I went to get a room there for one night for my daughter and me. The man at the front desk asked me if I wanted smoking or non-smoking. I said, non-smoking. We go into the room, it smelled, strong, of cigarette smoke. It was so thick in the air it was hard to breathe. The phone in the room didn't work. I picked it up to call the front desk and it had no dial tone. I pushed numbers in the dial pad and nothing.

I stayed at this Motel 3/14 & 3/15, I found roaches I called the office immediately & told told him, he told me he needed to see if there were anymore rooms available & would call me back, he never called me back. I wrnt down to the office the next morning & told them, she said there weren't any other rooms available, I asked if they could credit me or something, she said she couldn't do that, bit I could move to a new motel, but would I would loose what I paid for the room that night, so we stayed, the prices are gr8, but I'll never go back...BEWARE OF THE ROACH HOTEL...

There was roaches on the room, the bedspread had cigarette burns, the shower looks like it hasn’t been clean in months, and the shower curtain was brown. When you walk in the room, there was this disgusting odor. Not a good experience. I actually left within an hour of being there. I don’t expect the ritz but I did not expect that either

No pool like photo says. This motel 6 is an extended stay hotel, that was not what I was looking for. People running around on balconies all night. I didn't feel safe

ROACHES!!! After checking in and bringing my belongings inside the room I killed a cockroach that was climbing down the wall. I loaded my things back in my vehicle and and took the dead on a piece of toilet paper to the front desk (see pic). The guy said he could put me in different room, I explained that I will not be staying in a place with roaches. If they are in 1 room then they are in other rooms. He told me that he would not refund my money and again tried to get me to take another room, which I rejected. I told him that I would have been happy to take another room for any other issue but not after killing a cockroach. I'm not talking the chance of bringing them home, some things are just not acceptable. I left without a refund and called the corporate number on my email receipt and the lady at the call center was more rude than the front desk guy. I won't get my money back but I will warn anyone else thinking about staying here. I posted the pic of my $70 cockroach (I guess I did get something for my money). Now I know why the Motel6 motto is "We'll leave the light on for you" It's so the roaches don't come out until you are in bed.

OMG. It's not the worst hotels that have stayed in, but it sure is in the top five. The door had obviously been kicked in at some point in time. The rancid smell when we walked in was very thick and gross for lack of a better word. Cigarette burns EVERYWHERE! My fiancee was sick and we were waiting for a bed at hospital. We needed to stay one extra night so I tried to pay over the phone from a welding job, wouldn't do it. My boss went to pay at the desk and they wouldn't accept because different name. Ultimately threw my obviously sick fiancee out without giving her time to pack. In the hustle to pack, my SS card was left behind, which has disappeared, which creates all new problems. Ended up going to a Super 8 up the road that was an even worse experience.

The receptionist was very rude. Didn't allow us to use the bathroom before the viewing of the room .We went somewhere else Do not recommend this motel

Would give this hotel a -0 , but that's 🚫 am option. Room was full of roaches 🪳😶. Had no other options at the moment, they figured to rent us another room or give a discount for the room we paid for. Not worth the 💵. The staff is rude

My mom went to go look for a room for a few nights her and her bf. She had my younger brother at the time looking for rooms with her but he stayed in the car and slept while she did it. The old Indian male at the front desk started to argue with her about her trying to get a room for 2 but will be having a 3rd (my younger brother) who was asleep in the car. She tried to explain that my brother is actually staying with his father and not her and her bf in the rooms. He kept denying her a room or even hearing her out. I was on the phone hearing him yell at her. Very unprofessional to go look into her car and assume the situation he made up in his head.

Found a cockroach trapped in one of the lights. I released him back to the wild. Manager is extremely rude. Wouldn't check me in said I had to do it online. Right on the highway and the door has been beat in so no chance of sound dampening from that. AC barely worked. It took 24 hrs before it finally got the room cool although it never got comfortable. Shower is disgusting and toilet kept filling all night long repeatedly. The pool was great but dirty. Someone got shot multiple times at 6:30 pm. I slept with my gun. Someone else had their car towed and was screaming later in the night. Avoid this place no matter what the cost!

Got there at 430am and the lady working told me they had no rooms available when I had a online room waiting for me . It's all good tho cause I got a better room at quality inn for the week I was in town. I didn't miss out nothing motel 6 missed out on the cash

Roooms are roach filled and the room was still dirty from the last guest. Lady at front desk is rude. They should consider hiring more/different housekeepers who actually clean the rooms.. .Oh and need ORKIN on speed dial for bug problem. Update.... as 11/14/22 Room 226 is beyond infested with roaches. Tried going to sleep but couldn't due to the Roaches crawling on the bed as well as on me. Wanted my money back but she would only switch me to yet another roach filled room🤬

Clean pool and quiet. Most residents seem to be extended stay. There is plenty of places where you can potty your dogs and there was no extra charge for my 3 pets.

Great value for a budget motel that is perfect for travelers on a shoestring that need a good rest in a quiet and safe environment. The staff are very friendly and cheerful and can answer most questions you need answered for your journey. I recommend this place to all my friends and will stay here next time I enter Texas via Dallas.

I stayed at this location many days for business and pleasure. Very clean and fast service. Front desk is so nice from AM to PM. Best hotel in area. Clean rooms nice space, nice cable, safe area. Gjg

Nice staff, but the rooms that are non-smoking still smell a bit like smoke.

My first room had roaches and really needed a good cleaning. The front desk which, unfortunately does business from the night window even during the day, put me in a different room and it was clean and roach free. Had an issue with crickets getting in and a little water getting in under the door during a storm. They discounted the room for my issues and took good care to make sure I was happy. Overall good experience for where its at.

First room TV didn't work, second room too many roaches, I mean, I couldn't sit my food down...Do better

Kind of noisy near the freeway, not bad for the price though. Last minute accommodations and enjoyed our stay.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean. The cleaning service is great. In additional, the owner is helpful. Also, we love how the staff interacts with our children.

Well this is a pretty good place the staff from management at the top all the way to the bottom are great they look out for you they go above and beyond and go the extra mile it's great location accessible to lots of things around what I like the most is they do come around and check on you and make sure things are good.
