go somewhere else but they never answered the phone so Priceline could call them. 750.$ wasted and 2 weeks of hell

Broken doors. Ripped out fire alarms. Unclean conditions. This place needs to be health dept inspected. I felt unsafe. Hotel lies about amenities as well. They claim pool is closed due to covid. Because it's indoor. Block away work out club has indoor pool and it's active. But it's Advertised "pool open". Also advertises free breakfast. Front desk said NO breakfast. Advertises coffee maker in room. There's no coffee maker. My #1 complaint though is I felt unsafe. Door to room looked like it has been kicked in and barely closed. Smoke detector in room is ripped out. No lamp shades. Cigarette burns on everything including bed and blankets. Nail polish smears on walls. Spray paint on walls. Holes in walls. Door to bathroom is falling apart and won't close so there is no privacy.

I booked a room after moving furniture all day and then I arrived to check in and noticed a sign that stated no hot water for the next 24 hours. I then decided to call the property and ask and when someone answered my call they put me on hold and when I asked about the water issue they just hung up on me

this place is the worst i stayed one night with my husband for a festival so we were just there for the night and when we first came in our door key system doesnt even work and the front desk lady failed to tell us this, so everytime we had to come we needed her to open it for us and secondly we came back around midnight ready to sleep and this big black dude that looked severely on drugs kept knocking on our door past 1 am till around 5am he will come every 30min/1hr continuously knock and leave right away, he was also holding something orange on the other had which i couldn’t figure out what it was and will murmur he was the “manager” so we called the front desk and they were as confused as he was and he would not go away and the front desk guy kept saying he will check it out but nothing was happening he was still reputedly coming and didnt even let us sleep??? what kind of place is this? On the morning when we tried communicating this to the front lady she said there was nothing to be done and for all i know is we didn’t know what that guys intentions were since the dude was clearly not a manager. also the lady kept denying everything and kept saying she checked the cameras even though at first when were telling her all this she looked so confused and shocked like this was the first time hearing this and kept saying that she warn us about the key when she never even did she was the older indian women in the front desk. We stayed in multiple hotels/motels in the past but this place has been the worse one i dont recommended staying here they do not care about their staying customers safety.

So this place is not anything like it displays on the pics. My best description would be that it is a stinky, rundown shell of it's former self. I was on the 3rd floor where the hallway strongly smelled like urine. So my room... The shower had no pressure, something in the shower made me break out in hives. There were burn marks everywhere and on everything. No screens on my windows either. Even though the comforter almost made me use my EpiPen, the sheets were clean. I never saw a roach anywhere. The pool looked amazing but didn't think I was safe enough to get in. If you go there take a few Benadryl.

This place should be shut down. All the drains are backed up. The towels are filthy. They don't provide shampoo. The bed appears to found in someone's trash. Blood and boogers on the wall. Floor is sticky. If the daily cost to stay was $1 it would be too much. Stay away at all costs

The elevator should have had a "Out of service" sign before we used it. The walls had human DNA left on them, and it smelled really bad. This hotel also promoted coffee. I was told the coffee mechine was in the room. We arrived to the room and there was no coffee mechine. Suspicious activity was also going on. Probably explains the bad smells.

The most DISGUSTING place ever, wanted to stay close to family when we went down to Dallas area. We walked in and walked right back out the whole hotel smells like cigarettes, the room was nasty some lights were not working, the restroom was not cleaned, markings on the wall, stains on the curtains, bed and I could go on. Had to pay double the price to go to a better hotel which I’m glad we did so because people probably just go there to do their business and leave. Would not recommend staying here whatsoever!!!

