Excited
to
have
a
trendy
pizza
place
downtown,
just
the
type
of
place
we
need.
The
atmosphere
is
great,
love
the
Texas
industrial
look
with
lots
of
warm
wood
to
make
it
feel
cozy.
Large
facility,
occupancy
rated
at
150
people.
There
were
4
of
us
in
the
restaurant
at
noon
on
Sunday.
Wait
staff
we
nice
&
friendly
but
not
well
trained.
Came
by
the
table
several
times
to
ask
how
everything
was
but
did
not
wait
for
an
answer.
The
pizza
was
disappointing!
Ordered
large
supreme
at
11:40
it
arrived
at
12:10
despite
there
only
being
one
other
table
in
use
in
the
restaurant.
Large
is
only
about
12
inches
(see
photo),
cheese
is
$14,
supreme
is
$18.
Ours
did
not
have
Canadian
bacon
though
the
menu
lists
it
on
the
supreme.
Baking
soda
crust
so
it
is
flat
and
bland.
Very
bland
crust.
Sauce
is
crushed
tomatoes
with
little
else.
Toppings
seemed
low
end
Sysco.
Cook
must
be
fairly
inexperienced
as
the
bottom
was
covered
in
corn
meal
as
was
the
bottom
of
serving
plate.
A
mixture
of
mostly
vegetable
oil
with
a
small
amount
of
olive
oil
was
poured
onto
the
serving
plate
before
the
pizza
was
placed
so
our
fingers
were
very
oily.
Very
disappointed,
they
have
lots
of
potential,
I
hope
they
step
up.
