Not a fan of Chili's. It went from great decades ago to really bad ... went to a couple of franchises after covid that upped their game. Gave chili's a second chance. Good food. The sirloin with asparagus and corn on the cob was delicious. Ordered 6 shrimp to add. Yum

Southwest egg rolls are the reason we come back. Every time. But the chicken was much better than the last time. Food quality is either just better at this location, or chili's in general is doing a better job

Was made to wait 45 mins, while being told that a certain section that was completely empty, because they didn't have any servers for that section. While we were waiting that sat a smaller party in that section. Service was good once we were seated, and food was good too, but we will NEVER visit here again.

Overcharged on drinks and apps. Had 1 appetizer and entree and 3 happy hour drinks. Got a bill for over $70 for 2 apps, entree, and 3 regular priced drinks. Should have come out to 48.65, including tax but was overcharged by $20+ . Talked to manager and he said happy hour ended at 6pm. I confirmed with waitress and the menu that happy hour is all day on Saturday and Sunday. He begrudgingly took $5 off, was still overcharged by $15. Considering they have doubled the prices in the past 2 years, they shouldn't be adding extra charges to the bill. Won't be going back to this location again! There are many better choices that won't rip you off.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Staff were sitting down and got up and serve others & had us waiting wondering if there was anyone working !!!!!!!! So disappointed waited 20 min and empty tables everywhere not a lot of people were there …. Me thinking perhaps staff hasn’t ate anything perhaps they haven’t gotten a break I would totally wait but until I saw 2 of them get up out of the table and serve others I left !!!!! DONT COME HERE YOUR WAISTING YOUR TIME… ITS THAT SIMPLE DONT SHOW UP IF YOUR NOT GOING TO WORK

Be careful if you order curbside pickup. Watched them give my order to someone else then came to my car and said they had called the woman to bring back the order. Did they expect me to take it after it had been in someone else’s possession?? Asked for refund. Mgr said it would take 3-4 days for credit to appear in my account. That’s fine but I wanted receipt. Finally admitted that system wouldn’t do that (more like, she didn’t know how). 40 minutes after arriving, walked out with cash.

Came by for the first time after watching a movie in Firewheel. Not going to lie, last I checked it wasn't a "seat yourself" establishment, unless something has changed recently. The point I'm trying to make is that my party were standing at the entrance waiting to be seated for around 30 minutes. No waiting line. Tons of tables open too, so that shouldn't have been the issue. We were noticed by both waitresses bussing the floor, but neither even attempted to approach us. We still got take out in the end, but that was after we stood their for way too long without being given attention. Hopefully, it'll be better next time 😠

I arrived at chilis restaurant at 9:15pm and was told by the manager and host that there would be a 30 min wait for my party of 5. After we had said that was fine. The manager continued to ask us if the wait would be ok 3x making it clear that the restaurant would only be opened for 10 min after we would be seated. Which is incorrect because the restaurant was open till 11 and they were closing by 10 per the manager.

Great, our server (vic) was great. Everything came out like we asked! Hopefully, next time we go, we can go ahead and get him as a server. And the food came out nice and hot. Thank yall for a great dinner. See yall next time!!

My family and I came here on 9/17 around 7pm. Our server was great. My husband and I both ordered boneless wings. It is now 24 hours later and we are both still experiencing food poisoning. Very disappointed. We normally go to the Rowlett location with no issues but did not have a good experience with the food at this location, not sure if the chicken was undercooked or what but both of us have been sick all day long.

3 vets on Veteran's day and this reminded me why I like Chili's so much. Service was perfect, meal was perfect for all 3 of us. Thank you. Proud to have served!

Very good fries with cheese and jalapeno peppers. The burger was too dry. Great service!

I requested to sub grilled chicken for breaded + Buffalo sauce. I watched the to-go lady (dakota - extremely nice) go back and confirm they can do it. They all confirmed they could do it. They then added a breaded chicken patty to my salad, didn't even cut it, nor toss it in Buffalo. I even left a 50% tip due to the extra requests. At this point, it's just insulting. Thursday 11/16 10:15pm

Every time I go to this location I get great service from the same server, and everything turns out well. Reminds me of how Chili’s used to be when I was a kid. The item substitutions are correct and my drink is always refilled quickly. This is probably the best location in the area.

I’ve only recalled going to a chili’s once before. Out running errands with my family and we decided to dine out and ended here (technically for our first time) and there were no regrets at all! Service food pricing and atmosphere all great! We will be back that’s for sure!

I have to say. Chilis has come a long way lately. I don’t know if it’s new management. New staff. Or a total overhaul but I will once again recommend them. The food was delicious. Hot. Filling and was presented in a 5 star restaurant way. Our waiter Iain. Wow kudos to him. He was very attentive courteous. And looked happy and willing to serve. Our glasses never went empty. He checked On us asking if we needed anything. Didn’t just sit us and forget us. He is definitely a five star employee. He was nice, funny and was attentive to our ordering. Hard to find waitstaff these days who care. But this whole staff was Johnny on the spot. Nice to see a plus customer service coming back. If you want a perfect dinner go to George Bush chilis. Even the manager was very nice. Ask for Iain. He will take great care of your family. Way to go Chilis.

This is the Best Restaurant, I have ever been to. Food is prepared to perfection. I'm bragging on this one. If I could give it 10 stars I would. 🌟 Please try the Sirloin 🍔 Burger. 😲 OMG. It is very GOOD Chili's keep up the good 👍 work and I'll keep coming. Kudos!!!

When we went to this restaurant, the hostess forgot about our table and gave the table she said was for us to another party. It was a little issue as she got us another table pretty quickly. Our waitress was great, she (and the chef’s) got everything right, but then our waitress forgot about our to-go order, so we waited another half an hour or so for that! All in all it was a good visit and we will go again!

Ordered a steak which was fully cooked even though it was ordered medium rare. It did originally come out with other food but when they had to fix it, I got it back just in time for my family to need to-go boxes. This is not ok! When you go to a restaurant you ask for service to be unlike what you receive on a typical basis at home. Which is why it's a privilege. So to get to eat a reheated meal alone at home after paying to take my WHOLE FAMILY out to eat so that I may not have the typical responsibilities......I don't expect it to be worse than eating free at home. We stood there for 8 minutes to be seated before we were even greeted at all. Multiple servers walking by, noticed, and didn't offer to seat us. Then at then end of all that.....the receipt was wrong......we were charged for items on special at regular price and some items charged we didn't even get! The server was overall attentive to us as far as time to address the table with our options and then our food shituation so that's a plus, but all the other stuff I could've dealt with cheaper....@home. This is not the point of a restaurant please do better!

This place is horrible. 30 minute wait, one party ahead of us waiting to be seated. Restaurant was practically empty, like only a five or so tables seated, tops. Ridiculous. Went to Cristina's, across the street instead.

Ordered my food to eat at the bar and added an item to be placed in a to-go container. Got everything in to-go containers including plastic utensils. The server was clueless and not helpful. Do Better, till then I'm out!

I always have great service when I come here. I don't get to eat out often, so when I do, I like to enjoy my meal, even though I usually am out by myself. But, I never feel ignored at all! They accommodate really well, and when I go for lunch the service is fast. :)

Place is decent. I never have a problem with the food or servers.

I don't know how every other restaurant in Dallas can be adequately staffed except for this one. We went there on a Saturday evening at 6:00 and they maybe have a dozen tables open. The excuses they have is that the were short on cooks and servers. This poorly managed restaurant needs to just close.

Ordered the carnitas and the steak was not tender at all. They also forgot our sides and took about 5min to get silverware after our food came.
