I checked in at 3pm. I got to my room and noticed that both smoke detectors were covered in plastic which makes them useless. I told the front desk and was told they would take care of it. When I returned at 7, it hadn't been fixed. The front desk said they called management and they weren't going to do anything about it until the next day. Lousy customer assistance!

Overall a great hotel. Love the extended stay style but with very nice clean appliances. What made it a lower rating was the noise. That highway penetrates every nook and cranny of those walls. I think they got screwed by the builder on insulation? Either way they were friendly people, good setup and good breakfast. Loved the dishwasher in the room. Very nice.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Full breakfast & pool is small but clean. Hotel is lovely and clean. Nice 2 room suite but a couple minor plumbing issues we had to deal with ourselves as no maintenance on weekends. (Would have loved a future free night for doing our own repairs and mopping up the mess) 😃🤷‍♀️ Sure did enjoy an afternoon bowl of blue bell in the lobby.

Great place to stay. Close to restaurants and shopping if you need anything. It really looks like the photos! The room was comfortable and clean. Minor room issues (closet doors didn’t close easily, traffic noise) but I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing staff, Friendly Environment! I felt very welcome throughout my entire stay. I have only had positive experiences from staying at this hotel!

Nice clean rooms, comfortable showers with floors that were not slippery, foldout couch was okay, kitchenette was nice. The location is great, maybe 10 minutes from the StockYards and water garden. Liquor store right down the road and breakfast is tasty.

Place was great! Stayed one night and decided to rebook for a second. This will definitely be my place when in DFW. Guillermo the manger was really cool. Very down to earth and runs a tight ship. For sure recommend!