The ONLY reason why I’m giving it 5 stars is because of the evening staff that assisted with check in… However in all reality this is the WORST hotel I’ve ever stayed in ever. This building needs to be tore down and completely rebuilt or remodeled from head to toe. I can’t believe the city allows it to remain open. Dark, dirty parking lot. The elevator smells like pot, graffiti carved every where, homeless people loitering and the rooms… well I slept with the lights on. The young lady and young man who worked that evening were great and their were no bugs or anything that I could see but this place truly is should not be open

***DO NOT STAY HERE*** The WORST, most disgusting, smelly, and uncomfortable stay of my life. Made me long for the hotel in Liberia West Africa (3rd world country). Booked on Orbitz but should have read reviews first. This motel is the stuff of nightmares. When I walked in I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, I asked the front desk what time breakfast was served and was told they only provide coffee. Walls had holes and random damage, and every part of this hotel STANK! I called Orbitz to complain that they didn’t have free breakfast, and was offered a refund but declined because I didn’t want to go through the hassle of trying to find another place to stay. Minutes later the manager came knocking on my door trying to **OPEN** the door and said she was trying to make sure someone was still in there, and said they’d have breakfast in the morning (they didn’t). The site boasted a gym, and pool. Pool was empty, and the gym was a wreck **See pictures** This place not only needs to close, it needs to be CONDEMNED

Booked a reservation online. Got all the way there to check in and was told no rooms. She just kept shaking her head and saying no rooms. We asked for a cancelation receipt and was given a bill. We will see if we get a refund but we had to find another hotel late at 7 pm in a strange city. Not happy.

This place is a dump. That about sums it. I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again if I had no other choice.. I can't believe this is part of the Wyndham brand. I wanted to rate 1.5 but since you cant do a half star rating on google, 1 star seems about right for this hotel.

I wish I'd checked other reviews before staying here. I wouldn't have stayed here if I'd known how bad the hotel was. Apparently their computer systems were down due to being upgraded, so they were having all sorts of issues, but other reviews mention people being given keys to rooms that already had guests in them, so it seems like this is always the case. We reserved rooms a month and a half in advance, but when we arrived, they didn't have our rooms ready and they had to check to make sure they had rooms available. We also didn't end up getting all of the rooms we reserved and had to stay in a room with a king bed instead of 2 queens. Overall, the hotel was dirty and dingy, and the "non-smoking" rooms still smelled heavily of smoke. The hotel was cheap, so we weren't expecting high quality, but this was beyond just low quality. There was also no breakfast provided (when it was advertised), which was a large part of the reason why we stayed at a hotel instead of an Airbnb. There was no soap or shampoo in one of the rooms and no shower curtain in another. The floors were sticky and clearly hadn't been swept or cleaned very well. We were honestly concerned about sleeping in the beds (since we couldn't tell if the sheets had been cleaned). In general, they just weren't ready for us, which isn't what you want from a hotel you reserved in advance. Their pool also doesn't seem like it's been operational in years, and we saw roaches in the building next to a trash can.

Warning you will not get your money back if you decide to leave early because of how disgusting it is! The shower was rusted and had a leak and the sink looked like it had never been cleaned before. There were stains on the sheets and the arm chair was broken. After a domestic dispute in the hallway hotel staff ignored everything including the woman’s pleas for help. Smelled like weed and there was graffiti in the elevator. Reviews censored on other travel websites which deceived me into thinking this was a three star motel. People sleeping in junker cars in the parking lot and very unfriendly staff. Spend a few dollars more and go to any hotel but this one.

Left in the morning came back at 4pm, found my glasses broken on the floor. Showed them to the lady in the counter, Yolanda, she said the hotel is not responsible and that i probably stepped on them by accident. I tried explaining that i just found them like this and she saw me coming in less than 2 minutes ago; she started getting disrespectful and called me slow to my face, plus refused to give me the managers number. DONT STAY HERE not worth the cheap price, rooms are okay, bathrooms are filthy

Buyer beware! Got a room and had to change it as the door wouldn't close all the way. Got another room and Sink wouldn't turn off. Rooms are horrible and dirty, people actually live here full-time. Not what you want. Sketchy as hell!

Pretty unsanitary place to stay. Several roaches in my room, a foul smell coming from the sink whenever water ran into it, getting woke up around 2:00 in the morning by someone yelling in the hallways for someone at the front desk. This hotel has some problems..

