    Horrible. Just Horrible service. I went through the drive thru and ordered two 20 piece nuggets. They charged me two 20 piece nuggets. So...thats 40 nuggets....Right? They give me my food, but theres only one 20 piece order. I have to park and go inside. I let them know i only got half my order. They give me another bag with nuggets. I count the boxes.... ok ...looks good. I get home... 2 of my 6 piece nugget boxes dont even have nuggets. They have sausage patties. What the hell is going on at that McDonalds?

    The employees here are extremely rude and aggressive. The teenager at the drive thru window distributing food closed the window on me in mid sentence of me explaining what I needed fixed. The employee Kiana stated the teen at the window was her first day and didn’t know her name. The teen rolled her eyes and huffed & puffed and was aggressive during my experience here. My Big Mac & cheeseburger including fries did not exceed expectations, the sprite was disgusting. The teen employee attempted to hand me a sprite half full & became irate when I asked to add ice to it. I had to drive to the Rockwall location to get new food made. I did not feel safe going back to get my refund here. I have never experienced this type of customer service at any McDonald’s before. Please do not stop here, go to the next McDonalds you see. Thanks. This is supposed to be a Big Mac 😐. This happened between 8-9pm 4/27/22

    This is my first and last time visiting here. My girlfriend said the food was awful the first time she went last week, so I went today for myself . As I’m eating my burger I chew on this paper yes it was inside my burger as you can tell by the cheese on it! Never again!! I knew this was a ratchet location from the worker having a full conversation on his cell phone while taking orders and payments. I then drove up to the second window and asked the worker for barbecue sauce and she looked at me like she was disgusted that I had asked her for anything. IF YOU DON’T LIKE YOUR JOB QUIT! Simple

    We went through the drive through and waited 32 minutes for our food. The order was wrong. They gave us regular instead of spicy mcnuggets, missing a large fry, missed a drink, and one of our spicy mcchicken deluxe had mold on the bread. The person who brought out our order also took our receipt to try to correct the order but it was still missing things.

    Really bad customer service at this McDonals. Took for ever just to do our meal and on top of that they got my order all wrong, all they do is scream all the time we were there. I have a headache now. Not coming back to this place, EVER.

    Please do not try to go to this location after midnight. The managers on duty like to shut down service anywhere between 11:30 pm and 2:00 am to "reset the system and start breakfast." They're literally stealing hours while denying service. Don't waste your time and money by rewarding bad service. Edit (9/15/2023): Do not give this location any money. They will have you sitting in the drive thru for half an hour, give you cold food AND will mess the order up, then tell YOU that they "make everything fresh overnight" as you chew on the cold food that they gave you. Completely ridiculous.

    If I could hive this location a ZERO star I would! This place is GHETTO, NEVER has Anything, they are rude, trashy, ignorant, LAZY, and just OVERALL the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! They say they are open 24 hours, but every time u go, there is ALWAYS AN ISSUE!!! We don’t have this or that or this AND that! I will be calling the GM tomorrow! I’m so sick of this McDonald’s! I wish they close it down! Put something else there worth while! I hope to God this is a corporate store, because they have NOT heard the last of me! I PROMISE u that! If I could give this ghetto MFER ZERO STARS, I would! How can a place NEVER HAVE ANYTHING! Machines are always broke, and these MFERS are barely open! Just TRASH! I wish they would shut this one down or get new owners because they are HORRIBLE! The employees are ghetto as can get and RUDE! The ONLY thing I get is drinks from here, because I wouldn’t dare order food! Just YUCK 🤮

    Update 5/24/22- They ruined this teacher’s breakfast. I ordered a chicken biscuit with a round egg added, and 2 hash browns. I received only one hash brown in the drive thru and had to request the other. Then when I got to work I opened my sandwich to find they added CHEESE not an egg, and that there was a clothes fiber on my food. Disgusted, irritated, and mad to say the least. I will be returning this afternoon for my refund. KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS!!! First of two McDonald’s in one night just trying to get an Oreo McFlurry. DO ANY OF THE ICE CREAM MACHINES EVER WORK ANYWHERE?! Fix things when they’re broken! They shouldn’t be broken at EVERY LOCATION!!!😡🙄 Also, girl was rude when I needed to cancel my order.😒🙄

