I
suggested
certain
improvements/leases
I
think
would
help
a
half-dead
center
on
Instagram,
this
was
the
reply
I
got
“Thats
not
how
it
works
unfortunately
-
we
just
dont
open
stores
at
shopping
centers.
They
have
to
see
the
business
sense
of
opening
in
a
market.
Those
stores
are
not
coming
this
far
North
of
Dallas
any
time
soon.
We
would
love
to
have
them
-
they
do
not
believe
there
is
enough
business
in
suburban
markets.
You
would
do
better
to
contact
them
and
tell
them
you
are
no
longer
willing
to
drive
to
Dallas
-
they
listen
to
consumers
far
more
than
potential
landlords!”
Such
a
condescending
and
unprofessional
response
that
shows
the
kind
of
corruptness
that
is
present
within
the
management
of
this
center.
Management
has
no
interest
in
competition
-
there’s
three
other
centers
within
Allen
that
all
do
very
well.
Telling
customers
to
cut
all
ties
with
businesses
they
shop
at
will
not
make
them
come
to
North
Texas.
It’ll
decrease
the
presence
of
a
demand
from
consumers
this
far
north,
and
therefore
make
them
even
less
likely
to
open
businesses
here.
Telling
me
that
“these
stores
will
are
not
coming
this
far
north
of
Dallas
any
time
soon”
is
complete
nonsense.
Within
recent
years,
certain
businesses
that
used
to
be
present
at
FTC
relocated
to
nearby
centers
(Allen
Outlets,
Village
at
Allen,
Watters
Creek)
and
do
very
good
business
there.
These
stores
will
have
more
incentive
to
come
to
the
area
if
demographics
show
a
significant
portion
of
business
comes
from
this,
and
nearby
Zip
codes,
and
they
get
no
business
if
we
cut
ties
with
them.
Urban
Outfitters,
for
example,
operates
its
sister
store
in
Watters
Creek,
and
has
been
for
years.
Clearly
they
get
business
this
far
North
of
Dallas.
I’ve
worked
at
the
Outlets
across
the
highway
enough
to
know
there
is
a
heavy
demand
for
a
Zara
store
north
of
Dallas.
Overall,
management
of
this
mall
is
very
unprofessional
and
unqualified
for
their
positions
they
hold.
I
hope
the
Town
of
Fairview
gets
involved
and
makes
sure
they
hire
people
who
know
how
to
run
a
shopping
center.
Watters
Creek
and
the
Dallas
Galleria
have
been
very
vocal
about
how
feedback
from
guests
is
important
to
enhancing
the
mall
experience,
but
Fairview
Town
Center
simply
does
not
care
and
that
is
why
their
mall
is
half
empty,
with
wallboards
that
have
been
up
since
2010
decaying.
Look
it
up,
Galleria,
NorthPark,
and
Watters
Creek
management
has
talked
about
how
they
have
strategies
to
get
top-tier
stores
to
lease
with
them.
Anyway,
I
will
not
be
cutting
my
business
with
stores
I
have
been
shopping
at
for
years,
because
your
petty
management
would
rather
have
me
do
that
than
take
customer
suggestions
into
consideration.