  • 1/5 Terry M. 1 year ago on Google
It was filthy!! Bathroom floor looked like it had not seen a broom or mop in some time. A hole had been punched on one side and a huge portion of the door skin was ripped away on the other side of the bathroom door. It was obvious things had been removed from the walls. Several light switches and outlets did not work. Room was in bad need of repairs. Hall carpet was filthy and looked like it had not seen a vacuum in some time. The area is sketchy!!! Not a family hotel for sure. On the bright side..the bed was sleepable.

My husband stayed in this room. It’s a terrible hotel. He felt himself bad, he could not call for a help, the hotel staff did not care that the person had to move out and did not check him out. The wife called the hotline of this hotel, leaving her contact info to check if everything was fine, since she could not contact her husband. No one called back, As a result, the husband is in the hospital. The phones on the front desk do not work. If you want to save your life, don't stay in there ever

Absolutely terrible experience, the first room I was in had water damage, and mold growing in the bathroom. I asked to switch rooms and the second room was no better. Both rooms stank of smoke, had broken fixtures, had bugs, and were overall filthy. Would not recommend.

The room was wet from water damage, mold on the ice dispenser, smells like weed, bedding stained, curtains stained, and the breakfast was frozen pancakes sitting out with great value syrup and Big Texas bun. I won't ever be back. The only plus was the customer service checking in was good.

Interesting location, the room was alright. Was in expected shape based on previous reviews. Cheapest rates in Dallas that I could find without going to a motel. So thats a plus. Wish I took more pictures, it could use a remodel and some updating. In-room tub wasn't working.

I mean you get what you pay for but I’ve literally stayed at better INN’s for this price in my own city. It’s okay on the outside but the rooms look rundown like something out of the apocalypse. Do yourself a favor and drop an extra $50 on a better place to stay. Room said no smoking but reeked of straight cigarettes (.5 ⭐️ never again)

Pathetic. 1.we checked in late around 10-11pm ,nobody was at reception finally a man arrived and he gave a room key that already had guest sleeping on it.it was so awkward,at first I thought it’s a ghost ,then realised it’s a guest.we rash to the reception and reception is was only SORRY. 2.NO BREAKFAST although they have mentioned free breakfast on the website.Excuse was it’s due to Covid.really???covid was in 2020 and it’s 2022.they have a non functioning heater which they mentioned as coffee machine.

They canceled my reservation and never gave me a notice. Hours later still no notice. At 6am they had me stranded with nowhere to sleep. 2 very weird guys approached me saying they would help me and acted like they owned the place. Front desk guy did nothing till I asked him if they worked for the hotel. He shrugged and shook his head, could not care less. Will never book with Wyndham EVER AGAIN!!

This was the worst place I've ever stayed. First the lock didn't work on our door didn't work so everytime we would come back to our room we had to have ask the front desk to open our door and they didn't tell us this upon checking in. Then at night starting at 2am, there was this guy who kept knocking on our door every 30 minutes or every hour just saying quietly "manager". I only got a look at him once and he was holding something in his hand. He didn't let us sleep at all and kept doing this until 6am! Everytime I would get up to check the peep hole for him, he was already gone. He even tried to get us out of our room by pulling the fire alarm while my wife and I were sleeping and kept knocking on our door! The fire alarm would go off twice for a few seconds. Our room also had blood on the curtains and the room smelt like cigarettes. When we checked out, I demanded a refund and told them all these issues, the lady at the front said there was nothing she can do and didn't believe us. They don't care about the safety of their guests, there are a lot of shady people in this area so I don't recommend staying here. I will be getting a refund no matter what

We booked 3 rooms for the weekend, we were in town for a convention. Upon checking which was a horrible process, the clerk was rude. One room had no shower curtain, the smoke alarm was smoke was chirping, the phone cord was cut and the floor was dirty. The next room, there were dirty socks, dirty wash cloths, and no hot water in shower. The third room was just plain filthy, electric plugs didn't wor, and no hot water. The hallway smelled of potk and the lobby was very cold with no decor. Had to ask the maid the next morning for toilet tissue as each room only had a small amount. This hotel should be shut down. I can't believe it is under the Wyndham umbrella.

The front desk stated they don’t serve breakfast due to Covid yet still nobody that works there wears a mask. The pool was closed due to Covid the room walls was dirty and nasty as well as the microwave and refrigerator. The bed was back is still Kipling me.

