Horrible experience, paid for 4 days on priceline, they didn't honor priceline price and charged extra. Each day had to go and get card reset to gain access to prepaid room. Housekeeping was mandatory everyday, sheets never got changed. Housekeeping is to just check to see what stuff you left behind and make sure you not smoking. Tub absolutely filthy. Water doesn't drain proper. If I wasn't in town for a funeral I would have not stayed.. No microwave to warm up food, no fridge to keep it fresh. Please don't stay unless it's a emergency

Terrible. (2nd) Worst experience ever at hotel. The guy at the front desk refused to give me a fresh towel. He refused to give me a fresh towel and would only me (1x) small 'floor mat' towel after pleading with him. Upon requesting a new towel (after using the previous towel to clean up a spill.) He then cursed at me and told me to get out the lobby after asking for new towels. I called corporate and filed a complaint. Never staying here again.

IF YOU ARE A SINGLE WOMAN OR YOU HAVE A DOG DO NOT STAY HERE!!! They have a new policy so if you have a dog this is not the place to stay. I started out in a halfway decent room that had been painted and remodeled and then because i have a dog they moved me to the back 40's. They have one building dedicated to dog owners. When i opened the door the stench of mold hit me like a ton of bricks. Speaking as someone that has suffered from mold toxicity since 2015 I know exactly how sick mold makes people. I paid for a whole week yesterday but was in a non moldy room. I have never been treated so horribly because of my dog in my whole life. I am switching hotels. I did not just pay close to 500$ just to end up in the hospital struggling to breath.

Reserved this room for past Thursday thru Saturday night. Got in, checked in, went to the room, cockroaches on the headboard. Immediately went to front and got a refund. At least refund was straightforward and quick. Do not believe other reviews that this place is okay, it is the worst I’ve ever seen.

This place is absolutely disgusting. We bought a room for 1 night and upon first walking in it looked decent, so we decided to get showers and wind down given we drove for 4 hours and it was 11:30 by the time we checked in. Once we got settled we started seeing roaches EVERYWHERE! we killed at least 12 in the span of 2 hours. Considering we paid $65 for a room and had no where else to go we tried to over look it, but once they started crawling on the bed and our clothes we had to get our stuff out of the room. We called the front desk and spoke to Sandy who helped absolutely NONE. Extremely dense and has a idgaf attitude which I did not appreciate. We then got kicked out of our room WITHOUT a refund at 5am. She came and tried to clean up the squashed roaches up but we took pictures before hand. This motel is absolutely horrendous. I wish I could rate it stars

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is so unprofessional. They are a 1-star hotel but act as if it’s 5-star. The pool is closed with dirty brownish green water. They have roaches, but the crickets were worst. They hop in the bed with you as you sleep and wake up and the morning and it’s literally 100 in front of you door before you even open it. They have a weird pricing system that allows them to inflate the prices from one day to the next. They charged 500 for 4 days that includes the 50 they charge for deposit as if you could break something that is already a dump. If you like sitting in your room this is the place for you. They told someone that they needed to stay in the room unless they were coming out to get ice. The owner lives on site and is a complete tool. The black girl in the office is unprofessional and really needs to find another profession because hospitality isn’t for her. They only have about 3 maid who are actually good at their jobs. The rest just run to the office and lie saying you won’t let them in the room when they never tried to come in in the first place seeing as none of them speak English but the three at least tried. This place is giving Motel 6 a bad name. I repeat DO NOT STAY HERE!

this was by far the worst hotel i have ever stayed at. to start with the rooms definitely aren’t worth 70 bucks a night. no microwave or fridge, mold on the walls, maids that never come (even when you ask them too), heater didn’t work, water wouldn’t stay hot, i could honestly go on. the staff there is the worst!!! the tall skinny guy that works in the front was by far the rudest person i’ve met. he would alway make racist remakes and always had an attitude. maintenance guy was a freak. came into the room to ask if we we’re going to stay ( meanwhile we had already paid hours before) while my girlfriend was naked. then proceeded to stand there for a few seconds and stare didnt say a word then walked out. honestly so disrespectful and my girlfriend felt so violated and uncomfortable she didn’t even want to stay there anymore. also that’s not the first time he’s done that to guests. i’ve heard multiple complaints from others that he’s done the same thing. i’m not sure what his name is but he wears a brown uniform, short, skinny and mexican. he needs to be fired immediately

The floor had bits of trash on it (not sure if it had ever been swept), there was some yellow substance coating the tub (not sure if it had ever been cleaned), the whole place was run down, thoroughly unclean, and slightly sketchy feeling. This really shouldn’t be a hotel anymore, and certainly not for anywhere near 50-80 bucks a night. I got a refund, left and stayed the night somewhere else. Seriously, tear the place down to the foundation and start again. These are not the conditions people should have to stay in.

