Fun place to spend with friends and family. Plenty of gaming machines, pool tables and bowling alleys. Had a blast playing Connect 4 Hoops and 4 player Pac-Man! But there were some unplayable broken machines. And three Mario Kart racing machines were down as well.

I brought my brother here for an event for his school. Me and a few others decided to stay and enjoy ourselves as well. The arcade game area was nice & clean. Wasn’t too cluttered & very spacious. TOOOONS of games to play. A few of the machines were out of order and didn’t work correctly basically ripping us off. Including the expensive VR experience games. I didn’t complain and kept it pushing. HOWEVER, we got hungry and wanted to eat. The guy I spoke to about dining basically told me to seat myself because he is the only server and there is no one to assist me. WOW! I told him I’ve never been here before and not sure what to do. He said “I don’t work over here, so I don’t know”. I simply said get me the manager please! His response was “well I’ll seat you”. AGAIN WOW! After that he was very attentive and made sure we were ok. I don’t know if they were short staffed or what but sheesh. The restrooms needed some love. But other than that pretty cool place to relax, unwind and enjoy good company.

We went here for Father's Day. It was a fun family adventure. Bowling, video games, skee ball, air hockey...we did them all. They also have laser tag and billiards, but we didn't do those. Service was good. The seating at the bowling lanes is kind of crowded, so the recommended 5 person limit per lane. I think 4 per lane is more comfortable. We got 2 lanes so we could spread our group out.

10-28-2023 we experienced horrible service. We arrived for my nephews birthday party. The day started off well until it was time to order drinks and food. Of course, not everyone wanted pizza, so we had to order at the bar. We went to the bar and stood there as if we were invisible as the bartender helped numerous others! The same thing happened to other guest as we stood there and I have to say they were people of color. One of our party guest ended up getting upset and called the bartender out on his behavior, and he was asked to leave. Zach the GM handled the situation very poorly. He didn't try to deescalate the situation or ask what happened. He arrived and told our guest you can't yell at my employee and told him to leave or he was calling the cops! It could have been handled very differently as I'm in management myself, and we are trained on how to accommodate these types of situations. I heard others explain that this was an ongoing situation and this location was on "smash the topic" for the same thing! I hate to believe racism was the issue but can't rule it out since others were treated in the same manner. I always enjoyed main event, but this location left a bad impression!

I've visited this location several times with my family and never had a negative experience until now. After waiting for a server, I asked for someone to help us place our order and was told no one was available and to order at the bar. Once I get to the bar still no help, in fact was looked over. I asked for a manager and was finally sent a server to take my order. The only reason the rating isn't lower is because the server that finally waited on us was friendly and went above and beyond to make things right. Not sure if I would return to this location or even Main Event.

Went for a company sponsored event 11/29/23 and all I can say is "AWFUL" DO NOT GO! The food was flavorless. I purchased inedible boneless buffalo chicken that lacked sauce served with watery flavorless ranch that had bubbles in it. Silverware was wrapped and dirty also. The bar staff was the worst! The heavy set guy in the purple shirt with blonde hair was rude, lacked personality and most definitely hates his job. He should have called in sick with that negative attitude. I honestly feel our company was discriminated upon as we were the last served and were forced to wait extremely long times because he had no idea how to take multiple orders and drinks at the same time. Clean this place up! I'm calling the health department as another coworker had an earring in her tater tots and the manager seemed annoyed and only offered to remake her order. *GAG* This location most definitely should be shut down and an entire new staff hired and trained. With all these reviews regarding this bartender, how is he still employed here? "The owner really cares" <insert sarcasm>

It is nice. As soon as you walk in, you see pool tables on the left, up ahead you see bowling alleys, and further down to the left you'll see the games. My son loved it. Nice big place. Also with a place to eat and some liquor to enjoy as well. Recommend for the family or a date.

My family and I came in for about an hour to bowl. We ordered wings, fries & drinks. The food was terrible. The wings were old , the fries was old as well - the server HERNAN had an attitude and was very rude. He was very nonchalant and his service was just overall bad. I’m unsure of it is because they had a 1-2hrs left until closing, but however when your in a place of business dealing w customer service it is very important to maintain good customer service until your place of business is closed.

Nice place for bowling and billiards and pool table, always busy on the weekends. They have enough people to work there but only one on the register. They have to let the other staff members to get on the register and make it easier for the people to get there tables.

Great place for kids' birthday party. Game room, bowling, laser tag, and more great entertainment for adults also.

Clean and good service. Lots of fun to be had here. Bowling, Pool, Shuffle Board, Arcade Games, Laser Tag, food and drinks, full bar… great place for a date, or to hang out with friends and family.

Had my son's birthday party here over a weekend and it was a fantastic experience. They kept in communication with me, the party host Sarah was incredibly fun, helpful and patient with managing the kids. They share a schedule of activities and the gluten-free pizza was bomb! Thank you to the GM for also ensuring proper billing!

