I went to the Plano DMV but they did not allow any extra person so I was looking for a place nearby and I found this . Just 5 minutes away from DMV . So I took my toddler there and I was so amused by the beauty of the lake and park and there were some swings and slides for the kids too . I had a good time there instead of waiting in the car at DMV

Nice trails with scenic views, with long lake along. Natural areas with ducks, cranes passing by. Itโ€™s a long trail. Good for walking, cycling. Kayaking is allowed here. But boating with motor is not allowed.

My kiddo and I went here to eat by the lake and then we walked around right before a storm. It was the most beautiful thing! I had been here a couple times before years ago, but not recently. Everyone there was so friendly, it's such beautiful scenery and I didn't even notice that I had walked around the entire lake, so I got my exercise while enjoying the breeze. ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ˜Š

This is a very beautiful park with a massive lake and amazing scenery. The trails are perfect,it is great for people who loves nature or want to experience the great indoors. A good park to walk dogs, host picnics and other things. I definitely plan to visit here more frequently.

I walk through this park on my daily walk and enjoy the scenery. It's pretty, well-maintained, and there's often lots of critters in the area such as turtles, ducks, rabbits, and squirrels. Little playground and a place to give your pup water. Only thing I'd change is the creaky wooden bridge that sounds like it's about to give out.

Nice big lake for Plano!! Looks like there might be some decent fishing in there as well as plenty of shade trees to hang out under. Good place for a family although not much desinated parking , if any that I was able to find, ended up parking in the school parking lot next door.

Very nice big and open area with plenty of walk way space and not as crowded like other parks

Love this place and area. Neighborhoods surrounding the park. Very secure and we'll maintained. Great jogging trails or bike . Park benches are available for a place to rest or just to sit and reflect over the water and wildlife. Great areas for family get togethers and or company functions. Lots of forest and water fountains along the way. Miles of sidewalks and safe

This is our go-to park for a quick bout of physical activity for our kids. While it may not have all the bells and whistles compared to some of the bigger parks, it has just enough to satisfy our little ones yearning for some outdoor play time.

Love the scenery. Love seeing the turtles, ducks, and geese along the shoreline. Like seeing people out walking and fishing. It's great seeing kids playing on the playground.

Bring back the lady that takes payments at the gate!! We always wait more than an hour in line for people to pay. Bathrooms are always so disgusting, please have more maintenance.

A very nice, relaxing park to just go hang out with family and friends. We love walking and riding our bikes along the lake. The playground has just enough to keep our little ones busy and active.

This is one of the best parks in Plano. The Chisholm trail goes through it there's a pretty big lake where you can paddle board or take a kayak and be in it and it's 100% okay. You can find some wildlife I've seen bobcats coyotes ducks and other water wildlife. There is a kids park with tons of slides.