They they have a weird pricing system that they go by and it's not consistent except the only thing about it consistent if they charge a $50 deposit. And then in the room the beds were great they were very comfortable and good size and everything however the shower nozzle hard to pull out to turn on. No microwave and no refrigerator.

My room was the cleanest motel 6 room I've ever stayed at. And one of the nicest too, however the housekeeping manager came into my room blasting music and was annoying. The overall manager was slow to give me back my deposit. The staff seemed disorganized and possibly stoned (imo).

So the fire alarm malfunctioned and went off, the worker came down (immediately), and could not smell nor see any smoke. The man then says i have to pay him 150$ because it “woke him up”. I am never one to give a bad review ever but in this case the whole working staff tried to get down on me and i will be contacting their corporate after i write this review. DONOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE WITH THESE CON ARTIST’S!!! Thank you.

Technically I have only made my reservation, but I wanted to address the reviews I read about the $50 deposit. Some of the reviews are from people who were caught off guard about the $50 deposit & how long it takes to get it back. Wow, are you people stupid or what? In two different places on the website I saw that they listed the deposit amount. They are not trying to hide it. You don't have to search for it. It's not even in a "terms & conditions" spot that people just click the box & never read. It's on the front page for all to see & it is listed again on the page where you confirmed the reservation. Also on the page where you confirm the reservation it lets you know that it does take about seven business days to get the deposit back. What more does this hotel have to do to tell you that you need a deposit? It's probably because of you people that they require it.

First of all, this motel must be emergency housing for welfare recipients. As I was checking out, there was a family with all of their belongings waiting for a room. This isn't the type of place I wanted my family to be in. When I first checked in I was informed of a $50 deposit, and that was fine. I was informed by the front desk person that my deposit would be immediately put back on my card. Now when I check out I'm informed it will take 7 to 10 business days. I think that's a way for them to find an issue with the room I was in to keep my deposit. If I ever need to get another motel room, rest assured I won't be going to this one EVER again. Don't let the pictures fool you when looking into this motel.

So I attempted to stay here but had to leave when a rodent came out of the bench at the table and bit me. When I checked out I was told I needed to speak with the manager. Tried that for two days and then called the corporate number. They said they will look into it and it can take 5 days. In the mean time, I'm still trying to reach the manager, who refuses to speak with my. Just relays information through the woman working the desk. Yesterday, I was told that they had pest control come out and look and found nothing. I've attached the pic. At that point my request for a refund was denied. I called corporate back and because they haven't responded to them I'm still in waiting. I'm sorry but if the location just told me no, corporate should step in immediately but no it's policy to wait the 5 days then longer for the refund. I was being nice only asking for a refund. At this point I'm thinking it's time I call an attorney as well as supply them with the bill for the shot I had to get to make sure I didn't get sick. I've been waiting since the 26th of August for this to be handled. Update 12-01-23 Still no resolution to my issues. I'll be contacting an attorney for sure now.

The staff are wonderful and the manager was even better. I have been living here for a little while now and I got to talk with him today and he asked me how everything was and I let him know one little concern and he fixed it immediately!!! Rooms are clean, no foot traffic here and no problems at all! Highly recommend

As someone who stayed there for one week from a mom with kids, who needed a last minute affordable place to stay. I enjoyed being there , the cleanliness did improve and the staff was amazing. Marquis I think was his name was very kind, and very professional, never on his phone or asleep at the job . The only down side was being told I was no longer able to rent at that location, I did get my deposit back but conveniently the owner was not there, although I did see him in the building. I thought that was unprofessional, maybe being told in advance would have been a little more considerate.

