Always a great choice for a soup, salad and desert. The free jellies are a big bonus. Consistent quality across multiple restaurants.

Food, service and restaurant was a great experience. I was able to use my La Madeleine Rewards app for a free side salad. My co-workers and I was able to place our orders quickly and receive our food quickly.

A good mid afternoon meal at this La Madeline. I had the Chicken Parisienne. Wow, so good! The staff was very helpful throughout ordering process. Also someone was in the dining room keeping it clean. Very good service indeed. Both good food and good service, I highly recommend this La Madeline location in Plano, TX.

We had a lovely breakfast with our daughter. The food was fast, restaurant clean and everyone was very friendly. The manager, Tina, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and ensured we started our weekend off pleasantly. Thank you Tina - Merry Christmas to you and all the other employees that contributed to a great family meal!

This place is going down big-time from what it used to be 10 years ago.. literally nothing is the same. Food quality very inconsistent. food tastes very inconsistent and poor, Compared to what it used to be The stuff is nice but how does that help if they don’t know what they’re doing due to lack of training. Lately, Every time I walk in here there seem to be new people in training which worries me because that means they don’t take care of their employees You can definitely tell there is a big management issue.

My daughter's favorite place that has just grown on me. I love this food chain for the unique breakfast menu that they provide. If you are a fruit for breakfast person this place is for you.

It's a good place for lunch. But NEVER order for NUTELLA crepe, it's awful. Only has a few Nutella on top, and it's filled with a strange yellow cream (taste like grease) and some disgusting strawberries. I just ate it because was so hungry 😝

This place is empty. No one in it. I wanted to eat my lunch and read my book on the patio and the music is very loud. I asked the manager Tina to lower the music and she said she has absolutely no control over the music. She also said she’s the manager. I know, as someone who works in a restaurant, there’s always a volume button. Not to mention, the inside volume was significantly lower but very cold inside. I repeat, there was no one else in the restaurant or on the patio for “ If turning the volume down, annoyed anyone” So I’ve spent money to come here and eat my sandwich and read my book but I wasn’t able to read my book because she refused to turn down the volume; which means I spent money to only get half of the experience I intended to get on my weekend off of work. The inside is freezing, because there is no guests here to take up space so it is extremely cold with AC pumping in the fall. I literally just asked if she could lower the volume one or two levels so I could sit on the patio and enjoy my lunch. Thanks Tina. I would’ve went to a different La Madeleine location, where they actually respect the customers who show up to pay money to keep it floating. This might be an indication as to why this place is so dead and empty inside.

The cashier and server were very friendly. Both indoor and outdoor seating options provide the cozy environment to enjoy the pastry, coffee and autumn afternoon with friends.

I love restaurants that maintain consistency among various locations. Clean, organized, polite staff, plenty of parking, and incredible food. I wish there were more locations because I found myself craving this place quite often. I also love the interior, very well built and designed. We will be back many many times over. Thanks la Madeleine for the great experiences.

Great food, nice menu selection, comfortable environment. Something for everyone to enjoy here. Nice selection of beverages and coffees. The deserts are amazing. The staff is courteous and friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Plenty of seating inside as well as an out door extension of the restaurant. Plenty of parking in a well lit parking lot. Food is reasonably priced.

Pleasantly surprised by the food. The breakfast and croissants were excellent and very well made. Coffee was excellent. Nice ambiance and details inside of the seating areas.. Plenty of parking. Definitely recommend. Next time will try the brunch.

I've been here many times and had a professional experience, BUT TODAY!!!!!! OMG.... I called ahead, ordered the salad sampler (2 Cesar Salads, mushroom soup, and chicken for the salads). None of these items require cooking on the spot. They're already prepped and packaged. You simply grab them, place in a bag, and GO! I came in gave my name and the lady told me my order wasn't ready yet. Other people came in after me, placed their order, got their food and left. I was just about to speak up when another employee from a different area came over, asked my name, and finally fixed my order. I waited about 15 min. This service was really underwhelming. Not sure if I will visit this particular location again.

Friendly and speedy service with fairly-priced food that doesn’t suck. We had two (2) different types of quiche that were (hopefully) cooked long enough although all of the quiche appeared to have been cooked for different lengths of time; some were more toasted than others. Have been to several locations and will definitely return here. Will never go back to the Rockwall location, though.

This location is very inconsistent with quality. This is the quality of lettuce I got from my to-go Cesar Salad order last night. Kept fishing a bunch of these out and ended up tossing it out. How can you serve this to anyone?

Came here on a Saturday night and ordered the Crepe La Madeline, and was shocked at the tiny crepe piece which was $11 (Photo attached for reference. Plate on upper left hand corner is the entire crepe order, untouched. Other items are a separate order). We asked the manager if this was the correct serving size, since it may have just been a simple mistake with the order, but he confirmed that the portion size was correct. It is hard to believe that La Madeleine can justify charging $11 for such a small morsel of food. Hopefully this was just an isolated incident at a particular location, but if they really are skimping to this extent, then maybe it would be wiser for customers to take their business elsewhere. Very disappointed.

It was very slow and the staff was on their phone and making this job look way harder than necessary. Bonus points out soup was so cold the cheese didn’t even melt.

Highly professional staff, were exceptionally polite and is why this is a 2 star review rather than a 1. I ordered the Country Breakfast and for context, I am unable to eat pork. I notified the Cashier and was informed of some alternatives, I chose the sausage after I was informed it was a beef patty. I had also ordered scrambled eggs after being told that the eggs were real. So my food gets to my table. The eggs were fake, the sausage was pork and the coffee provided was incredibly poor in quality. Understandably, I try to flag someone down politely to ask for either a refund or a redo. It takes over twenty minutes with multiple servers passing my table before I finally had to get up and make my way to the front of house to explain the situation. While I was offered a redo, the amount of misleading suggestions given had worn on me and I decided against chancing a redo. No refund was offered. This was an absolute waste of 11+ dollars and a dreadful experience. I wish this place was more friendly and honest to those with dietary restrictions. This is disgraceful.

Great atmospheric French themed bakery and cafe! The prices are reasonable, and the food was excellent. The bacon was the perfect texture, and the Croissant that came with the meals was buttery, crisp, and delightfully flaky.

Usually great food and atmosphere at La Madeline however our take out order (ordered after dine in) was mixed up with another person’s order and there was a long wait in which we had to track down another server to find out the status. Thankfully it was resolved and I believe it was a manager who offered to include another entree for free, in which we politely declined.

I come here every morning. Love the place and their food and they will recognize the guy who always orders tomato basil soup! This morning things were a little shaky because they had some new stuff on training and everything was backed up. However the short haired lady ( assuming the manager of the restaurant) did such a great job and had everything under control, smiling as always! I mean all of them, I look closely all the time the service. I hope the owner sees how hardworking this people are!
