    I haven't ate Arby's in awhile, and decided to try them again I arrived at 2:46p.m(Sunday). The young lady that was at the drive-thru was Very Nice, and brought it to my attention that it was HAPPY HOUR which made my day. I ordered their special 2 for $6 with curly fries. Which was the Chicken Ranch Sandwich, and the Classic Arby's Sandwich. The Chicken sandwich was good , but I didn't like the sandwich sliced cheese on it. It Does Have flavor it's not blend, and the tenders we're well cooked.

    Drive thru was slow they couldn’t get our order correctly for about 15 mins after already repeating it to us at the speaker. We had to repeat it multiple times at the window . It’s nothing but young kids and one adult in there we specifically said no ice in drinks and they still put ice and had a attitude when we gave it back they need to get faster and get better training there was a line forming behind us because of how long this took

    I want to thank the Manager on duty for 6/11/2022 Who helped us. She was very nice and helpful beyond beliefe. She really made me believe there are still amazing people in this world. Thank you so much.

    Food was fresh and overall service was pretty good. I just feel that front counter etiquette could be better. The restaurant was very clean inside and out. They were prompt on every order that came their way.

    The boy in the drive thru is super rude and acts like he has an issue with everything you’re telling him. Asked for large fries and extra meat on my sandwiches and got home to a medium fry and no extra meat. Unfortunately won’t be back at this Arby’s anytime soon

    When I order a Beef and Cheddar I expect more then a minute amount of cheese Cheese is in the name so there should be more on the sandwich I used to get more cheese and if this keeps up then I will stop using your restaurant in the future Arby’s used to be the one I could count on to give me what has always been delivered in the past If you charge a little more then it should keep the quality the same I do this because I really love Arby’s and want to continue visiting in the future Thank you

    Does anyone know who owns this particular Arby's location, corporate or franchise? I have been there dozens of times or more, sometimes they have a military discount, sometimes they don't, sometimes they do, but don't know which key on the register to push, so they give me a senior citizen discount, which is the same as the military discount or (like yesterday) the senior citizens discount is less, and sometime they don't have either and give me a first responders discount. Sometimes they don't have any discount at all, that's when I stopped going there all together for awhile. Yesterday they didn't know where the military discount buttons were and to make matters worse, I order and paid for a turkey sandwich with extra turkey, when I got home discovered I was only given regular sandwich...not what I paid for!! GUESS IT'S TIME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR AWHILE!!!!

    Food was great, service was excellent. For some reason they turned the A/C off and it was 98 degrees inside. That's what the thermostat on the wall said. Will drive to the one in Rowlett in the future.

    Took my daughter by there for food. She ordered curly fries with her order. What she got was the bottom of an old batch. Not one actual curled fry. They were pieces that were hard. This was close to noon. Check your food out before leaving.

    I visited this location I visited about four or five times a week I will no longer be visiting this location or any other upon me ordering my food which I spent which I was spending a total of $52 I was informed that I cannot have no more than three packets of Arby's sauce I asked to speak to the manager I offered to pay for more she decided to tell me that she was the manager and that she was not giving anymore and she had she could not charge anymore I told her I'd be calling corporate she said that's fine I don't care she says if you don't want to order I will just cancel the order I will never be going back to this location I ate at this location there is nobody there there is nobody in line and this is the reason they have to close early because they are running their customers off they do not believe in customer service customer satisfaction or quality product.

    First off everything took much longer than normal. 2nd I handed the teen a coupon with my debit card so he could apply it and he just set the coupon down and ran my card without applying it which lead to waiting for the manager to do a refund then charge my card again for the correct amount. Then this kid has the nerve to tell me I should tell him I have the coupon at the speaker. It’s not my job to tell you how to do yours. Judging from the overwhelming smell of weed coming through the drive thru window I’m guessing they were just high and didn’t care about doing even BASIC customer service. There’s now a hold on my card from my bank because of this as well. (Not their problem but still a pain in my ***)

    Was told order when you’re ready. Kept saying I’m ready. Hello? Hello? Are you guys open? Minutes apart from each other. Gave up and just drove through thinking they must be closed or something then ended up behind a truck and couldn’t leave until the truck got their food.

    The drive thru person was extremely rude. The first thing he said when I pulled up was "we close in 14 minutes" and rushed us giving him our order. I'll never go to this Arby's again. I hardly leave reviews but this is just ridiculous "customer service"

    Horrible customer service in drive thru. Have to pay then pull up & wait. Person behind me scared me by yelling, honking, & acting like she was going to hit my car. She then veered right & ran over the curb. Arby's employees rude & have lied about putting condiments in bag. I've had to park & go inside to get them. I go thru drive thru because I have broke ribs & when I get cursed out by another customer on top of having terrible service a GM or Manager should be aware.     I went through drive through they said prefer when you are ready we then started to order our food , she said hold on a minute and never came back so we went inside a stood at the counter! Absolutely no one was there people walking around in the back and never came to the counter

    I got a good experience a week ago at work on chicken sandwich. I told my wife abt it. She wanted to try it. Got her. She agrees w me that the sandwich was superb. This wiped out my perception (not sure why) of Arby's. Keep u. Good good, good service!

    Drive through line was quite long but moved continuously at a expedient pace and the staff was courteous and friendly and the gyros were absolutely delicious and I am extremely glad that they are now offering crinkle fries and not just the seasoned curly fries that they've always offered. I loved them for years, but as I get much older they just don't set as well on my stomach as they once did and the crinkle fries have so deliciously curbed the fomo that I am not going to miss anymore!!🙄😊✌👊

    Terrible! Fries were not at all, the #1 was like they thru the sandwich together and the drink wasn't good. I will not be going back, I hadn't had Arby's in a long time and I thought I would try it...not again! Done!

    This place was horrible. The $10 hamburger was barely warm and the Curley fries were ice cold. I requested a refund and supposedly the transaction was done to credit the money back to my account. No surprise, the refund has never shown up. There’s gotta be better locations than this one

    Update! Needed my #2 so I stopped on my way. A manager greeted me as well as the counter people. Throughout my visit the entire staff were doing their jobs and at a professional level. Give them another try! Had to edit my 5 stars from 2 years ago. Food was great as always. Phones are more important than service here though. Saw 3 associates checking them. The young girl wiping tables was talking her phone, on speaker of course, while wetting the tables. One counter customer walked off, watching I ne of the young ladies typing on her phone. I won't bring up the daycare booth.
