    The service was not good. When I was trying to order the person ordering said they couldn't hear me and then sent out a car hop. The location would not take a digital offer offer that I had from Bazing that had the option to show. They said it must be printed. Ordered combo which seemed to take a while to receive. Location was not to busy for the slow service. Possibly short staffed.

    Ok, this is really unfortunate, but must be said. DO NOT use the drive through. It isn't clear, but either the speaker equipment used to order is in terrible need of repairs or Staff just don't care enough to listen. After 4 attempts to order, Staff were unable to get it repeated out order accurately or clearly. We literally had to leave.

    They accidentally put mustard on the burger I asked for no mustard on, and repeated it to me saying there was no mustard, but that aside, customer service was super nice, and they been killing those cherry limeade, absolutely delicious.

    Solid burger experience, and the food was served nice and hot. I happened to be on foot, rather than driving, so I placed my order at the front by the outdoor seating. There was only one picnic bench, and the service was a tad slow, but nothing problematic. Obviosuly Sonic is more geared for patrons who arrive by car, but it's nice to know there is an option for those who want to get out of the vehicle from time to time.

    This Sonic is awesome. The food and drink is what it is for what you pay. I really like using the app to get drinks for half off, and I get text deals all the time. It’s now become my goto cheaper fast food option. But the service has always been exceptional, no matter the carhop. I love how friendly the staff is.

    Food items made fresh, except the corn dog was COLD AND DRY TASTING. (Dont expect the corn dogs here to match up to the Corn Dogs you get at the Texas State Fair.) The beverage list of options is fantastic, and better than Sonic competitors. My favorite is the grape flavor slush. My favorite food items are the grilled cheese sandwich, the Fritos wrap (Frito's, chili, and cheese on a flour tortilla), and the Cheese Coney. Just be aware the Cheese Coney is very messy. I order exclusively on the Sonic app; you always get ½ price drinks and Slushes ALL DAY LONG, and SOMETIMES, but not every day, discounted food items are offered. One particular day I had a ½ price CHEESEBURGER, which you order A LA Carte to get this special. I do not know if the app allows you to order more than one cheeseburger per transaction, but I did get 1 cheeseburger plus one Large Coke both at ½ price. The savings was $3.70, enough to get 1 gallon of gas (as of the day this Review was written). This app can be downloaded for free at the Google Play Store, and it is well rated.

    Pretty good if you order online. Sometimes the drinks taste like a hint of mildew in the AM... I notice it with the Sprite Zero mostly. Burgers are good.

    Was upset due to was out of the special 1$ Chilli cheese coney, no longer sale nuts for the hot fudge sundae, no watermelon flavoring for slush but advertised so someone dropped the ball on ordering for the high demand of a product, so had to drive to Nauman to get my request. Smh

    Well......service was fast......food.....well, the burger, #1 Cheeseburger, tasted like it was cooked yesterday and reheated about 30 minutes before I placed my order and then just "slapped" together. Not sure if it's this location or all Sonic Drive-in. Not even sure I want to try another location to find out. I can't believe they actually serve food of such terrible quality. I guess the drinks are the main money maker for Sonic. I will not visit here again. You have been warned.

    I love using the app because I get 1/2 price drinks anytime. I pay for it and check-in on the app when I arrive. For some reason occasionally they overlook my order as I'm waiting for it.

    I have only came here 4 times and it has always been in the evening. Tonight on 8/13/22 at 10:29 pm was the last straw!!! It's just a bunch of young people running this restaurant. The guy over the speaker was so rude and kept speaking over me. He kept trying to guess my order as I was speaking and it was confusing. He got frustrated and then kept saying "that's what I said the first time". If he would have just let me talk without cutting me off then there would be no problems. I couldn't even order the rest of my food because he ended the conversation. When I get my ice cream, the server only put toppings on top but not inside of the ice cream! I paid to 2 mix ins and I guess because the order taker was angry with me he only put toppings on top and didn't mix it in?? A server named Preston came out and gave me my ice cream. I asked if he was the guy on the intercom and he said no and that he didn't know what was said over the intercom. I believe it was the server Preston because the guy on the intercom sounded just like him. Couldn't eat the ice cream because I really wanted the toppings I paid for. Tired of spending money and having to fight with workers to get the food I paid for. Absolutely will never come here, tired of the unsupervised teens working here.

    My large drink that’s supposed to be light ice but I’m reality is extra ice. Can’t tell from the image but the cup is 3/4 the way filled with ice. The only reason I took the couple minutes out of my day to actually give a rating, is because this happens EVERY TIME.

    I’m on my lunch break I order three things mots cheese sticks footling coney no cheese and route 44 Dr Pepper. Messed everything up. There was cheese all up on the coney. Told the lady she like I’m um okay. Mots cheese sticks cold as I don’t know. Want be comming back. If there was a way to give no stars I would

    I usually never have any issues with sonic. I love the chili cheese tater tots and strawberry Fruit Slush. Don't have them often because I am diabetic but on occasion.

    20 years I've visited here and you still refuse to put a single cherry in a limeade. Seriously? Large, small, happy hour, regular price. It must have a cherry. I ordered 3 large today, not one cherry. Dude..... Owner responded AND requested I contact an 800 number. Last time I did that the OWNER CALLED AND CURSED ME OUT on my phone. About how he and his wife are just trying to run a business and I was ruining it. Nope. Not. Gonna. Call. Never visit this place. Wish I could give negative stars.

    It's been a minute since I had the Sonic Experience and wow, have they changed! First, their menu has changed and by that I mean the physical device. The food is still about the same which is delicious comfort food and yummy specialty drinks. But the menu still has the red button you push to order however now they display what you asked for on the screen for verification. Our order came to us quickly by a girl wearing a full facial covering I'm not sure if the mask was Covid-related or in religious observation. For that matter, I am not even sure our server was a female, but the food was hot and tasty. Now I'm not sure when Sonic got rid of the signature red trays but I wish they'd bring them back. After our meal, my friend had to hit a car wash to vacuum out the detritus we spilled. Sonic is known for refreshments like the cherry limeade slush and now they offer Red Bull Slush drinks. It really was the highlight of my meal. Very nice. We ordered tots but had to ask for ketchup twice before they responded by which time our tots had grown cold. I was thinking maybe Sonic could develop a biodegradable tray to use so that customers don't have to wear their meals after ordering. Sonic R& D can contact me through social media about my idea of a bamboo tray. I work cheap.

    Unprofessional and will charge you for something they don’t even give you :) unapologetic and rude. Whomever is working tonight is 👎 We asked nicely if we could possibly have a refund for a missing item we were not even told was missing / they were out of. The man wasn’t even polite about it nor professional. No refund. I know it’s not his fault but you can at least offer a quick “sorry” or something. My boyfriend and I work in food service and this is absolutely unacceptable behavior.
