    EAT! GO! SOCIALIZE WITH FRIENDS! This is a fairly new location in the Firewheel area. Clean and friendly staff. Normal Panera Bread stock items, which we are know are scrumptious. Went here during the Memorial Day extended weekend, and they were well staffed and the food was hot and good quality. Definitely give them a visit if I the area.

    je'nea (i think) was so sweet and knowledgeable. you can tell that she actually likes her job and enjoys being there. very rare in a lot of places and especially for being as young as she is. she made sure that all our questions were addressed and that we got everything we need. the food was fantastic, but the service was exceptional. thank you.

    This location cannot get a simple order correct. I'm never going there again. Last week we ordered, and they forgot my wife's drink. She had to make a second trip later in the afternoon between work calls to pick it up. Ordered again today, they remembered the drink but forgot to put the sandwich in the bag. This is ridiculous.

    Usual breakfast spot on the way to work. Sometimes I order on the app and sometimes in drive thru. Very convenient! Every once in a while they manage to mess up my egg and cheese on ciabatta and put bacon. But overall nice customer service and fresh items. Coffee is not my favorite and try to get it elsewhere.

    This Panera Bread has the same wonderful pastries and coffee as all do. Staff is friendly. However, they have a few issues. They are trying to keep it cleaner. Yea! As a matter of fact, they were cleaning windows with spray and a feather duster over some carry-out boxes which were open and being filled gradually. I suppose there is no other room other than the front booths for filling the carry-out boxes? Actually there was so much room at the rear of the store for packing. It's freezing back there so I hated to move there, but wanted to get away from packing boxes and loud, but friendly, manager type who was packing.And when I went to the restroom, there's a stench in the hall, not so much the bathroom itself. Sewer lines? By the way, i just heard management discussing that a guy is coming back to finish drain work. Good! Also there was delivery of linens through the front door. There is a rear door! Well, sorry Panera, gotta do it. Usually 4 stars, but not today. I'll bet back and hopefully give a better report. Photos attached.

    Ordered $50 worth of food through drive through. I got the bag I didn’t check because usually no other banners forgets to put the bagels in the bag. Drive 40 mins away to the office, opened the bag no bagels. Called up, they said sorry and told me to come back for a refund. $6 I’m not worried really. But I know they used to give out refunds or gift points through the phone. Just be more careful.

    That staff keep the place clean. A bit dimly lit for the interior dining area but then i was told that customers get the best of both worlds - less light if should one prefer or full glass exterior with unfettered light. There are few tables outside the premises too. The front display of desserts and bread is well organized for impulsive decisions. The service, for dine-in, was quick and prepared exactly as illustrated in the menu. Since this place is on the commute route, it may provide another dimension to Happy Hour.

    Very unsatisfied with my meal today. I'd order a chipotle chicken avocado melt with a side soup. For starters they were out of certain topping for the sandwich and out of chips that came with the meal. However they did ask to substitute the missing item with an apple or baguette that I never recieved. Once I arrived home to settle to eat my meal I'd immediately noticed the bead was not as toasted through out just at the bottom then took a bit a felt very hard parts of the sandwich took it apart saw was looked like melted cheese. It was at the bottom rim of the sandwich but it was too hard. To another look and saw clear plastic in the sandwich not sure how they missed that but melted it onto my sandwich very unsafe. I'm sure it was an accident or at least I hope but I will not return to this location if they're careless with the arrangement of their food and non food items.

    Like most others, this is a great Panera with great employees. The atmosphere is great for a quick lunch or hour coffee break. Everything is delicious as always.

    I got a Cup of broccoli soup for $6.16 I give the cashier: Ivan 7.00 dollars and she never gave me the change. I always tip, there is no reason for her to keep the change with out asking. That was not nice.

    They never clean the restrooms I've told two employees and two managers that the men's urinal looks like somebody threw up in it I've been in there many times in the last 2 months and it's never been cleaned. Any man walk in and look at the urinal I bet it's still looks like somebody threw up in there

    Caesar Salad was very brown/ yellow no flavor. Bread that came with salad was cold and stale. I couldn’t even bite into it. 42 $ worth of food only thing that came out good was the broccoli cheddar soup.

    Date of visit: August 26 Bad experience with online order for drive thru pickup. Order took 15min for app to notify the order was ready vs. 5-10 estimate. When app said order was ready, pulled up to drive thru and gave name for the order. Waited another 5 minutes for someone to tell us the order actually wasn't ready and to park and they'll bring it to us, no apology or offer to comp anything. Woman just said they were processing other orders, though nobody ahead of us in the drive thru and didn't seem busy inside. After 10 minutes parked (now 30 minutes after ordering 4 soups and a sandwich) the order was delivered. Upon arrival at home, discovered none of the customization we'd ordered had been applied (for e.g. there were no croutons for the soups). Someone didn't QA the order.