I stayed at this hotel recently. The clerk watched me from the time I got out my uber, to the time I entered the building. So, when I entered the building, I asked her was there a problem. No, I did not say it in an ugly way. I stated to her also, that, I saw her watching me. She, then went on to say, I could not stay because of the amount of items or bags I had. Mind you not, I was in the middle of a winter storm. I've never heard of having too many items in an hotel. Nevertheless, how can you control what I bring inside my room if I'm paying you to stay. It doesn't make sense to me that the clerk will say that to me. Now to top it off, she said because of the amount of things I had, I could only stay 1 day. This was the worse stay of my life.

  • 1/5 Sabrina B. 1 year ago on Google
This place is probably one of the most dirty, nasty, awful places ever. I checked in, and they gave me a key to my first room. When opened the door, a person was in my shower and smoke was escaping the room from a cigarette. Previous guest should be gone at 11am and I checked in at 3:30, and someone was in my room. That's is a safety issue all the way around. What if that was me in a shower and someone came in and took an opportunity to do something. Or the guest just got out and was exposed. Ridiculous. Then I get my second room and it's probably the nastiest and underwhelming things I've ever seen. 3 out of 5 outlets where out, there was no hot water, the toilet is cracked, the bath has mold AND leaked. The AC blew hot air no matter what you set it as, the window doesn't lock, the bed had no sheets, no pillow cases, two lumpy pillows, a plastic wrapped smoke alarm, a broken coffee pot, no hot water, a broken hotel kitchen (so no breakfast) and the curtain was ripped. The health departments and fire department need to be involved ASAP.

DO NOT STAY HERE . I repeat don’t stay here . It’s absolutely disgusting with cops running people in and out . The rooms are absolutely disgusting (we booked two separate rooms) both were stained with blood , roach infested , pillows and covers stained . I can’t even type everything wrong with this place. If I could give 0 stars I would .

  • 1/5 Djamel B. 1 year ago on Google
My first comment on the internet...Blood on the walls, weed on the floor, pee in the stairs, bugs in the bed, what else ? No pool, no safe, no breakfast. Windows barely closed, so you can't determine if there is more noise from the bed, the neighbors, the Highway or the train. Elevator out of order, laundry out of order. Fire alarm during the night. One night, keys for the whole guest not working and nobody at the desk... "guests" wandering in the corridors like in the walking dead. Cleaning not done before our arrival ( and will surely not be done after). Peoples leaving their kids alone the night to go to "work" Etc...etc...The whole desciption of this hotel you can find on the internet is a lie. I really felt unsafe there. Dont do the same mistake, never ever go there unless you are looking for inspiration for your future horror movie...

HOTEL FROM HELL!! 😱 DO 👏🏻NOT 👏🏻STAY👏🏻 HERE👏🏻 I have never felt more unsafe in a hotel in my life, and I’ve had my room broken into before!! This “hotel” is a TOTAL SCAM, and they steal your money—you show up but it’s too late to cancel and they play ping pong with your booking agency to make getting your money back nearly impossible. We got there just before midnight, dropped off by an Uber, so we had no other option but to stay. The entire place reeks of weed and who knows what else. The front desk staff didn’t come to the desk for about 10 minutes and he also smelt like he’d just come back from smoking weed. There were some sketchy characters hanging out in the lobby as well. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the elevator felt like it was going to break, and it smelt like something had died inside it. Imagine being stuck in a death box like that! The room key we were given didn’t work at first so we had to go back down to the lobby again and get it fixed. Then once we did get into our room, we barely wanted to touch anything. The bedding was disgusting, clearly moldy and not cleaned in months. The door latch was clearly busted and the door frame had been broken, like someone had busted down the door before. There was graffiti on the pictures, the lamp shades were falling apart, there were cockroaches crawling around; stains in the bathroom; etc.. see the pictures below!! IF YOU HAVE BOOKED, CANCEL ASAP. We were charged for 5 nights, we only stayed 1, and got less than $50 for the refund 🤬They have this SCAM down to a science, so do not be like us and fall for it!! LESSON LEARNED: ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS!!
