    Went there today! Never again! I get a bowl with chicken. First of all the guy barely put any chicken on there. I ask for more then he says it’s extra. When I say okay, I want EXTRA, you get more than you do when you first ask then they want to charge an extra $3.00. Do it right the first time and I don’t have to ask for extra! Lastly, how you going to get an attitude about my food!!

    Had the worst experience I’ve ever had at any food establishment. My husband and I came in to try the Keithadilla special. The person making our order had no idea what it was when we asked for the keithadilla special that’s online and made us feel like idiots. I told her it was the special shown on their website and she sighed loud and dramatically and said ‘quesadilla’? And said ‘kids or large?’ In the rudest tone. We were there for 5 seconds and right off the bat she was extremely rude for no reason. I don’t frequent chipotle often and came to try this special I had seen online. She didn’t know what it was so I pulled it up on my phone to show her and when I showed my phone to her she screamed at us to not cross the glass , again in such a rude manner that I was so taken aback. She still had no idea what it was and another employee had to step in and take over to make the order. Everyone else was nice enough, it just seems no one had a clue what this special was, which I can understand since it may be new, but no excuse at all for how the first employee treated us, like we were idiots and diseased to dare go near her. This was my first and last time ever at this location.

    This place must be without a manager on site. All the tables had rice,beans not cleaned, the fountain drink station was overflowing of ice tra and on the floor. All trash cans were full. Well, just see for you're self with the following pic. Chipotle, you need to do better.. just imagine how the back kitchen is.. 😫 what sad is that they did not look short, staff, or busy! I saw at least 6 employees.

    First time at a Chipotle. Had a salad with Carnitas. Really tasty and fresh. If there's a next time, I'll know better how to navigate the order.building process. Their pricing seems competitive, but you get sticker shock everywhere you go today. The experience was enjoyable.

    Would not recommend for mobile orders as they do not keep those orders on the mobile order pickup rack. I waited for over ten minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. When I saw some ready orders sitting in a different area (at the cash register) I asked if mine was there. Sure enough it was. HUGE waste of time for no reason.

    I just picked up an order. It took them 5 minutes to even acknowledge that I was standing there, even though there was no customer in the store needing assistance. The group of guys were too busy talking, checking their phone, and I even saw the one that was cutting the steak eat some. I’ve never had such a poor experience at Chipotle.

    Do not order online if you want an appropriate amount in your bowl. The last few times we ordered online the bowl didn't have much in it and directions were not followed. I suggest you go inside to order they are very stingy

    If only 0 stars was an option. I have never gone to this location and had good service. Will not be returning and don’t recommend others go. Mobile orders are never on time and the staff is rude and dismissive. They never acknowledge or apologize for their poor service and time management. On top of everything, with orders taking forever they still come out incorrect.

    The WORST customer service I’ve ever had at a chipotle. I ordered steak tacos and one of them literally only have 3 pieces of steak on it and I politely asked they match it with the rest and the young girl there was so rude and said I would have to pay extra for all three even if I just wanted it for one. I told her I would pay for it and she still reluctantly gave it to me. They were not busy and it was not during a peak hour so there was no excuse for her behavior. Quality of food and service is severely lacking here.

    My husband loves Chipotle and I'm so so about it. What I dislike about it is asking for an extra...like a lot of cheese. I always tell them I'm ok to pay an upcharge, they say they can't do that but also can't give me what I ask for. The staff seems stressed about the situation and my husband didn't get his bowl with amount of cheese he wanted. Please

    This place’s quality of food and service have gone done the crapper. For $11 Barbacoa, you would think you get more than a spoonful of meat! $11 FOR A SPOON OF MEAT! And try asking for extra rice, they give you an eye roll because they’ve spread the spoon of rice at the bottom of the bowl to make it look like you have a whole bowl of rice. Are you freaking kidding me- rice!?! And the service to check out- you wait and wait until they fill out pick-up order. I’m sorry, I thought you should take care of the customers that are in person then you do pick-up orders. And the kicker- the next day, my kid had the runs after eating the chicken bowl- figured they under cooked the meat or something! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN- SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSE WHERE!

    Why would you charge for double when you know that scoop was stingy as hell and when I ask you say oh sorry and still charge me extra, the guy drop some guac on the prep line and still scoops it with his fingers to put it back into my plate. I’m shock at the lack of urgency for cleanliness.