    This goes for the higher ups of McDonald’s. After all these years you guys should have this down by now. I placed my mobile order and arrived at this location at 10:29 am for curbside pickup. When 15 minutes passed I get out of my car to get the order myself and the doors are locked. I knock several times and employees just look at me but don’t acknowledge or anything. All the while, cars in and out of the drive-thru, meaning orders are being completed, just mobiles saved for last. When the manager on duty comes out he apologizes for the delay and you can see he’s beat down from im sure every single upset customer this morning. He proceeds to let me know he only had a couple of employees come in. I completely understand people not showing up, but what I don’t understand is how McDonald’s doesn’t provide its customers the courtesy of letting them know they’re short staffed. I was informed that McDonald’s doesn’t allow a sign on the door stating short staffed. When I couldn’t get in to the store and I was over it I tried to cancel my order but of course there was no way to do this. Now I have this cold food that honestly I don’t even care to eat due to this experience that has now placed my whole day behind. And just to add because I know how the corporate world functions, the manager on duty is working hard to fix any issues he can.

    If there was a zero star I would give a zero star 30 minutes in line 9:26 p.m. and nobody has taken our order. We drove farther out of our area to try to make the wait faster and it was twice the time it is ridiculous how long you have to wait for a Happy meal! When is a drive-thru and fast food! My question is... Why make people wait 1hr! 9:34pm counted 5 people in the restaurant with most of them were on the phone!

    Customer service is horrible and the excessive wait time is just as bad. During the pm hours when the lobby is closed the drive thru line be wrap around the building because they literally take one order and then make the next vehicle/person wait about 5/10 minutes before they take the order, therefore people are waiting in the long line to place a order for damn nare a hour. They need to do better with customer service and the wait time. I rate them with a 1 out 10.

    Literally been sitting here for 15 minutes stuck in the drive through. I can't even drive off because I'm blocked in. I should have known not to stop at the McDonald's in the hood. Meanwhile there is 8 parking spots they could use to move that car out the drive through to let others get their orders.

    I have been ordering from this location since early 2000s but this past almost two years have been the toughest to even want to go to this location. The drive thru line is always always long and idling..staff seems to be socializing more than focused on the orders, they prefer breaks than helping when a customer asked for their order after waiting so long..I saw the person at the back drop a nugget then still add it to the customers order like only God knows if that was clean. I prefer to take my business elsewhere, I don’t know if this is a staff and or management problem but it’s poor. What’s the use of the registers too! May God bless and provide them more staff and courtesy of customers waiting!

    Went there today for two happy meals. Waited around 15 minutes in line and had to go to Taco Bell because clients where getting of their cars to ask what was going on. The only reason I go to McDonald’s it’s because of my kids liking happy meals. Other than that it’s nothing like it used to be when I was a kid. McDonald’s need to do something about this.

    Definitely not 24 hours. They literally hide from you in the kitchen while you wait un the drive through and the window. . 5 cars of service waited cause someone said 5 minutes well that turned into 20. While someone again hid in the kitchen.... make it make sense

    Came here on 9/12 at 4:15pm, one of the items I ordered was a double cheeseburger no onions... they put onions UNDER the patty AND BETWEEN them melted into the cheese. So needless to say they did this intentionally. I’ve contacted corporate so its in your best interest to go ahead and fire whoever did this now.

    This place should be closed down and the so called young manager....waited 5 minutes at the drive thru ordering station and no one responded. Pulled around to the payment window and the little girl walked off. Drive to the pickup window and they tell us to drive back around and get in line.....insane that the manager spoke and acted like he dud. Corporate needs to deal with them quick.

    Horrible. Ordered the BOGO... 6 piece nugget, they gave me 4. Asked for buffalo sauce, they gave me sweet and sour Got 2 drinks, 1 diet, 1 regular, they switched the lids to indicate diet for the regular and regular for the diet. I can't even describe the lack of comprehension from both people I spoke to here. I think they just pretend to not understand until you say "don't worry about it" then they smile and walk off. Terrible place.

    Got lunch about noon, burger was cold, dry, looked old and discolored. I was disappointed to say the least, wait times have been longer than usual over the last month. We go there for kids happy meals mostly.

