I had a pretty nice dining experience at Boomer Jack's in Murphy. The food was good, the server was great, and the drinks were delicious. The only issue I had was connecting to their mobile menu but that is forgivable. I will definitely be returning to this establishment.

Such a gem in this town! Great place to watch sports as they have a full size bar and huge covered and heated outdoor area for adults, or anyone wanting to mingle and yell on one side of restaurant. The other half, is more for family and tons of booths and table seating. We came here to grab dinner as I was too tired to cook. My sons got the BLT & steak and I got the Philly cheese. We had the wings for apps. Food was fresh, hot and delicious except all our fries were soggy. I hate soggy fries 🍟 but I understand it happens. Service was on point and everyone was definitely friendly and efficient. There’s hand sanitizer right at front desk and TVs everyone your eyes can see. There’s tons of sports to watch but I do not believe they have ufc available :( This is a great spot to meet w friends and even have family dinners. It can accommodate a lot of folks and definitely worth a visit!

They had the makings for two drinks i don't see most places. I was celebrating a new job and Sharee made me feel so awesome. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend

We always have a good time at Boomer Jacks Grill. The food is great! The servers are sweet and patient. I love that it is in Wylie where we live. We ordered the brisket nachos and they were good but there could have been more brisket. We drank regular Margaritas and they were very pleasing to our taste buds. I would Recommend this place to anyone wanting g good food In a relaxing atmosphere.

FIRST AND LAST TIME EATING HERE. We can begin with this being the worst service I have ever had. I have worked in all areas of the food industry fast food and restaurant including management so I understand the struggles. Yet this as I said is the worst service the lady may be a great sever but most definitely was given too much to juggle. If you have a 20 top party of people then you need two servers or the help from a manager (which didn’t happen). It was great that half of our party was tended to the whole night not so great about the other half. We had cold food, over fried foods, and 1 refill the whole night. I shouldn’t need to flag down my server or ask the hostess for help the entire night. When food was handed out there was ZERO organization or system in place we had several different workers shouting in an already loud dinning room calling out what they thought was on the tray yet some didn’t even know what they were handing out. For the quality of service 1 start quality of food 3 stars and that is pushing it. When I spoke with the manager I was told let me grab some coupons. I should of had a discount on my food or a genuine apology rather than walking away mid conversation. I don’t want coupons to come back to a restaurant with poor service and poor management. Also we as the customers should not need to gather our cups and trays when we are done to get them out of the way. If you only have three servers then your entire dinning room doesn’t need to be open to customers you need what your servers can handle to be sat and the rest on a waitlist. Never again will be come back to this location.

Ordered through ubereats. Noticed the Styrofoam container where they put chicken tenders and fries in got burnt through with holes because they didn't allow chicken tenders to cool off before placing in there. Called and informed the manager about the incident.. Not good at all!

I did a pick up order. I dont live close by this place. I went to pick it up and was told they gave my order to someone else. Wasted my time and gas. The worst part is the little girl who told me had a attitude. And no one in the store offered me a apology for wasting my time and giving away my food. The manager went and hid in the kitchen. Thanks a lot.

Absolutely love BoomerJacks. They have such high quality food, No matter what you order is going to be great. They have amazing drinks, a lot of choices, all in a very casual atmosphere with TVs and a bit of noise but it's very doable. Services great and we always come back for the food, every time.

Went there for lunch today and the sandwiches were really good. I especially enjoyed my bbq melt sand which however I was less impressed about the service. They were quick to seat us and take our drink orders (I felt pressured to pick something quickly) while the lady intently just stares at me. Then we eat and have our meals the waitress seems upset that we were not adding to our meal extras. Then takes a long time to bring out the bill. It just came as a receipt not in a checkbook. We had the card ready but they take another five minutes to come back to our table. The service was horrible. I’d eat at this place again if it was to go. Sad part it was my first time trying this place, love the food but everything else sucked server wise.

Waitress brought the wrong wine and when I advise her she pretty much told me I was wrong. Instead of getting me another drink she decided to go digging in a trash can for a bottle and brings it to my table. Notice the color difference in the drinks.

Late lunch,around 2:30.Waiter was friendly and attentive. Slow part of the day. Not busy. I had their Cobb salad with grilled chicken. It was good. The others had Tuesday specials and snack burgers. No complaints.