    Panera has delicious breads, pastries, soups and sandwiches. If you want to try to eat healthier then go to Panera. Their Autumn Squash soup is back. It's delicious. 😋

    So I decided to eat here because I haven't had panera and wanted to do something different. I looked at the menu and got a little excited because they had alot of good food to offer. I ordered the French onion soup in a bread bowl and when I got it they forgot the bread bowl. I asked the staff and they gave me a whole loaf to be used for the bread bowl. Got a desert pastry and it was rock hard so I just tossed that out after the fun time along them for a bread bowl. The staff seemed like they didn't want to n deal with customers other than to hand them food. I'll try them again probably and hope it's a different experiences

    Ordered through the drive thru everything tasted great. My half pepperoni melt was the size of a large, which was awesome and more than enough for 2 people. Both half salads could have a little more other stuff besides lettuce and 2 small cups of dressing or 1 large. We were not asked if we wanted half salad or whole when we ordered the picked 2, and I didn't think about until we got home. But everything still tasted wonderful. But everyone needs to fix their portion sizes again. Also, I know it comes with everything, but the bread is always too tough for me to eat that you give out. Need to offer softer than Baggett bread, for people with dentures and sensitive teeth.

    Whoever's working in the kitchen RIGHT NOW deserves a raise! I've been a frequent customer for a few years now and I've not always had the best experience. I know things happen in such a busy environment especially in the food industry so I never felt the need to complain (not when someone else picked up my order and I had to wait to have it made again, nor when Ive been given the wrong order multiple times), however I must call out the wonderful fulfillment of my order today because it's been flawless. It shows that someone CARED which is not that common. I went in to pick it up and approached the counter. I saw a woman who was busy preparing another order and I could tell she was doing it with, should I risk sounding corny and say, "love".... You should have her train everyone. I'm sorry I couldn't see your name tag, but THANK YOU

    Went to try their new baguette sandwiches and was not disappointed! So tasty. I got the pepperoni and my husband got the buffalo chicken. If you sign up for their new rewards program you also get free fountain drinks during every visit!

    Their food is always good and I order from this location regularly. They always get the order right except for one time when they missed some extra items on my sandwich that I paid extra for. The manager was very great about resolving the issue without any hesitation. Their management is a lot better than other similar food places at making sure their customers are satisfied.

    I ordered a cesar salad with extra chicken and the order was wrong. No bread and no chicken. I call the manager of the place and she said I will get one for free because that is their business slang. So I go and pick it up and when I got home again the order was missing croutons and cheese. I have never had a problem with any other Panera bread. Never again ordering from here.

    Walked in yesterday only to see no one at the counter and a woman with her small child having difficulty figuring out the self order tablets. After a while of trying they left. My wife and I stood around waiting for someone to come to the counter to attend to us. 5 min later we decided to just try the self order tablets, we then discovered why the lady before us was having trouble. The tablets weren’t taking payment, something was wrong with the card readers and they all kept declining the sales. Finally after much frustration we went back to the counter, at this point there was someone by the bread ovens who could clearly see us and when I called out for help several times to this person, they just stared at me and ran off around a corner. This was terrible service and poor management of a store. Panera I’m not gonna stand there and beg you to take my money!!!! Needless to say we left and just went to McAlister’s. Won’t be going back. Do better!

    Panera is always a good choice. This location seemed like the portion was smaller than normal, and they gave us a buzzer but didn't actually trigger it. I figured out they were yelling names from the kitchen instead and my that time our meals had been sitting for more than a little while, uncovered. That was a bit disturbing. When I gave them the buzzer and ask if it wasn't being used, the lady behind the counter simply replied "oh, sorry." :/

    Typically never had an issue and reason why 5 star. The sandwich I got yesterday The bread was a little undercooked or something...it was very soft on the bottom. But overall I love their food!

    I came here the other day (using the drive through) and the lady working the speaker was very clearly not having a good day. The rudeness in her voice was matched by her lack of ability to take my order correctly. I repeated myself many times before I was sure she was able to handle her job, but instead I received nothing I asked for. Not only that, the employee working the window, told me I needed to pull out of the drive through line after handing me the bag of items I hadn’t ordered, even though no one had given me my card back or my beverage. Very very rude staff who lacks attention to the customers. For $40 worth of food, at the very least, I expect to get what I am actually paying for. Then maybe I wouldn’t have been so upset about the fact it was clear, no one wanted to be taking my order in the first place.

    Went to Panera Bread at Firewheel had a very bad experience. First I had to wait inline for at least 45 mins. Only one person taking the order. I was behind a family that was not familiar with what to order. I did not order online since it does not give you the option for special order. Even though I waited that 45 mins in-line I thought my order will be right. It took them another 15mins to get the wrong order. I ordered a hot Turkey BLT on a baguette. And gave me a cold sandwich on regular bread. Luckily I look before leaving. The cashier took the sandwich and requested the right order. This time I received a cold sandwich baguette. This is unacceptable for the price you pay for a sandwich. I think Panera bread should do better.

    I'm really picky about tuna salad Every other place I've gone to will let me have a sample taste. So I was really bummed and surprised when the kid at the register told no and that I'd have to purchase something first. Sorry, I just really want a tuna sandwich or salad It's all good Panera, your food is overpriced anyway!

    Been to the Garland location many times and have had fantastic experiences. Albeit, the last few times I have ordered the Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich, there has been significantly less chicken salad in it. Don’t know if it is new staff making mistakes, new management trying to save on food cost or corporate implementing smaller portions for the same price to compensate for inflation. Either way, the last few experiences have been disappointing when it comes to consistency. Hope it changes or we will take our business else where.