    Mcdees drive through is 24/7. However lobby hours says 6:00am. When I arrived it was after 6:20am. I have 3 children with me. The doors were locked to the lobby. ( There was already a sheriff inside sitting down eating btw.) I had to get an employee that was walking in to her shift to let me and my family inside. We ordered our food. We attempted to sit down in the lobby. There was a different employee cleaning the lobby. She told me. The lobby area was closed since she was cleaning. So we had to sit next to a different employee that was taking her break. When we finally sat down to eat. There was someone else that came up to try to come inside to the lobby area. No employee let them in. So being the nice citizen I am. I went to go let the gentleman in. Once I did. The lady cleaning suddenly yells at me. Sternly saying Do Not let anyone else inside. I barked back arguing with her stating the lobby to the place states 6:00am! After arguing with her I had to threaten her stating that I’ll leave a report and report this location since false advertising. She stopped arguing with me and left me alone. Not to mention the play area to the Mcdees we’re blocked off and did not open for my children to play. I didn’t even attempt to ask about having this open. I do not understand why people of the law gets special privileges (nothing against them) to come inside and have the right to eat. When citizens do not. Speaking of, an hour. A whole HOUR went by. Before the employee opens the lobby area to the public. Speaking of the employee cleaning was not even finished cleaning the lobby. This is unacceptable. I will not take my children back to this Mcdees ever again. Sad to say this Mcdees is the closest Mcdees to my home as well. Horrible! Do not recommend to come inside to the lobby to eat. Take it to go. No matter how long the line is!!!!

    I’ve had several issues with this location. The fries are usually cold and overcooked and hard majority of the time it’s waste of money. The sandwiches looked slapped together and tossed in the bag and the wrapped is usually half off in the bag. I only give them 2 cuz the workers have always been nice and polite to me.

    place a order at 10:05am on the ordering kiosk. Took the number to the cash register to pay and had to wait till 10:15am to pay because there was nobody there. On the store screen it showed the order in process. When I asked for my order they said they would work on it. 10:45am and when I ask again they said even tho I ordered at 10:05am they ran out and it wasn't breakfast anymore. Have in mind I ordered and paid before all this. They could give me something else. Asked for my money back and they said there wasn't anything manager and to pick something else from the lunch menu. Never got my money back or any food. Manager never showed up. By the way there is a young African American girl with long hair that kept laughing at the situation. Even the other employees couldn't stop to laugh. I want my money back.

    Customer service is horrible! I felt I was discriminated against as I am white and it was operated by all blacks. No one said "Welcome to McDonald's" and the staff was in complete chaos. They kept asking customers what they ordered and completely ignored me. My wait time was over 20 minutes before anyone cared to ask me what I ordered. The food was horrible! Dry and overcooked, I threw out half of my egg mcmuffin, especially since I didn't order it with sausage. Stay away from this place, particularly if you are white!!!

    Definitely a different type of experience than I was expecting. Everything is ordered via a touch screen. The screen isn't very good, so you will spend more time fixing errors than actually ordering food. Once the order is done, they tell you to take a table number and wait. There is no receipt, and it asks you the table number tent you picked. When your order is ready, no one brings the food to you, they just yell out the receipt number ( which if you remember, you don't get printed to you). Hopefully you can remember part of the number or they sit at the front yelling it until you come. Food was fresh, but why all the troubles just to order. I get it you want to not pay a person, but at least make the tech work flawless. For now I will stick with a mcd that has a staff.

    Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. Order placed at 5:24 am from the parking lot. At the speaker they said the system was rebooting they'll be open at 5:30. (6 minutes, no big deal, right?) At 5:31 I pull back up for them to say it's going to be another 8 minutes. At 5:40 another car pulls up and they still say they're closed. At 5:42 am I'm finally able to relay my mobile order code and receive my order. Food was fine but the nearly 30 minute wait while being basically the only car in the lot & being told 6 minutes at the start of this was probably one of the most annoying trips to McDonald's ever. 1 star only because I can't give 0 stars.

    Horrible service no one was in line in front of us the employee taking orders waited 5 minutes before we had to say hello due to didn’t bother to ask us to give her a moment to acknowledge the fact that she was aware we were waiting. No urgency on getting orders out everyone moves as if they only have one person in the lobby. Got to the window to pay employee was relaxing on their phone another one had AirPods in. Got to the window for food once again not even acknowledged.

    Get new employees we beg of you!!!! The majority of staff that have to interact with customers have the WORST attitudes even just simply taking your order/payment. Including the Manager Tanisha and her condescending tone(10/29 7:30am) which I’ll speak to corporate about. Inflation is crazy right now but we choose to spend our money there and we shouldn’t be treated as nuisances or inconveniences! I’ve been going to this location for eight years and I’ve seen many people come and go and when you order you seriously hope to get that one person that is nice and actually acknowledges you but the odds are not in our favor. Just recently I waited almost 25 minutes just to take my kiosk receipt to the register after asking twice to please take my cash payment so I could be added to the queue and the first person rolled their eyes and turned their back to me. The second person did help but took forever which in all, made me late to work. Restock boxes were open at the front (not at the drink dispenser)for customers to grab their own straws, lids, napkins and cup holders to place all their drinks…it’s tacky and lazy. You’re providing a service…be nice, attentive, get orders correct & maybe you’ll have better reviews!
