We really wanted to like this place. Having lived in Garland all our life we were excited to see a new place on the square downtown. The food was tasty, but took an exceedingly long time to come out. Compound by the fact it was pretty slow when we went in and very hungry children. We will give e this place another shot but I really hope they improve their routine or service level in some way. We ordered fried ravioli when they took our drink order and after about 15-20 minutes we got our waters and single soda. Another 15 minutes pass and the appetizer comes out but sadly still near frozen in the center. Once those finally were corrected we began our next 20-25 minute wait for the entrees. Like I said previously. The food was good and appropriately priced just a very slow kitchen that really took away from a pleasant experience.

The food and beer was great, once we finally got it. The service was absolutely horrible. An hour and 20 minute wait for pizza and the waitress forgot about or desert order (so no desert). --- Update Feb 2 2019 What a difference, the service and food were both great.

Excited to have a trendy pizza place downtown, just the type of place we need. The atmosphere is great, love the Texas industrial look with lots of warm wood to make it feel cozy. Large facility, occupancy rated at 150 people. There were 4 of us in the restaurant at noon on Sunday. Wait staff we nice & friendly but not well trained. Came by the table several times to ask how everything was but did not wait for an answer. The pizza was disappointing! Ordered large supreme at 11:40 it arrived at 12:10 despite there only being one other table in use in the restaurant. Large is only about 12 inches (see photo), cheese is $14, supreme is $18. Ours did not have Canadian bacon though the menu lists it on the supreme. Baking soda crust so it is flat and bland. Very bland crust. Sauce is crushed tomatoes with little else. Toppings seemed low end Sysco. Cook must be fairly inexperienced as the bottom was covered in corn meal as was the bottom of serving plate. A mixture of mostly vegetable oil with a small amount of olive oil was poured onto the serving plate before the pizza was placed so our fingers were very oily. Very disappointed, they have lots of potential, I hope they step up.

2nd time I was invited to the Millhouse for music and 1st time for pizza. Different pizza make but good. Staff is nice and drinks are stout!😁 There are wings painted on the outside of the building for photo OP and the stage is pretty decent size for a Pizza House. Great sound system because I could even here the bass.

Pizza was pretty decent, but probably not worth the price paid, so I'd consider the value for your money to be so-so. The service I received was also OK; not warm, not perfectly attentive, but just OK. There were other servers providing a much higher level of service, but the "bartender" (on a slow night, even) provided a fairly average and unmemorable experience. That being said, the place was cool and is a fun venue for local bands. I'm not sure I'd be inclined to return for the pizza and experience itself, but if a band I follow happens to be playing here, I'd be down for sure.

New pizza place downtown Garland on the square. Large indoor eating area with full bar, and stage on the back wall for live music. Low and high top tables available. TV screens mounted on columns and wall. Several starters, cheese curds (white and mozzarella) with marinara and ranch for dipping, bread knots (4 LG), and others. They have 2 Combos; 8" 1 tipping pizza, salad, and a drink OR Wings combo. They have Bone-In and Boneless, with several choices of wet or dry rub. The pizza's are create your own or custom creations; Margherita, Veggie, Supreme, Carnivore, and more. They have gluten free crust option $4 upcharge. They also have regular or cesear salad. Kid menu offered too.

Dropped in late for dinner in the middle of a classic TX thunder storm! Staff was great. Large dinning room in the back with full bar and large stage for live bands. Small room up front with large picture windows, great for watching action on the downtown Garland square.

As a garland native I'm glad to see places like this in our downtown area. The live music was great and the drafts were perfect, even though I wish they had a cocktail 🍸🍹 menu which to choose from. The whole family enjoyed this place and the kids got to make their own pizza with fresh ingredients 😁. Hope y'all enjoy this place as much as we did

We came here for valentine's dinner, the layout of the place is a little awkward... There was no one greeting the customers coming in so we didn't know where to go and sit down .. A lady cleaning menus told us just to sit wherever we wanted to.. So we did, we had a nice server and she was good refilling our drinks, the menu does not have much variety which is a downer for us ( I was craving a calzone) we ordered a large Hawaiian pizza, good size for two people, it was well done and the flavor was good, we also ordered some rolls.. We prefer fluffy /light rolls, these were very heavy for our taste. They came with marinara sauce which was ok. Overall it's an ok place, I heard they have live music on Fridays? Would be nice to go check it out.. But it is a restaurant we won't go often, prices are good though A+