    This chipotle is a hit or miss. I go here pretty often as it is close to my house. Sometimes they are good, others they aren’t. I always order through the app. Pick up is always a pain seeing how they have it set up to put the orders on a shelf, but the no longer use it so you have to go to the register. It’s always congested as you have people getting there foos there and you are trying to get your food. Half the time the chips are stale and they skimp pretty good on meat. I always get chicken and there was very little of it in my last bowl. Also paid almost 5 bucks for stale chips and have a container of queso. Hopefully they will get better sooner or later but I’m thinking of taking my chances at a different location for a while. Stale chips, low portions, sloppy delivery is unacceptable for 15 bucks worth of food.

    Walked in this evening to be told they are out of white rice, chicken, carnitas, steak. I understand things can happen but chipotle is a large company that should be able to get out in front of issues like this.

    It’s 8:22pm on a Wednesday night. I go to place my order and am told there’s no chicken. I ask if they’re making anymore and am told no. The hours on the door say 10:45am-10:00pm daily. There’s still over an hour and a half of serving time….. So why are you not making more chicken???

    Placed an online order that they messed up and customer care/service is just a nightmare. Was asked 8 times what was wrong and 8 times I told them I was missing my order and in place they had packed someone’s door dash in place of my food. And it was like pulling teeth to get this corrected and heaven forbid they make it easy to just get refunded.

    Don’t order online unless you want to pay for an empty bowl or burrito. The portions aren’t the same as if going in placing order. The employees are always either upset or looking bothered. The restaurant is filthy food is everywhere on tables on the floor. The fountain machine needs some work the drinks taste watered down. I think I’ll go to another location especially if that means I’m getting what I’m paying for!

    I prefer the taste over Freebirds but Chipotle staff need to take burrito wrapping lessons from Freebirds. As often happens in Chipotle, my burrito was busted/leaking; the person wrapping it put it in a 2nd foil hoping I wouldn't notice it leaking out. This was after the burrito sat open on the counter and tortilla edges got hard while the next worker was interrupted to fill about 10 small containers. I took the burrito back and had them remake it.

    I saw a worker checking temperate of the meats and vegetables with a metal thermometer and noting stuff on a tablet. The issue is she kept using the same thermometer with every meat and then dipped the same thermometer to the cheese salsas and veggies. This was quite disturbing to see and I know not sanitary.

    We went for the BOGO hockey night and the assembly line was COVERED in sooo many different foods and just not well cleaned. When we got to check out the lady with glasses and brown/dirty blonde hair was very passive aggressive with us and not very nice. We asked for straws and forks because there were none at the drink station and she flailed her hands behind my boyfriends back. Not sure if I will return. But the food was okay.

    It's a hit or miss, you can go one day and the food is on point and go another day and the food tastes different as if they don't have the metrics that have to follow on a daily basis. Furthermore, i love chipotle they just needs to be consistent in their process.

    01/28/23 Every time my family and I come, I’m never seen the dining area clean, we leave at the apartments near, and we’ve never it cleaned, today we saw an employee use the brooms on the table, and he left them as is, even at that, there was crumbs, stains and trash everywhere. In maybe the 10 times I’ve been here, nobody has been visible cleaning the area. An inspector ought to come out

    On Saturday January 7th I went to chipotle to eat burrito. And OMG it’s was a huge mess on the ground and on the side making food. They missed up my order/ the rice was hard like rock. And the girls have absolutely respect for anyone that orders. Terrible terrible terrible. I wish that they can have some respect for their customers. I will NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

    Went in-store for lunch forgot to order a bag of chips. Went back through the line and was told there's a min. purchase of $5. I offered to pay cash, but they told me it was still a $5 min to purchase. They said their system would not allow it.

    I watched a female employee, physically push, verbally abuse, and belittle a young male employee. The male employee who underwent these events was OBVIOUSLY a new employee and undergoing training. She then snatched an item that he was preparing for the next customer in line and pushed him out of her way again. This is the 2nd time I’ve been in the firewheel location and experienced this young woman act out of character with her coworkers. She is disgusting, she is a bully, and she should be embarrassed that she can treat another human being in this manner, and have no repercussions. The company should be embarrassed to allow such things to occur. She is a bad representation for the company, and an even worse representation of a “higher-up”.

    We ordered veg bowl and found a meat piece, Chipotle broken my trust. Respect your customers otherwise you will loose millions of customers. Several Muslims do not eat non halal meat and some Indians do Not eat meat at all. We will stop eating in Chipotle for rest of our life.