Nachos were cold and they added some liquid cheese with some sour cream some jalapenos in a small amount of beef. Not very nice dish in my way of thinking

Not sure how I have not ever heard of this place. Decided to try something new and it was a win! This place has some of the best food I have ever eaten. Skillet queso was superb and the chips are perfect, thin and salted to perfection. Grilled chicken sandwich was juicy and delicious! My wife had not had a Monte Cristo in years and was very happy to get to have one and loved it! We will be going back!!!

This is one of those places where everyone knows everyone there. I’ve been going to this location for about a month and every server and manager knows me by a first name bases and vise versa. It never feels like I’m going to a bar, rather a “hangout spot” if you will. The food is great, if you had a bad experience then you probably didn’t hear the recommendations from your server. The alcohol is cheaper than any place you’ll ever go. They have specials EVERYDAY and even specials that go on for weeks. There’s an indoor and outdoor seating area so depending on Texas heat you can choose for that day. So, if you decide to go in then I’d suggest to go in on Wednesday when domestic bottles are for $3 and take a seat outside to look at all the classic muscle cars that the regulars bring and park like a show is going on and order $6 worth of 1/2 pound wings and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Chloe took great care of us as we ate outside. They even brought a solution for the flies that were trying to ruin our mealtime! We enjoyed our delicious brisket sandwich & beers for a holiday weekend! Thank you!

Went there with my daughters a couple of weeks ago to celebrate a belated Mother’s Day. It was our first time there. My daughter’s salad was pretty good, same with my other daughter’s burger, but the southwest egg rolls we got were terrible! They looked and tasted like they had been re-fried. The worst part of the experience though were the swarms of flies in the place!!! We spent our entire meal, which we rushed through, waving away the many flies trying to land on our food. I mentioned this to our waitress and she said the management was aware of the problem but there wasn’t anything they could do at the moment. I wonder if the health department can? Huge turnoff!! Added: I just looked at a review from a week before we went and there was a complaint about many flies, so a week later nothing had been done about the flies!!!

Absolutely ridiculous. Ordered the catfish with coleslaw and this is the amount of coleslaw they included! Catfish was excellent but onion rings tasted very, very old.

Went on a Sunday to watch the Cowboys. My husband had to get up 3 times because our server was MIA. No silverware, no napkins, and to swap out the ‘what tasted like sour cream’ for blue cheese dressing. The Nashville Hot chicken tenders were NOT HOT. Blue cheese dressing was sour cream, and did not get coleslaw. Fries were so old, I think they were reheated from the day before. Y’all- we are heavy tippers, but today - not so much. Both food and service were awful. Won’t be back. Sports bars should be better prepared for game day.

My wife and I tried this restaurant out for lunch in more than 2 years. Lunch special ia a good value and good tasting food. The service was very attentive. I had the brisket melt sandwich and my wife had the bottomless soup and salad.

Love this place! I work nearby and go here all the time. Awesome service every visit. Also today I ordered to go and someone literally gave me a spoon. Like full on silverware spoon. And it wasn’t an accident because they included a handwritten note. I love these guys. Chaotic in the best way.

I am going to give them 4stars but only because when they are on, they are really on. But, they are inconsistent! I think that it is a common problem with a lot of restaurants these days in which it really matters who the kitchen staff are when you get there. Also, as always, how well management has everyone, especially the cooks and kitchen manager consistently in line with each other on their food preparation, cooking and presentation. I wish I could give zero stars as 1 is too many. I have made a formal complaint with corporate that I hope is addressed. My husband and I received the WORST service ever. We waited for over 10 minutes before a waitress finally stopped after being passed by 3 others. After we ordered drinks and food the waitress completely disappeared for the rest of dinner. The manager came by towards the end and when I specifically stated things were not good he didn’t even bother to ask additional questions. His attitude was just as indifferent as the staff. I don’t want to assume the service we received was because we were the only people of color but seeing the other tables were receiving attentive service that is exactly how we left feeling. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location.

Ethan was absolutely amazing with out large group. We called ahead to give some warning but it has been a really busy night here tonight with the game on. Thank you so much we enjoyed our evening. The kitchen was slammed. But he was patient and as quick as he could be with a huge table of 15 and multiple smaller tables in his section. The manager gave him awesome support. And the food runners and other servers were awesome in throwing in to help. This is exactly how a team should help and support each other. Absolutely wonderful to see and witness. Thank you to the staff team and managers for being so awesome tonight. We adore this place for our group every couple of months.

Stopped in for a cocktail before flying home and met the nicest bartender, Tristan and Owner. The beer and Fireball were ice cold and fried jalapenos were spicy!! Will definitely stop in next time we're in town!
