After researching reputable plumbers online, I landed on Auger Pros. Calling in, they were so nice and after I explained I had a leak in/under the foundation, they sent their 'foundation' guy, Kory. Kory showed up and after just a few minutes with his special listening device, was in agreement with the leak and located it within 2 - 3 possible places. After offering a few options, I asked "what would you do?" and he gave a direct answer. After we agreed on the price range from x to y, they started the next day digging and actually repaired it a day earlier than promised. The price was the lowest in the range discussed and they communicated well and provided pictures of the leak. While house repairs are not fun, it was a seamless experience and worth the money. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone asking.

He brought the parts and got the job done in the time-frame he promised upfront. He also found and fixed a minor leak that has been there for a while . Great service and fair pricing. They have done great work for us multiple times. Our most recent repair was for a toilet flange that had to be replaced. We acted proactively in replacing our existing water heater. It was 14 years old and very energy and cost inefficient. We requested a few quotes, and Augerpros was our choice! Brendan came out one afternoon and assessed the existing situation. He was very open and transparent with his findings. He presented things in an organized fashion and answered confidently in all questions we threw out. He then gave us options available for replacements and some add ons we were curious about. After little deliberation, we called back later with some quick follow up questions and asked to schedule the job. By Noon the next day, the job was completed and delivered as promised. We are now more energy efficient, up to code, and happier with our water heater situation! The entire process (started via Yelp) was seamless and honestly flawless. We are very satisfied with the Augerpros friendly personnel all around, outstanding service overall by Brendan and team, and thoroughly happy with the end solution. Augerpros came out to help detect and fix a Slab leak issue. They were really fast about setting an appointment. Kory Sullivan and Blake came on time. They were incredibly professional and were able to figure out the issue and proper course of action pretty quickly. Kory was courteous, polite, clean, and friendly! I dont know where to start. What an amazing and interesting experience. Shay was very helpful and helped me solve a mystery finding a 4 ft log in my hidden clean out valve. After calling multiple plumbers and the city without any help, he came through clutch. Amazing services and prices. I called AugerPros to work on a repair that Berkeys did for me 4 1/2 years ago when a sewer line from the a guest toilet failed.. Basically, Berkeys workmanship was far below average and after working with Augerpros, I have a good benchmark of what a plumbing service should be. Kory from AugerPros discovered that the previous plumber did not properly cut the length of a run of PVC from the toilet to the main, and did not adhere properly at the joint. Also, AugerPros explained that none of the sewer lines were properly supported in the event of any shifts in the surrounding area in the house. Kory from AugerPros did a great job, he planned and implemented the repair without deviation, and I trust his repair will be the final time I have to worry about this,. However, if I do have an issue, I'll call AugerPros to help me figure out the problem. Kory also fixed a punctured sewer main from a tree root in the front yard. Kory performed the water tests and the repairs held as expected. If you have a serious sewer line issue, call AugerPros first and ask for Kory. Can't say enough good things about them. [Just a note, I tried to have Berkey's come out and take a look at the problem and see if they could repair the problem under warranty, but after they could not get a technician out because of scheduling problems, I decided to go with AugerPros and not waste my time with Berkey's.]

Augerpros Plumbing, and specifically Kevin and Ryan, did an awesome job on my water heater replacement. Since I’ve only been in this house two years, they helped to identify some existing code violations with the exhaust pipe and thoroughly explained the updates that were needed to make everything right. They did a fantastic job on the install and the overall final result with the code updates is a work of art. I am very pleased with the result and could not have asked for two better people to work with and to work on my home. Kevin and Ryan were both very professional, timely, personable and their work was top notch. Would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We are remodeling our kitchen and needed to have our gas line moved out of the way of the new oven. I received text with photo and background about Aaron prior to his arrival. The sidewalks in front of my house are sinking. One of the possible causes could be a slow leak that is causing the soil to move underneath the concrete. So I started shopping around for a reliable plumber. After I made 5 calls, only Augerpros answered my call immediately. One of the "big" companies asked me everything like a scam and said they had put me in their database. I asked them to remove my info forever. Augerpros sent people to camera my drain line. No issues. I was happy the price was fair and reasonable. After the city removed the concrete, it seemed like there was some leaking. I called Augerpros with bad tones and attitude. After I hungup from the call, I never expected anything further. To my big surprise, the owner Jerry called me and sent Austin and Justin to come back and check. Touched my heart. They were not wrong. The leaking possibly from the city fire hydrant. Augerpros never leaves their customers behind. It's people like Jerry that make a difference. There were 2 technicians/plumbers came today and they provided great service! They looked at the issue and provided us options and prices. They recommended to allow them to start looking at the least expensive option and work from there and they were right. They were able to fix it quickly and gave us a $25 discount b/c we used their parts. They were very professional and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend them.

Kory and Blake were awesome! I suspected a slab leak but they were able to use their expertise to rule it out, narrow down the cause and location of the leak, fix it and get me all set real quick. They were very thorough and walked me through everything they were doing and what the next steps would be. I was super impressed with their level of responsiveness and professionalism. Their notification system and disclosure of who was coming to service the house, how far away they were and even a picture of the technician were so far above any other contractor that I have used thus far. A bit pricier than I would have expected but it’s still nice to have confidence in a contractor and actually know when they’re coming and have some communication with them. I would use them again for sure.

I had an incredible experience with Auger Pros from start to finish. The ladies In the office actually listened to me cry on the phone over this unexpected plumbing issue and were very kind and compassionate. My mother-in-law called auger pros for a hot water leak under the slab. They tunneled under the house and found out that most of the waist lines and sewer lines were cracked and half gone. I know this because I climbed under there and looked myself. They're very knowledgeable and professional. They let us know every step of the way what was going on. If it hadn't been for the hot water leak we'd have never known about the rotted waste and sewer lines. They did an excellent job and recommend them to everyone. I give them a five star plus

So nice and courteous, diagnosed the problems in no time, gave me a quote that I feel was totally acceptable considering the multiple problems I had going.
