guys go to sultans restaurant not too far from this location, don’t pay there BS cover charge. Sultans is the same vibe, no cover and $15 hookah all night. They say the have a belly dancer and dj. People are coming for hookah not that extra stuff. Total rip off hookah spot. They don’t even seat you. One of the worst hookah spots in Dallas in my opinion

The "managers" watched us the entire time. Then they charged for everything even as simple as a cup of ice. They tried to close at 1:30am, then got mad when we told them to stay open until 2am... like the website says. I will never come here again. Definitely go to ABI and not here. Couches were dirty. Dummy expensive for what this is. 20 dollars to walk into the door at all then you sit down to a 60 dollar hookah. 3 people per hookah and then they charge extra for each person using it. I've been here several times and the service is prompt, friendly and top notch. You don't have to wait for coals or to get a hold of someone. Prices are great and the music is enjoyable instead of bursting your ears. Easy to have a conversation while just relaxing, hanging out or getting work done. Management is very friendly and professional. Great spot to spend an afternoon working on things or an evening hanging out. You can appreciate the personal service here.

thirty minutes of subpar hookah, plus one water, and they charged me EIGHTY bucks. Given the over charge I didn’t leave a tip since the guy NEVER came over once. He has the nerve to loudly ask for a tip. I said, for what? You can buy an ENTIRE HOOKAH plus six months worth of BETTER flavoring for what these guys charge. Scam. DO NOT COME HERE. Other hookah bars are superior. Literally other places twice the service and atmosphere for HALF the price.

The place is a scam. They double charged me, for one hookah session over a hundred bucks with zero other products and the guy had the audacity to ask for a tip when he didn’t even show up a single time except for bringing it out. I could barely even taste the flavor! I think they put very little in it. I paid enough to buy two hookahs to use at home and six weeks worth of MUCH richer flavor. Don’t come here. Very dishonest people. Very disgusting couches too. I saw a cockroach at the FOOT of the couch, not even behind.

Would not suggest going, great music but they do way entirely too much for it to be empty. $15 cover charge (no biggie) but for me to be by myself and order food (the only reason I came) told me I would have to pay a fee of $5 because I didn’t purchase hookah. Food was trash

This place is an overcharger just a heads up. They charge $25.99 for a hookah, charge extra per person that doesn’t smoke, BYOB fee, auto 20% gratuity. Obviously just a money trap and a way for a place to get you to spend more money than you need to.

Amazing hookah lounge in Richardson. I am having a great time at the Casanova Lounge. High quality hookah with great prices and nice Staff. 5 Stars to Hardi for marking always awesome Hookah. Strongly recommended!

This is my go to spot in Dallas .. daytime is chill … but at night … the DJ and the music selection go up several notches… and this seating is super comfortable…don’t think twice … get you some …💨💨💨💨💨🔥🔥🔥🔥

Awesome place to go!!!! Customer service is amazing there so on top of it they make sure you have an awesome time while your there. Entertainment is super as well belly dancing and really good DJ. The hookahs are cool to really good flavors to choose from and alot of them at that a must try in my opinion is the ice cold hookahs that they have super cool i would recommend this place to everyone that likes to smoke hookah try it awesome!!!!!!!

The setting here is so chill. They offer iced hoses for your hookahs which I'd never had before here and the variety of flavors were great. Will Def visit again

One of the best hookah lounges in dallas texas and Tina is so sweet and courteous and very attentive to her guest and the hookah is to die for and love the byob and happy hour during the week I will definitely be back!!! I have been going to Casanova a lot since 2020. Their service is great, the food is great and good price too. My friend reserved the place for her birthday is was the best they also have karaoke which was so fun, Mohamed and Moni are the best they offer the best service ever.

The hookah is on point. Honestly the best hookah I had in Dallas so far. The hospitality was 10 star level. They kept checking on us and changed coals frequently. We will definitely be back!
