Bottom line, the hotel cares nothing about your satisfaction and provides no service at all. We went last year same time and service was okay. This year was awful. Stayed 3 nights. Beds extremely uncomfortable, pillows even worse. Was not informed you had to request your room to be cleaned/bed made, new towels etc and you had to do it the day before you wanted the service. Never told this. Requested from front desk twice after the fact, never came and made the bed or brought us new towels. Water pressure horrible in the shower. Complained and requested maintenance. Never sent anyone up to look at it. A/C in room was intermittent and didn't work all night. Phone in room didn't work so each time we needed to request something we had to go down to the front desk. Worst part is the Aqua Pool is not part of the casino. 1st day in the pool my husband stepped on glass and cut his foot. YES broken glass in the pool. All that they would offer us is a $25 food credit. We tried to talk to management at the hotel and was informed they couldn't do anything for us as far as better compensation because they were separate entities. We will not be going back.

Was not really impressed. Enjoyed the casino and actually made a little money. Was not impressed with customer care. Valet is disorganized. The shower is wimpy. Went down to the pool with the wristband they require you to wear and room key. They told me I needed either license or Rewards card. Walked all the way back to the room and got Rewards card. They accepted it at the swim up bar, then refused to accept it for anything else and told me they had to have a license. Complained to a supervisor who basically told me that it would be stupid to take anything other than a license. Told him the issue was that I was following their direction and that it was making their customer run around due to their inaccurate information and a poor process that was completely in their control. The supervisor could have cared less and did nothing to try to quickly recover from a poor customer care interaction. Bottom line....I can find places to stay with nice pools with a swim up bar where they truly care about their customer and have an excellent process that is focused on customer satisfaction....why would I return to a place that is not?

My wife and I took my daughter here to celebrate her 18th birthday, and this was our first visit. Rooms in the "old tower" were fine. We live in Plano so it's a fairly quick trip, even with construction on 75 in Sherman. As far as service goes, I was disappointed with the hotel staff and management for their refusal to compromise on an issue that, even though I was at fault, I feel they could have offered a better alternative. I lost our pool wristbands, which are included in the cost of the stay. We were advised if we lost them, they would charge $50 PER to replace them. Unfortunately, I lost the wristbands. As we checked out after breakfast, we tried plead our case with management, but the only compromise they would offer was to charge $20 per wristband instead of $50. These gave us use of their pool until 3 p.m. $60 for about 3 hours! I understand they are trying to keep unwanted peeps out of their facilities, but we had proof that we stayed there one night, and I felt that it should be treated as if we lost our room key. Since we paid for the use of the pool, replacement of the wristbands should be no extra charge. Since 2 different managers did not agree and leaned on the "not our policy" Excuse, I don't plan on returning to a place that takes our money for gambling, but can't seem to afford helping a potential future patron. Bad form, guys.

One of my favorite Native American casinos I've ever been to. Always clean the staff is always friendly and it's very close to Dallas. We have gone several times just for a few hours to play a few games and eat dinner. This casino also has a lot of great concerts. For being in the middle of nowhere Oklahoma they sure do get some pretty incredible Talent

Not what we were expecting... rooms were super expensive starting at 450 for 1 night. Club staff was not knowledgeable, asked about how rewards were determined, such as how many dollars played would we see a free or discounted room and they did not know. State places tax on all wagers so a 15 dollar blackjack bet requires a 50 cent ante that went straight to the house. Aren't the odds already in the house's favor? I knew there were no complimentary drinks but 15 bucks for an old fashion with well liquor was steep in my opinion. Casino was clean, most dealers were friendly, engaging and helpful. We've had better experiences in Biloxi MS.

10.8.23 Played machines, then watched the Cowboy/49ers football game at The League. This is a wonderful spot to watch any games. Unfortunately, the hostess and waitress services are terrible. Took over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we were waiting to be seated, and then it took another 30 minutes for a waitress to get our order. By the second quarter, we got our pretzel. Half time we got our dinner. I had to get up and go to the bar for refills and another beer. We had wings that were very similar to the ones 7/11 sales. My chicken sandwich was very good. Stick with the pretzel and chicken sandwich if you go here.

Slots could have been looser but great selection of machines. Poker room was well run with good cash action. Lots of good eating choices. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I love Choctaw in Durant it's better than Vegas any day of the week. The machines could pay a little better but overall a great experiences. Food is great service is the best out of all the casinos I've been throughout my gambling life. If I lived closer I. sure I would go more often. I only go to Choctaw casinos. Out of all the casinos the Choctaw is absolutely the best.

Would give them 5 stars but their prices to play certain table games have increased in the past few years. For example 3-card poker used to start at $5 per spot and now it's $10, which means that one game will now cost you $30.50 minimum if you played all spots except the progressive spot. Playing the progressive, at minimum, would cost you an additional .50 cents more per hand. A few years ago, to play all spots would cost you $15 (progressive not included).

The casino is decorated for Christmas. It is beautiful. I played $22.00 in free play. I hit a little and was able to play for a while. We had lots of fun. Oh they have new games. It is like a different casino. Everyone was friendly and pleasant, restrooms were clean.

It is very unfortunate that Choctaw is not more understanding about when people have Covid and cannot make their reservation. We received the diagnosis late in the day yesterday, and meant to call to cancel yesterday. Then today, got busy with changing plans and moving things around. I only remembered when the charge hit my credit card. I called to see if there was anyway they would be rational and reverse the charge. Nope. All I got from a manager Sheila was "that this is the policy, and it's within the 24 hour check-in window" over and over. And how most places charge when you make the reservation, they do not. Like that is supposed to make me feel better about wasting money. Irritating.

