I
came
here
the
other
day
(using
the
drive
through)
and
the
lady
working
the
speaker
was
very
clearly
not
having
a
good
day.
The
rudeness
in
her
voice
was
matched
by
her
lack
of
ability
to
take
my
order
correctly.
I
repeated
myself
many
times
before
I
was
sure
she
was
able
to
handle
her
job,
but
instead
I
received
nothing
I
asked
for.
Not
only
that,
the
employee
working
the
window,
told
me
I
needed
to
pull
out
of
the
drive
through
line
after
handing
me
the
bag
of
items
I
hadn’t
ordered,
even
though
no
one
had
given
me
my
card
back
or
my
beverage.
Very
very
rude
staff
who
lacks
attention
to
the
customers.
For
$40
worth
of
food,
at
the
very
least,
I
expect
to
get
what
I
am
actually
paying
for.
Then
maybe
I
wouldn’t
have
been
so
upset
about
the
fact
it
was
clear,
no
one
wanted
to
be
taking
my
order
in
the
first
place.
