ALWAYS PAY ATTENTION I’m not a big fan of this supermarket,the prices are always shady,overpriced in my opinion Take a look twice at “their specials” This is not the first time I wrote a review about Fiesta and their prices, hopefully This fake specials disappear once and for all. This review is only for ordering a cake through the bakery. We ordered a tres leches quarter sheet cake several days in advance. On the day of pick up, we called the bakery and they couldn't find the order. They were able to have the cake ready within an hour. We were told there would be fresh flowers on the cake, but the cake had frosting flowers instead. The cake was fresh and delicious. We were able to enjoy the cake for about a week.

You would think around rush hour and everyone getting off work trying to make store runs so they can get home and make dinner that they would have more than 3 lines open but no here is the line wrapped around every isle. Not even the manager trying to help smh yall got to do better.

If they don't like their jobs they should look for another because I went today and was the line we had been in the line for 30 minutes and the guy infront of me got his turn the cashier was like you this is an express line when it wasn't and the lady that was paying told the cashier you dont have a sign saying it's express and he only had 12 items when the express is 15 and less and he wouldn't charge the lady because she told him the truth this workers need to humble themselves they won't always been young always being horrible to the elders and managers aren't that great either they should get retrained or get new people or get more cashier always having only 2 lines open makes no sense

Never shopping here again. I just went for tomatoes, and had to wait 30 minutes in line, because there were no cashiers. The only cashier was some manager that closed the lane when people were still in line, and all he said is go to another cashier.

The manager, whose name is Dennis, didn't want to sell me the lottery and told me to go somewhere else and that he wasn't going to serve me. They should have a mom with good manners and because he's rude to customers, he's supposed to. treat with kindness.

Clean and associates were helpful when I asked for assistance.

They have everything you need from a Mexican Market. Good meats and cheeses and crema. Prices are pretty good and veggies all look fresh and we'll stocked. Was pretty crowded because it's Sunday, but there were enough registers open and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone was wearing masks and looked to be keeping distance. Store was clean as well.

Daniela the manager was excellent We had an issue with a tropical fruit and she was quick to action The store is clean and well organized

Saturday afternoon I went there and they didn't put all my items in the bag. People waste their gas and money to go here and have their purchased items left out of bags to be left at the store. This has happened to me at a different Fiesta too. They have to make sure that all the items are put in the bag when scanning.

What a Great service by Ms Maria G. She is always ready to serve and offer her help. Ms Maria is so friendly that for sure will come back to this store.

This Fiesta location has really good service,i needed some help and Mrs. Maria G came to the rescue, i left as a satisfied customer thanks to Mrs. Maria G. Thanks to her I’ll definitely come back to this location because I’ve had bad experiences in other locations.

Cashier lines are long, (just a few open)there's not a lot of employees to he help with questions. Vegetables and fruit looked nice and fresh!

walked in with my own balloons needed helium , the clerk had to ask 3 different people if i can pay to get them blown up and i wanted to buy balloons to be blown up , after asking 3 staff members and manager i left not enough English spoken for English cx

I'm so tired of the old bait-and-switch advertising. They advertise sales prices, but never have very much of the product. They should stock up on items that they have deals on. Also they always have long, slow checkout lines, but don't offer self checkout, which would alleviate the need to have so many cashiers, which they don't seem to be able to employ.

I have always had a good experience at any fiesta I've gone too. Great customer service.

Fiesta has a lot of fresh fruit and veggies and there bakery is full of all kinds of delicious goodies. I Iove there tres leches cake. It's awesome. They also have a meat and a seafood market in there store. Happy marketing 😊

The security guy was very sweet and helpful. He offered for my handicapped friend to use one of the electric chairs and he's paralyzed from the right side so I wasn't sure he'd be able to use it but it was nice that he offered and he found me a small basket since I couldn't push the buggy and wheelchair. Made our day. Thanks

Scam alert.. Keep an eye close at check out!! Many of the products do not ring up as promoted on their shelves.No customer service here, whatsoever.

The management team here obviously doesn’t care about the minorities customers. They only have two cashiers open and the line to pay for your items it’s super long and the manager just don’t care because the customers are mostly Mexicans. If these would have been white customers the treatment to their customers would be a lot different.

Good prices and nice kinds of breads.

Great veggie selection. A lot of Mexican favorites. My go to store for their wide variety of leafy greens.

Really bad organized nothing is in place the products are all scattered like nobody cares where everything lands just fill the empty space. Long waiting lines to pay. I went to few other stores and the organization is bad but this location is the worst so far.

Lots of fresh vegetables here, which is why I go there. Usually the vegetables are cheaper than other places plus you can get things here others don't carry. Staff is always helpful.
