Came here for lunch with my coworker and we had a good experience. Parking was easy, ordering quick, and ample amount of seating. I ordered the Down on the Farm turkey burger with no mustard and it was very juicy and tasty! The side of fries I ordered to accompany the burger was crispy and fried perfectly (the sides do come separately). Overall, nice burger experience and I will come back.

Had a great time at this place. Food was spot on. I had the Vanderslice Burger and I added Haystack battered onions to the burger was flavorful and the bun was good too. Their homemade thousand Island dressing was good but a tart version. Fries were good and well seasoned

Another great local burger joint. Napkins are actually fabric so a step up. Establishment was really clean and staff super friendly. Meal was great, fries were spot on but my burger was a little soggy so the bottom bun was more like banana bread after a few minutes. This is the price one pays for a delicious burger. Truck here is to keep the burger in one hand after you pick it up. Looking at my neighbors plates on other tables all the food looked delicious I’d definitely visit again though next time I am in town.

Probably the Best burger I've had in a long time! Soft firm bun, thick tasty seasoned beef patty medium well cooked to perfection, fresh green lettuce and the fries were seasoned perfectly. Excellent Customer Service with Smiles and upbeat music made the location have a good vibe. Great place to chill out and relax and eat good food!

Really good, large burger(chili!!) and fresh buns. Hot fries and good-sized portion. Somewhat loud as no sound dampening. Not cheap, but not ridiculous. Seating not very comfortable, but thats the trend….eat and get out. If I lived in the area, I would probably eat here fairly regularly. No waitstaff, order and then sit. Not my favorite style, but it saves you 10-20% tip.

Busy Saturday gets a good old fashioned burger well deserved. We had to filter somewhere within a moderate distance and that didnt have a drive thru. It just clicked to come here, we believe this burger spot is well under rated. Dont come here for anything fancy they make gold old staples when it comes to burgers and shakes. The girl who took our order was super chillax when handling our integration of menu items. Got the farm house burger! Did not let down , super solid staple for a cheeseburger. Homies got some sides and app and they were all on point . Going to remember this place is around the corner and good to go when it comes to burgers! 🍔🍔🍔🍟🍟🍟

Interesting variety of burgers! I got the chicken fried burger and it was pretty good. It wasn't a chicken fried steak like expected, but a while burger patty that's been chicken fried. It was very good and the gravy on top was fantastic. The fries were great too. Very thick and crispy with nice seasoning.

Expensive, but tasty fries and burgers. Flavor and texture of the fries kind of similar to the ones at In-N-Out, with a nice crispy, faintly chewy exterior and perfectly soft and moist interior. Beef patty was also huge. Worth it.

First off, the burgers are tasty, juicy, and all around satisfying. I ordered the chicken fried burger... twice! Each time, it was consistent all around on quality of food. The gravy is a staple as well as the burger itself. I will be coming back and I will find more on the menu to try out. The staff onsite is very personable as they recognized our last orders from days ago. Friendly atmosphere and a well lit environment gets 5 stars. Also, the wait is not too long.

The quality of the meat of the burger appeared to be decent, but the burger was seriously undercooked and heavily salted. It was Salted to the point where it was nearly inedible. The pudding was a fail. The actual pudding itself tasted fine and the bananas were the correct ripeness, but the vanilla wafers were put in at the very end, as opposed to having some time in the pudding to soften up so they were hard. The presentation was unique, but didn’t add to the experience or the product. I would have preferred to have less product, but served in a smaller container, that was prepared better. I got the Ruben. For the price there wasn’t a lot of meat particular when you compare it to competitors. The quality of the meat was OK but not stunning. It was kind of an also ran. I did like the bread was toasted and the combination Was good but not great. For the price, I was looking for something with a lot more wow. Either flavor or quality. Overall we were just disappointed. The fries and haystack onions were very very salty. The burger was extremely salty. Nothing really stood out as being a reason to come back. We were very much looking forward to this, but I don’t think we’re going to return.

Burgers are great, cheap for the quality, and so big that I even had trouble finishing mine. Now, understand that I'm leading with that to tell you that their fried pickles are amazing. I'm very picky about my pickles and these are everything I like. Thinly cut. Crispy. Not too much breading. The only thing I can complain about is too much oil, which pools at the bottom and ruins the last couple bites.

This place makes great burgers. I had the avocado ranch bacon burger. It was so good. My husband enjoyed the chili cheeseburger. My daughters loved their bacon burger and grilled cheese. My husband and I shared the Half & Half (onion rings and French fries). The sauce that comes with it is great. We spent about $50 on a family of 4 with 2 kids meals. I would say an adult is going to spend about 15. We will definitely be back.

The chicken sandwhich I got was pretty good, no complaints from that end. I was extremely disappointed with the fries, it doesn’t show but there were so many tiny pieces, like the pieces you find at the end of a bag of frozen fries, and they just didn’t taste like anything. The frito pie was ok. The chips and queso was ok, but the queso was very loose, I’m not a fan of that but others might be. The overall price was definitely not worth it. 21 dollars for a sandwich, fries, and a drink. That is way too much, at least if I get that in fancy places I can expect better ambiance and quality, but that was no where to be found here.

Got the avocado ranch burger with an order of regular fries. patty was cooked medium/medium well, slightly pink in the center. It was pretty juicy, my burger kept dripping as I pick it up to eat. It's well seasoned and goes well with the soft bun, avocado, lettuce tomatoes and other toppings in the burger. The chipotle ketchup is a great addition too.

What a great place to eat. The burgers are FANTASTIC! We had the haystack burger (with fried onions on top. YuM!) and the avacado bacon burger. We also tried the fries, definitely homemade, they were absolutely delicious! Our server was so nice and we were very taken care of while we were there. I hope I get to visit again before leaving Dallas because this place is DEFINITELY worth it!

Let's talk about this Chicken Fried Burger with bacon and jalapeno cream gravy from Haystack Burgers & Barley . It tastes exactly how you think it should taste and it is f*ing excellent! The bread is light, airy, buttered, and toasted. The gravy is perfect. The bacon is perfect. The meat is perfectly seasoned and fried. The prices are also excellent given the size and current economic conditions and I don't say that lightly (Chef Point is at $30 for chicken and waffles and I ain't about that life). DO NOT get the queso here. It's not worth the money.

Dude - the Club Sandwich is so good!! I know its a burger place but dang that sando is primo! Texas Toast (kinda - yet hella good), tons of meat and veggies, awesome sauce. I have thought about this sandwich for a week now. Will be back to try the rest! Nice atmosphere, super attentive staff, clean, good ice tea -- all the things you want in a great restaurant! Highly recommend.

First time visit: Absolutely great service - we tipped generously before and after our meal because of - food allergy check - multiple at-table requests Vegetarian options - 5 star Flavorful and filling - the toppings were perfect compliment to the Bella sandwich. Soup: rave review from the person who order the tomato basil also rates their meals 5⭐s. The quote was " there is an explosion of goodness" referring to the delightful blend of tasty seasonings. 3 entrees, 2 apps, 1 beer -less than 60.

This place rocks! I loved my burger and my son chose the chicken fried steak burger that comes with gravy on it. He could barely finish it. They also have craft beer to try. If it was closer, it would be in our regular burger rotation.

This is my family's after church spot. It's perfect for it! Each and every in store visit is paired with presentation and execution divine. I simply have not had a better burger experience, ever, this is it. See the quality of work for yourself, it's perfection.
