    Imagine placing an order for a fruit tray and the day off your event you show up (with confirmation number of said fruit tray) and they’re not an order….. AN HOUR before your event….?? Beyond annoyed and upset after ordering in a timely manner.

    Lilly the florist is amazing! My husband orders my birthday and anniversary flower arrangements and she always delivers. Today my husband surprised me with my birthday arrangement and it was gorgeous!! Order your arrangements thru Lilly and you won't be disappointed.

    So two days ago 8/15/2023 I stopped at this location around 8 am at the deli to get some stuff one employee behind the wall and a female employee across the display fridge never acknowledged my presence two feet from me never lifted her head or anything, after a good 5 to seven minutes she said did you need something? Like I was driving by and decided to stop and admire some Picasso, unprofessional and rude theses kind of employees forgot why they’re there I imagine

    Whichever lady with dark hair and glasses that is in charge of the online pickup is VERY RUDE. She was very rude from the beginning. I greeted her kindly and said I had a pick up for so and so and she very rudely said "I know who it's for. Go to the front and get me a cart." I then go grab a cart to swap her out and she intentionally is trying to hit the cart I brought for her. The instructions on the app did not say I had to provide a cart to swap nor did it say where the actual pickups are at.

    Definitely your typical Tom-Thumb neighborhood store. This review is for bakery department. I ordered a birthday cake for my dad, I have always bought cakes here but never ordered a specific cake. Let me just saw my mouth drop. I was amazed by the design and taste of cake. It was everything i imagine and the flavors of cake was bomb. plus the price was affordable! Definitely making this place my go-to for cakes!

    Staff is rude with zero interest in helping you. Rolling eyes and huffs from Aikre after I asked for a managers help. I waited a customer service over 30 minutes. When I first arrived no one was at the desk so I had to ask someone to find a person and when I returned there were 3 people in front of me. The staff member made no attempt to acknowledge I was already in line.

    What can I say, Alice in the deli department made my day. The food was well prepared. That smile blew me away, her mannerisms was off the charts. I always get good service but yesterday was horrible yet she managed to crack my shell with her kindness. I tried to give her a tip but she smiled and said no. She was awesome. The store is so clean. I'm so glad they're in my neighborhood Thank you Tom Thumb Ms. Vickey

    Very helpful staff. The prepared veggies and other meals are good and often on sale or special offers. Same with their meat section. I haven't shopped at a Tom Thumb in years but today's visit has changed my mind.

    I only shop at Tom thumb.this location,I was dissatisfied. I pulled up to find one of the clerks texting on his phone instead of pulling the baskets in. Then when I went to check out. The young lady asked me if I found everything,but proceeded to talk to the sacker. I have shipped Tom thumb for over 10 years, there was no conversation between me the customer and the cashier. The sacker never asked me if I needed my groceries taken out. I always tip. They were too busy talking about working at other places because the cashier was given 13 hours for her schedule. I am a bit disturbed y why I saw. I have never experienced this at any time thumb stores. I won't return to this location. Too many you g pro it taking care of business. not giving Tom thumb experience to every customer.

    Always high quality Tbone steaks and juicy fruits... you're paying for quality here and it tastes great. And I love this lottery dispensary...always buy 2 and hit on 1💯

    Turkey in the deli was in sale for 8.99, I specifically pointed to the photo ad the counter. Person sliced me a pound but when I got to the checkout we noticed it said "pan roasted chicken" for way more $. Cashier went back to get a new label for turkey, she came back empty handed and said I was given chicken. So she gave option was to go back and get turkey sliced or go back and get the chicken for higher price. All this while I got people waiting behind me to checkout. Not worth my time. Could have at least offered the chicken at the discounted price instead of making me go back to deli. Lost sale because of not so great service. Update: thanks for the prompt response. I appreciate the effort to create a better customer experience. I will update my rating because of this.

    The lady working the Floral department chooses not to answer the phone and when you talk to her in person, you can show her pictures of arrangements you've seen in the store before, but she'll tell you she doesn't know where it came from and give you a hundred reasons why she can't remake that specific arrangement (we're talking about balloons, not even flowers). She proved herself problematic and full of excuses for the customer before me and she just shut me down by telling me she was closed, but then took another customer.

    I came to today to buy a few item mainly to get the sale they had on crab legs in the meat department. When I walked up to the counter I wasn’t greeted or even acknowledged. I could tell that the lady behind the counter had an attitude. I looked past that and I spoke to her. I asked her about the sale on the crab legs and she pointed to the center of the store and replied “they are over there” I went to check them out but quickly noticed the ones on display looked overly frozen and looked very dark in color as if they were very old and not at all fresh. I went back to the counter to ask if I could get some fresh ones and she was just very rude at this point. I had enough of her attitude and asked her name. She refused and ignored me! I had to contact the manager about the service I received.very poor customer service

    Best store ever. Weekly specials. Great choices. Helpful butcher. Fast checkout. Starbucks in store. Great deli. Also might want to checkout their 50% off deli items. They have a couple of days before they expire so...if you've been wanting to try one of their salads or meats what a great and inexpensive way to do it. More bang for your buck

    I love this store and everyone who works here but I have to agree with another review on the lack of customer service specifically in the bakery department. I waited and left and shopped and came back to the same two employees chatting about life, back turned to the counter and never once turned to see someone waiting there.

    I like this store, very clean, and a nice selection of product. Biggest complaint is the fact that if you shop after 2 pm, you must use self checkout. They do have any checkers after 9 pm. The the prices are substantually higher than most other stores

    I love the bakery after hours discount. However, the bakery needs more attention. All the donuts and pastries were already boxed and reduced, but I saw 2 guys picking out from every box, and that's not sanitary with all these contagious diseases going around.

    Terrible service in deli, floral, and Bakery department. Staff is entitled and acts like I’m imposing to ask for them to get off their phones to ask for things. I waited 25 minutes for someone to get me my at the deli order. Forget it! I’ll go to Sprouts!

    Came to this location to pick up a few things on a Saturday night and it was so tragic to look at. There was trash throughout the parking lot, in front of the store there where partially eaten containersof chicken and fruit, and carts everywhere. When I walked inside you could see the manager just having a social conversation with the employees, no cares given that the store was a complete mess!

    I know nobody cares if you complain but I'm getting tired of this. Every time I go to Tom thumbs on pleasent valley they over charge for items on sale. If I call they apologize but it never stops. Groceries are high enough with out being charged more. Just spoke to the manager he said I'm confused. Your right I went to the wrong store. Thanks

    Bought these caramel custard filled donuts yesterday from the bakery section. We put them out today for our Easter lunch with the family when we realized that ALL OF THEM are filled with mold. All of them. They have an expiration date of April 18th. Which is Monday. Today is Sunday the 17th. We are sicken to our stomach. Thankfully we caught on before our family started to eat it. This is absolutely unacceptable to the highest degree. This made my whole family sick to our stomachs.

    Tom Thumb is one of the best grocery stores around. They have fresh and quality food. When everyone else is closed for Thanksgiving or winter storm you can count that Tom Thumb will be open.

    Unfortunately prices have gone up at this grocery store just like others. They're also no better than the big box stores at making sure not to stock items in front of sale tags for other items. I understand if one thing gets moved but when you stack an entire brand of toilet paper with a sale tag in front of it but it belongs to another brand that should be on you.

    Ample sized store. Huge selection of most of what you might need. The employees are nice and courteous. One problem, though (and the reason why I rated it only 3 stars): The prices are higher than most places out there. You could hit a Target or a Walmart and find the same stuff at better prices. My advice? Go there only if you don't mind paying more for what you need, or if you have no other choice.
