The food Is great but service is horrible most days. The older short man acts like it's an inconvenience to order food or get my food like I like and not like he wants me to order. I love my fellow Mexican joints but service is not a trait we have and value. This is a restaurant I ask for food and you serve me. If we all stopped coming then there would be no imployment for them and that's where they fail to understand why service is so important! Do better!

My husband mostly comes here for the menudo, too bad sometimes it's not even half of day and it's already gone, I like the fajita plate, last weekend my husband got me a plate with two gorditas barely had any meet so for the price I was hoping to see more In there it was like half of taco on each gorditas plus the Salad, rice and beans, prices are going up yes but not just here so I'm not complaining about that but about the little amount of meet on the plates. My fajita taco plate was ok and my kid like it.

The combo plate is great. I would have gave 5 stars if it wasn’t so hot in there.

If I could 0 stars I would. Most of the reviews were good so I was like let's try it. BIG MISTAKE! $40 for nachos, a burrito, 3 tacos and 3 soft drinks. Over priced but that's not all. Many health code violations. Flies were everywhere, nails sticking out of the walls, staff was not wearing gloves or hairnets. Food tasted like dog food. Beans were watery, chips were stale, and meat was over cooked. The best part of the meal was soft drinks. So disappointing.

Hugo Took very good care of our family, especially after Chow Now screwed up everything! Hugo was more than happy to accommodate our celebration dinner! If I could give him 10 stars I would give him 10 stars very satisfied customer!

Picked this place because of its reviews. First, the place is very clean food is ok but not especially great I ordered a breakfast torta which lacked some chorizo (since I ordered it)and husband ordered breakfast quesadilla and was very good. For drinks ordered Mundet-apple drink and I ordered a coffee which was cold and I had to ask to have it warmed up, which the girl did so very graciously. (Of course it’s not Starbucks) overall I gave it 2 stars for the food.

Came on a Saturday for some menudo. Comes in two sizes- small and large. Small seems to be about 16oz, and the flavor was good, but was missing hominy which was a huuuge let-down for us. It also took quite a while to receive it after ordering it at the drive through. I ordered mine with flour tortillas which was a mistake, because they had a sour aroma similar to store-bought Mission-brand tortillas. They were probably reheated with some butter, but it was unpleasant and disappointing overall.

I ordered 3 taco plates with beef fajita. I was CHARGED EXTRA for the fajita and he proceeded to give me chicken in the tacos. When i called to fix this they acted IGNORANT. Couldn’t understand me for whatever reason. Rest assured you’ll most likely get your order incorrect at this location and get scammed out of your money.

Great Authentic Mexican food and good prices. I had the Burrito with barbacoa but their flautas are awesome! I definitely plan on returning.

The food is good, and they recognize us, so the service is good as well. Nice home style Mexican food at a fair price. Portions are good as well. If my kids will eat it, then it is definitely a win as they are THE MOST picky eaters i have ever come across.... And to think, i thought i was picky. Waiting on them to announce the official moving date, as they may end up closer to me. Give it a try

Friendly service and GREAT food!! Their breakfast tacos are the best, and I also love their chorizo burritos. Their barbacoa tacos, quesadillas, and green avocado salsa are the BOMB for lunch! They’ll be moving from their Walnut location to the Firewheel Mall area soon and I’ll follow them over there too!!!

The joint is right beside my house and I had been there many times. The food is ok but if the short mexican guy with a mustache serves you at the register then you are out of luck. He behaves as if he is doing you a favor by letting you buy food here. He also gives you very limited amount of sauce, sometimes no sauce with your order and when you ask for it he will charge you extra. Horrible behavior.

Tacos are full of flavor, so much that you don't need much salsa. Nevertheless, salsas are also very tasty. Their aguas frescas are natural and not too sugary. Finally, they have indoors and outdoors seating areas. This place is a hidden gem, cozy and pleasant.

I’m glad I chose this taqueria. From the outside looking in, it looks too nice to have authentic tacos. You know how some of those hole-in-the-wall taco stands have authentic tacos and so you just expect every legit taqueria to look a bit dusty on the outside? Well, this place has both! Trendy/cultural exterior AND legit tacos. I got al pastor(pork), and the meat was a fine meat. The tortillas are lightly fried in oil just like street tacos. The good thing about this one is that if you’re picky, it works out! They have a small stand where you can add as much condiments as you’d like. The onion, cilantro, salsas, etc is all separate so you don’t get what you don’t want. I went in during lunch time on a Friday and the lunch special was right under $6. I got the taco plate with two tacos and a side of rice and beans. I just happened upon the taqueria cause I was craving some tacos after visiting one of my cousins in Garland, and this was across the street. So, the vibe inside es puro mejicano! You got rancheras playing over the speakers, a tv playing something in the background. The decor is COLORFUL. The wall art is, rustic almost industrial, signs from Mexican brands. Authentic. Lastly, APPLE PAY & SAMSUNG PAY friendly!

Great Soup! And everything else! Their avacado salsa is my favorite in Dallas! The drive-thru speaker wasn't working so I was worried at first about my customers experience... but worry not! I just drove on up to the window received what I thought was ALL my order, then a lady came flying out the side door to give me my side of rice. So sweet! Thank you!

Delicious tacos at cheap prices! It's dangerously easy to buy too many tacos. They have a salsa bar that is great for making sure your food is perfect.

Came for breakfast and sat in the patio on a Sunday morning. The good: the refried beans are decent and they have a good selection of bottled and canned soft drinks to choose from. The bad: I tried to eat my bacon and egg taco, however the egg was drenched in butter and the tortilla was also greased - not normal at other locations. I also ordered menudo - a terrible mistake. I did not eat my menudo at all as it is very fatty and looks disgusting. Other locations of this local chain offer better tasting food, specifically the breakfast tacos. I was sad on my visit to this location.
