Beautiful sanctuary, we loved this place! All cats look happy and in great health. People running this place are doing an awesome job, we met 1-2 that gave us more information about the cats living there, very nice people that love their job and enjoy the time with these felines, we came at the time of cleaning and they all take precautions in doing so. The enclosures are all nicely well kept, they all have their water, toys and a grassy area to enjoy. We will definitely come back or even make a donation to this place, I encourage people to come and check it out, you won't be disappointed! Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

In-Sync is a must visit if you have family in town. My 18 month old kid loved seeing the big kitties. My family enjoyed the amazing rescue stories that you learn about each resident. Take note: this is not a zoo. These aren’t dancing cats with music and tricks. This is a sanctuary and a permanent home. Some show signs of why they were badly in need of being rescue. Others show no physical signs, but the trust & affection towards people makes it clear why they couldn’t be released into the wild. Across all of the residents of In Sync, one thing is consistent and clear. These rare (some endangered and on the brink of extinction) apex predators are well cared for. They have healthy, natural weights. The cost and amount of meat from the right (natural prey) source is exorbitant, and relying on donations and word of mouth is a challenge. Whether you are a lifelong resident of DFW like me or visiting Dallas, this is an experience not to be missed.❤️

This is a very well kept facility, the animals look very content and properly taken care of. This would be my recommendation for any family outing! They have history on each animal posted, along with names and a caring staff that is apparent. We enjoyed our visit tremendously.

So interesting seeing all the big cats! It’s nice to be able to roam around and really be majestified at the size of these beautiful cats. The welcoming safe was informative and to the point. Definitely note the spray warning as I did see a tiger spray multiple times. A peaceful place to take an afternoon stroll or to take the kiddos for an exciting adventure.

Took my wife and kids here for a little day trip to get out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Conveniently close to Dallas and the price is very reasonable. I was amazed at how close you were to the actual animals. This isn't like your typical zoo.

Workers were great but the atmosphere needs an over haul. I wasn't even aware of this place and the only reason I found it was I was looking for something to do in Rockwall and this popped up. The tigers, lions were so hot and seemed very miserable. One was actually bleeding and had injuries that needed tended to. I did get some great pic; however they need to really clean up this place and put some work into the environment they live in. Over all staff was nice but animals do need space to run and play. There so much more I found to be disappointing but I know it takes a lot of time and money and patience to run a great place and I only wish them the best of luck I am still happy I went !

Numerous hard working friendly volunteers enhance the experience of seeing the big cats at the Rescue. The volunteers are happy to tell their stories and it’s obvious they love what they do. And then, of course, the lions and tigers and bears! Well, not bears at the moment, but every rescued animal at In Sync is well cared for and many times very playful! Thankfully the officer warned us about the tiger spray because it did happen, twice! lol! In Sync does important work. Go see them and support them.

A nice experience to see wild tigers, cougars, lions, etc. definitely pay attention if one of their tales are up because they will spray you, I had to side step twice. Great experience would do it again! The kids definitely enjoyed it

Nice place. We visited here on a summer noon. Most of the animals were on sleepy mode.Mostly lion and tigers. You can cover the whole place within 30-45 minutes. You can enjoy your ride all over the way to this place

They have lots of big and small cats including white Tigers. You will never find these many cats in a typical zoo. Anil are well taken care of and seemed happy and playful. Go early in the day when they open and cats are usually active.

Always a great place to go see big cats. Small place, can be walked in about an hour. Great job on spoiling those rescued kitties.

This was a very cool experience and wasn't "run down" or "exploitative" like some might fear. The animals have good enclosures with portable ac units, lots of running water, and people that seem to care about them. Also, seeing that baby tiger run around and play and "hunt" (it's behind two fences) was really cool.

We absolutely enjoyed going here. It was not busy at all and we got to get up close and personal with all the big cats. Very cool place I am looking forward to going back.

I can't believe this is free. We took our youngest here during Spring Break and had a blast. Seeing these animals on TV or even at a Zoo is just not the same as being able to see them up close at In-Sync. Great family friendly fun!

Hidden gem. This will be on my list to do every year. The animals are majestic and well cared for. The facility spends all their money on the animals. Don't expect a polished zoo like experience with side walks and food vendors. This place is all about the animals. They rescue them from private owners who should have known better. This place gives them a safe home. Well worth a trip and your donation.

I had planned a trip for my family thinking this was a zoo but upon arriving realized this was more a rescue than a zoo. The experience was amazing and overall so much more personal. You are only a few feet feet away from the cars as you explore the property. The staff was very friendly and would answer questions while explaining what task they were performing. The cats are rotated regularly to larger pens for exercise and other activities. It was great to read the different stories about where the cats came from. Definitely a great alternative to the zoo and very memorable experience.

This is an amazing place! We went here out of the blue and were very impressed. All of the cats are very well taken care of, and the whole place is clean. We will definitely be going back. Everyone has to go and see the cats.

We went here on a field trip and it was so cool! We are wild cat buffs and have done a lot of research into the dark world of unethical animal encounter experiences. I really appreciate In-sync's mission and applaud their efforts. While the habitats are not as fancy as you'd see at a zoo, you can tell they are well cared for and I appreciate how transparent the organization is. Unfortunately any "zoo" that claims to have a big cat "breeding program" for conservation efforts is intentionally misleading people since they are just breeding more animals to life in captivity. This is not the kind of place In-sync is and I really appreciate that and choose to support them for that reason. Would definitely volunteer with them if I lived closer.

So clean ! Cats were healthy and relaxed . Wonderful organization . Go for a tour and donate. Keeping these big animals is expensive and they rely on donations . Nonprofit . A wonderful service for these magnificent creatures. Very educational .

😠 We visited this park recently. Bathrooms were disgusting, grass was two foot tall, blaring music the entire time, people smoking pot and trash everywhere. We were there on a Saturday afternoon. Will not go back. Not family friendly. It’s sucks because it’s a great spot on the lake. Unfortunat...