First time traveling by on the highway as it was beautifully lit up at night; it intrigued us and we decided to have a go at it. Calling the info number only led to a weird conversation with a girl who was kinda confusing we thought we show up and check it out ourselves. It was very nice and looked top-tier. We approached the front desk and we encountered Maribel who was very warm and knowledgeable. She quickly made us feel welcome and navigated in clearing up the messy reservation from the phone call giving us a room right near the gaming area and made sure we got valet parking for the next cold morning. Worth every penny for the fun night and gaming experience there! Huge resort with much to see and do there. We highly recommend this beautiful resort in Durant Oklahoma! We plan on coming back with our colleagues later this year!

This was our first visit and our last. We usually go to Winstar and we like it. When we checked in to our room we set our temperature so the room would be cool when we finished in the casino, we when returned to our room it was hot. Called the front desk they sent up maintenance and she said it's because there is a sensor so if there is no movement in the room the air conditioner won't come on. Wish we knew that in advance. Had no fun in the casino either, not enough machines where we didn't have to bet big. And couldn't win more than ten dollars.

WOW THIS PLACE IS BIG! There is so many shops, restaurants & clubs. Plus a Starbucks, a bowling alley, a movie theatre, food court, spa, pools. Was sad the indoor pool was closed tho. The staff were all AMAZING! So friendly, helpful and seemed to really like working there. I was only there 1 night and did not play 1 game. So I can not say how good that is. The only complaint besides the pool was the music was a little loud in our room. I guess it was from the concert downstairs.

The Sky Tower is beautiful! Great rooms, nice casino floor and lots of food options. The pool is awesome in the summer. In addition there is a cool kids area if you bring the family. Movies bowling arcade.

I usually come here on Saturdays to have fun and chill. If I’m lucky, I can get a complementary room up in the hotel using my player card. This place is by far my favorite spot to pass the time. The atmosphere here is fun with slot machines ringing and people hitting jackpots left and right, it’s almost like every game here is calling my name. β€œPlay me! Play me!” Tonight was my lucky night!! Hit a jackpot!!!

I live close, therefore I only go to the Casino, specifically slots, I'm less than satisfied and won't be going back anytime soon. The bonus were good, when I first visited, however it's the only Casino I've visited with multiple Zero bonus, regardless of the number of spins, with or without a card. I don't care what you offer you won't drain my pockets. I have other choices and know how to delete emails. No Thank, I'm good, it's entertainment not blind entertainment.

We went to check out the new restaurants which we did not end up eating at. We ended up at Guy's. The food and service were good. Got the fettuccine and a salad that my husband and I split. It's a little pricy for what we got, but that being said, I'd go again if visitors wanted to try it.

I luv the new hotel addition. It has been a while since I’ve been here, but the staff, the accommodation, the smoke free section of the casino was great. Definitely coming coming back next spring. If they had an indoor pool we would come over during the winter. Family friendly place.

My wife and I went to see Hozier for the first time together here at the casino. I'd never been to the Grand theater before, but I'd been curious. It was actually very nice-- not a super small venue, but not super huge either. I would describe it as intimate. Any seat is a good seat, you can see the musicians just fine, and the music permeates everything. It was a great experience-- 11 out of 10

There is only two place to cash tickets in whole place. And the new part has no tellers or places to get help. A big over site. Besides that it has the same machines just more now. Wasn't to cold. The new side has a bigger feel to it and not so dark. Has that new smell also. So this place can get really full with limited parking in front. There is a parking garage in back.

Choctaw is a great getaway that's close to home and for some fun. The machines at least let me play for a while. I definitely do not recommend the Guy Fieri restaurant in Choctaw. The menu was extremely limited, the food was not any good compared to the price, and the service absolutely sucked. The atmosphere was fun though, in the casino itself. Would like to go back sometime and actually stay in one of their rooms.

I love going here not only to gamble and entertainment. I can go to a concert, see a movie, go bowling, or just sit and relax. We can also bring our daughter and have just as much fun as a family! The people are always kind, informative, and helpful! We celebrate our anniversary here every year for this very reason and they never disappoint! Thanks for helping us celebrate and make memories! 😊

Great Events Venue! Plenty variety of Slot Machines, Table Games, Restaurants, and Kid Friendly Zone with Bowling Lanes. Can't forget comfortable Theater to watch the newest movies on. The entire Casino is always very clean, that includes Restrooms and Machines. Rooms at the SPA and SKY Towers are very nice, clean, and comfortable. The Rewards program is fantastic.Remember to play with your card to earn rewards like gifts, money, concert tickets... Most of all, have a great time! Bring your Swim Suits the Pool is Beautiful!

I'm glad our tickets didn't cost very much, they need to get a better sound crew and security! The sound was so high that even when talking you could barely understand what was being said. My father was a producer & musician and I've heard better sound at a carnival. Loud wasn't the issue. You can't just turn everything up as loud as it will go and think your sound is good. As far as security goes, I'm not quite sure what they were doing, but it wasn't their jobs. I've been in plenty of venues, and for a casino, their security was lacking. There was a drunk fellow that was disrupting the concert. First he was leaning over the balcony yelling at us people below. Then he came down to our level (204) and was going up and down the isles dancing and hollering. Asking strangers to take pictures with him. Jumping from any seat that was open to seat. It was quite scary watching him lean backwards on those stairs. After the concert was over I had planned on playing the machines for a bit. It was so crowded I changed my mind and we left. I may try and come back when there is no concert going on and check out the casino.

Great place to stay, great place to gamble, and plenty of amenities. One complaint, we had 3 adults and they would only give us 2 keys for the room. Said they were low on keys, but seems like that type of high-end operation should have that sorted out. Super friendly staff, and super personable dealers. 5 stars next time if Concierge has simple things like room keys sorted.