Room 128, no hot water, old place without microwave on the rooms, it looks clean I will give them that but definitely could be better. It's what you get for $60 I guess, also dot be fool by the pictures, it's way older than it looks, floor are not even level any more

Stayed here for Red River back in October, the room was full of roaches and bugs when I arrived. There was random water puddles near the door. The stuff obviously didn't bother even looking at the room before booking it out.

This particular hotel is outta pocket no fridge no microwave the furniture are so flimsy and look broken the rest room not that clean but the room is very spacious all the outlet are working plus good security with all the camera 🎥 presence. If you buy food Don’t expect no fridge your food will go to waste how fucin ridiculous. This place need major renovation.

Tiny tv. Towel hanger fell off upon contact. Dings and cracks here and there. Bed was fine. No bugs. Pretty quiet. I guess for $65 with tax included, i got what i paid for. Important thing is is that i was able to get a much needed rest.

It looks absolutely nothing like the pics!! Literally just needed an overnight stay and we are laying on the bed...fully clothed bc it's very iffy!!...I want to leave but too tired to drive!! Tear this place down or update it!! Room terrible...location...decent in distance to where I needed to be. Posted a pic of the real room...notice only sheets...no mirrors...its a cigarette burn in the sheets!! Edit: for some "strange" reason the pic is not uploading!!

Pool was broken/out of order. Definitely not the budget friendly trip out of town I was expecting. Rooms are clean though and WAY better than the Super 8 up the road.

Biohazards (black mold and roach feces) and standing water next to toilet had us returning the room key. We ate the room cost and stayed at a La Quinta nearby. Do not stay at this hotel.

There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathtub was dirty and so was the toilet. The toilet had a leak. The bathroom doorknob was broken. No fridge or microwave I would either have to eat all of my food or throw it away. The bedsheets were dirty with cigarette burns and yellow stains. The closet door was broken off. Positined my room and the rest of my familys room so far. I was downstairs they were upstairs. Very limited parking. Front door does not close well.Nice wall in bathroom.

The young man at the front desk was very helpful, even showed us to our room. Lobby and the room were spotless, clean & fresh. The AC was great in the lobby and the room.

Overall the location was good. There's a Denny's directly in front of the motel and a Starbucks just across the street. Starbucks is a drive thru only. The only real complaints I have is the amount of police frequenting the parking lot and surrounding block. Each time I left the room I was followed and watched as if I was a criminal. I did not appreciate this type of scrutiny. I'm not sure what goes on at this hotel but I have to assume by the overwhelming law enforcement presence it cannot be anything good. The motel is located on the frontage road running parallel to 635. Subsequently there is construction on the frontage road as you approach the hotel. The side street to Starbucks is blocked off to traffic as well. If you are looking for an inexpensive room for a night it will certainly do. There are only shower stalls no bathtubs as with most Motel 6's.

  • 4/5 Sandra S. 1 year ago on Google
This place is decent. Staff was nice, the only big issue I had was that my room was infested with crickets! Also, construction made it really difficult to get to the hotel. This place charges a $50 deposit on top of the room price, which isn't a big problem, but, I am mentioning it because they did not used to so some ppl may not expect it. Other than that, the room was clean, bed was comfy, and it was quiet, no body hanging around outside, no roaches, no problems.

I usually don't stay at Motel 6's but I was just looking for a place to sleep for the night and didn't want to spend much money for a few hours. The front desk lady was very nice the other was just ok. This Motel 6 is also an extended stay with weekly rates. So here are the pros and the cons. The pro's are the cheap rates, There's a Dennys and Starbucks in the parking lot, it's right next to the 635 fwy and there's a gas station across the street. The room I had was old but clean, the towels, sheets and bedding were clean and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The cons were the TV was broken, the telephone was ripped out of the socket, the deadbolt didn't work, no refrigerator, or microwave and they have the nerve to require a deposit... when there's nothing to break or steal and no room service. This is just for people who want some where to sleep and shower and that's it.

The Manger or some dude in position was very RUDE and disrespectful to me as a customer who called about my refund that they were delay to process. A business attendant should know the relationship between a customer and a business as we drive the money to your lifeline. I hope no one go to such toxic environment. A hospitality business is customer friendly.