We went here on a Friday night and did the all play pass and an arcade card, we played 3 games of bowling, ordered some drinks from the bar, one game of laser tag and the arcade games. Bowling was fun, lanes we met clean and there were tons of balls. Bar drinks were good and pretty cheap, bartender was nice and helpful. Laser tag room was big and full of props. Arcade games were almost all 7.5 tokens to play which goes fast but they were fun games. We had a great time!

This was a hard review to give, because we got there; service was good, atmosphere was good, the games were fun especially the king kong VR, then we ordered food and right as my son was about to take a bite, I discover a fkn roach mixed into his chicken tenders and fries. I was so shocked I forgot to take a pic. I told the young woman and all they did was remake the food. Didn't even have the decency to comp our meal. We didn't eat that shyt. Won't be ordering food from there ever !!!! NO TELLING IF WE'LL EVER GO BACK TO THAT LOCATION EITHER. WE SPENT A LOT OF MONEY IN THERE ON FATHER'S DAY CELEBRATING 😒

Brought my 5 kids here thinking it would be a good way to pass a couple hours we had to wait out. After spending just shy of $300, several machines were broken or kept breaking on the kids. The cost of each game was also exorbitant, to say the least. None should be 17.5 points to play a 30-60 second game. That coupled with the staff being completely inflexible in the "tickets" for prizes just soured my visit. I asked to pay any difference or buy tickets to make up the 10 ticket shortage so my two youngest could each get comparable candy and they were unwilling unless I spent another 30 bucks on more card points to to play more games. Which as a parent means I either have to give all the kids more or deal with the whinning about fairness, which will ruin their happy experience. I go to Dave and busters or stars and strikes and never have this issue as they're willing to work with you or just let you purchase the shortage. They both also dont charge near as much per game. The fact even basic candy costs so many tickets is ridiculous. Overall I was just unhappy with the experience and quality of the machines/what i got for the money I spent. Luckily all the kids enjoyed themselves, but it was a one time only affair for me and Main Event.

Great experience today. When we got there, the person at the front mistakenly told me that the Escape Room was included in the all day play pass. When I found out later that it wasn’t included, the manager I spoke with explained the regular price for the escape room perfectly and it was obvious to me that a mistake was made. Stuff happens, no worries. We continued having our good time with no issues. He found us later and said that he arranged an escape room for us while we were doing laser tag and arcade stuff. He really did not have to do that as it was clear an honest mistake was made. However, that is top notch customer service! We will certainly be back!

Fun for kids and some adults. Been to a few of them, the staff is usually super nice and friendly as well as accommodating. My only real complaint is the cleanliness of it but that's really not a reason to criticize as it's nearly impossible to keep a kids place clean. But when walking around the floor felt sticky the entire time and that's a huge issue for me, anyways.

A bit costly (what's not these days) have to pay 3 bucks just to get a card to get credits for games, lots of newer vr games and such and was a little more spaced out, but if your going just for games, nickelrama is a better deal, oh yeah. No pinball games :-( we didn't bowl so no review for that part

This place used to be really good to go and have good food and fun. Can still have fun but the quality of the food has considerably gone down hill. On 1/7/23 went with my granddaughter and I wanted a salad. Got the BLT salad with grilled chicken. Please tell me why they wanted to charge me over $13.00 for a bowl of brown slimy lettuce? Our server though was great when I let him know that I would not be eating it and let me get something else instead. Only reason for 3 stars is my granddaughter had fun and Peter was helpful.

Like Chucky Cheese's for adults. Noisy. Even though we were there at an un busy time. Food was good, but weight watchers choices were limited. Had to look for and sometimes track down our servers.

Decent prices, food and drinks are basic bar type food (not bad but nothing amazing) and service was good. I wish the arcade area was part of the all-day package or had a choice to pick and choose what activities you wanted or could do. We were a bit disappointed on the height restriction to play lazer tag because not all kids can play if they don't meet the minimum requirement.

Great atmosphere, lot's of fun. Almost everyone was nice that we interacted with. We enjoyed talking to the bartenders. All of them were extremely nice and made pretty good drinks. The kiddos enjoyed laser tag and the games. 6 hours went by fast!

Lots of fun! Staff helped my son when he played to hard by getting him a Dr pepper. He loved it.

An ultimate experience. I have been there a few times and the experience has always been awesome. They arrange amazing bday parties and the staff is very polite, friendly with the kids too. The food is also good. Once I had ordered overloaded fries with no meat as I’m a no meat person but the fries had some kind of meat. We told them and they refunded us. Thanks for making our evenings an amazing experience.

Very nice for bowling, birthday parties, game room, adult games such as pool tables, lazer tag, snack bar (pizza) , food menu located at bar and group events

Me & my son had a blast last night. We ended up coming since we went to a different bowling arcade place and was dissatisfied with the customer service. Everything was clean, food was great. I wish I would had made this place my first choose not wasting money. This will be me and kid spot now.
